Stopped in today and I had ordered us in the app their $7 meal. It included a cheese burger with all the fixings, tots, chicken poppers and a drink. The burger is nice for lunch and the tots are always a hit. I did not care for the chicken. We only waited for about 3 minutes for our order after pulling into the designated stall for pickup and our server was friendly and clean. Our food was hot and presentable. There's usually only two people working at a time. You will wait at the call box in the drive thru for ten minutes before they take an order. They give you an attitude almost everytime like they're being overworked (cause they are) because they can't keep any employees. They only serve one person at a time so you'll sit in a line of cars at the call box. You can't order at any of the parking spots because they don't have enough employees to run food out. The service is absolute trash. The food is, well, it's sonic. ‍ the customer service and the building needs an overhaul. I'm here now and there's one employee working. It's always the same. Doesn't seem that corporate is making an attempt to fix it, it's been like this for atleast a year now. This is a make believe Sonic! Tried several times just hoped I was wrong but after several to just get either to wrong order given to us or really bad drinks. There is always some excuse to why you order is messed up, out of items or as tonite, " I am sorry only taking orders by drive thru". The drive thru line was over 3/4 of the way down the north side of the building. 1. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the picture of the chicken sandwich showed thick slices of tomato, lettuce, and a mighty thick piece of chicken. Okay, well understandably, it's not going to be picture perfect, but I got some bull****. There was no tomato, the chicken was I kid you not, not half as thick as my pinky finger. There was twice as much breading as meat. It was hard and chewy. This chicken was defective, and they knew they gave me some absolute crap. 2. One morning, I order a coffee, add chocolate and this kid taking the order keeps giggling and asking me if I want a "Chocolate coke". I repeated myself about 5 times and turned my car off, but it's clear they were having a laugh at my expense. I stopped in to place an order for a family member. I ordered some hot dogs with kraut. I was told they no longer serve kraut on their hot dogs. Now, I personally am not a fan of kraut, but if you are an establishment that serves hot dogs, you need to keep all of the basic toppings on hand, and kraut is a standard condiment for hot dogs. I don't know if this was a decision that was made by corporate, the franchisee, or the manager of this unit. When I messaged the person that asked me to pick up the order, I was told to forget about it, but thanks for trying. No sale. Sorry, Sonic. The food was good, but service wasn't quick. Nobody was really there but they still took a while. We asked for two burgers with everything on them and we got two burgers with just ketchup and mustard. Asked for the actual burgers we ordered and they took the longest time. Two cars have pulled up next to me, ordered, and left. I would leave, but the drive thru line of cars are blocking me in. Even that line is moving!! This store looks to be fairly new. The employees were cheerful and smiling allot. We got our order but the fries were cold & mushy. I pushed the order button and let them know and no hassles, out comes fresh hot fries. The child of the lady next to us dropped their green slushy drink. They brought another drink out for them.
