Call Rochester store, order had NOT even been made, tried numerous excuses, told to cancel the order and refund my money, have lost a loyal customer, and there are others that can do PIZZA better than the Hut. Post Script: now the Doordash person had sent a txt saying it was deliverd, FALSE!, never received the order from Pizza Hut who never made the order first place and then canceled it due unsatisfactory service. Requested refund on my card, not there yet. Guess next step to contact corporate, then small claims court, as not giving up on $37 stolen from me, especially one on disability. read more

My wife and I were headed north from Indiana with 2 grandchildren who love pizza. It was time for lunch and we yelped for Pizza and this one showed up with a 1.5 star review. We reluctantly stopped but the kids were hungry and needed to eat so we took the chance. And were we surprised! It was noon, not to busy, but the service was good, and the food delicious. Great breadsticks and a reasonably priced lunch menu. $7.50 gets you a three topping personal pizza and three breadsticks!!! Place was clean and server was friendly. They must have changed management or employees recently as this is not a 1.5 restaurant. I'll give them 5 and highly recommend them - at least for weekday lunch. read more

Ordered for delivery and the pizza never showed up. Tried to call, but no one would pick up the phone. I tried calling 6 times and got nothing. The food is mediocre at best and definitely not worth an hour wait and another half hour trying to call the store just to waste my time and money. Would not recommend this location. read more

I will give this a five stars. The food is absolutely great I love this are usually get the Alfredo sauce with a pepperoni pizza. I've been getting Pizza Hut for a long time and it has been great although sometimes the service is not so great sometimes when I order ranch with my pizza, they don't deliver it. So that is what has brought it down to a four-star but if they did deliver my ranch, it would be at a five-star. The ambience inside of the restaurant is a bit fancy. It's really fancier than the streamliner, but it's not fancy fancy but I really recommend the Alfredo sauce with a pepperoni pizza is so good you need to try it out . read more

Walked in and took over 15 minutes to be seated. There were multiple dirty tables with the staff laughing very loudly in the back of the restaurant. There was no salad bar put together and finally a "managers" family complained. We listened to the manager yell at them and then were served old stale, cold breadsticks. Our pizza came out very hot, which was awesome. We continually had empty glasses. Hope no one was trying to call in an order, because they stood there and watched the phone ring. read more

I ordered a delivery pizza, thin and crispy super supreme. It took 1 1/2 hours to arrive at my house here in town and the pizza was cold and the crust was not crispy but soggy. I'm upset about the cheesey breadsticks. The pic appears to be full of cheese and fresh baked. Here's what I received. Looked like it was leftover breadsticks that were rebaked with a small amount of cheese on it. Not fresh like I have had in the past. We came here as a large group of around 16 people with only an hour's notice. They had a long table ready for us. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with all the food. Everything was delicious, especially the amazing cheese-stuffed garlic knots with marinara dip. I really liked the thin crust pizzas--very crispy. Overall a great deal. The only problem we had was that it seemed understaffed. The waitress was fantastic but our chicken wings didn't arrive until we were ready to leave because the kitchen either forgot or was slow in making them. So ordered for delivery on a Monday which historically isn't a busy day for pizza restaurants. Ordered at 6:10 pm. Received order at 7:45. Tried calling restaurant twice, nobody answered. Pizza arrived lukewarm. Barely warm. Should have been remade before sending out. Sent an email to Pizza Hut as well. I hope they address this. Not ok!! If I'm to spend $26 for one large 1-topping pizza and a side it should come hot and fresh!! I would eat gas station pizza before going back to this restaurant. No customer care or service. If they were so busy as was the excuse the pizza would or should still be hot. Fact is it was made and then sat there for over an hour and then served at full price. This is a convenient stop for us on the road between home and the beach, so we've been in a couple of times. The experiences have been positive so far. The staff is friendly and seems genuinely interested in providing us with good service and food. The food is Pizza Hut, so not much to review there. I'm sure by now you know whether or not you like Pizza Hut. I'd recommend this location if you're driving up or down US 31 and need a stop to get some lunch/dinner and stretch your legs in that long gap between Kokomo and South Bend. read more

Pizza is usually wrong even when I order online and all they have to do is READ. Carpet looks disgusting and the salad bar isn't very cold and moldy looking around the containers. I was here on Saturday and it was one of the worst experiences with a waitress(Kristina) I've had in my entire life. As soon as we walked in and asked for a large table she rolled her eyes and made us feel like we shouldn't have inconveniences her. We had to ask for menus and we got 1 for a table of 10. We got our food late, had to ask for my drink from another waitress after waiting for over 15 minutes for our waitress to come back. She was beyond rude, inattentive and seemed like she had better things to do. Thankfully there was another waitress there that was willing to help us. She brought my drink, refilled the others, brought us to go boxes after our lady disappeared and brought the food items we were missing. She even bussed the tables for our waitress! So huge props to her for being kind and beyond helpful! This Pizza Hut would do better if they got rid of the people who didn't want to be there. In the last 6 months I've went there twice and both times they only had one waiter waiting on the entire resturaunt side. The first time was during a lunch on a week day. She gave us boxes that had crumbs in them and when we waited to get different ones and her to pick up the check she completely ignored us for 15 min we got up and went to the pick up window and as we walked by she comes out and still completely ignores us , doesn't say have a good day anything. The second time we had a guy and it was a dinner time and he was the only waiter working during the rush hour! Why?!?! He asked if I wanted a refill to go and I said yes and we waited for our check and the people next to us that had gotten there ten min after us had their check but he wouldn't pick it up. NASTY place. We used to order at least once a week from here with little to no problems but the last visit was definitely our last. My family got horrible food poisoning! I ordered two large plain cheese pizzas and we noticed it tasted a little weird. We brushed it off thinking it was the seasoning but our bodies didn't later that night. We all had severe diarrhea and vomiting for 4 days. I had to go to the doctor because I ate the most and had it the worst. the place is always clean. sometimes service is great, sometimes it is horrible. the pizza is always good. the food is always hot, however, it is always super greasy. had a pasta dish once and the grease was floating on top. i grew up with a great pizza hut(in northeast indiana) and expected this one to be great, but its not. the breadsticks are gross cookie cutter ones, not the fluffy ones. with a few improvements, it could be a great pizza hut. read more
