Love love love the Royal Feast pizza with Pats sauce and extra cheese bestest ever it still tasted like it did when I was a kid 60 + years ago....! They had my pizza in my hand in minutes. They have plenty of room for a large crowd or party with video games and pinball machines to keep the kids busy and entertained. I wish they would run more specials because it is pricey. Always the best-- Royal Feast--yay! We love the breadsticks--thin, not doughy, garlic-dill buttered. And the chef salad is very fresh--simple but tasty. Always served with a smile in our experiences in several towns. Some stores have phones at tables to place orders with, and some have great ambiance, lots of stained glass hanging lamps in some. We have liked Pizza King for years, yet tonight our pizza was an utter disappointment! We spent $30 on a royal feast, 16" pizza and when we opened the box, very little sauce, hardly any toppings (maybe a few mushroom pieces, no onions to speak of, and hardly any sausage and uneven cheese). Also, even though we picked up the pizza ourselves in our padded pizza bag to keep it hot, the entire pizza including the crust tasted like it was made hours earlier. I don't know if the Winona Ave location we go to changed hands or they just don't care about quality any more, but for $30 we expect much better. We are now done with that store. read more

You HAVE to order the Royal Feast, no questions. I grew up eating pizza from this Pizza King location and the Royal Feast is by far the best pizza on the menu. Although the service isn't always great when dining in, carry out is never an issue and the pizza is always fantastic. Coming from someone who ate this pizza every Sunday night of their childhood, it is fantastic and truly one of a kind. I ordered the baked royal feast spaghetti. I was looking forward to the Italian flavors but the spaghetti and sauce were so bland and lacked any flavor. I could not taste anything other than tomato sauce. Also, for the price, the container was barely filled enough for one person to eat. No garlic bread or even a breadstick for this price. It is no wonder the place was empty on a very busy street at lunchtime. I used to love Pizza King growing up and thought I would try it after moving back to town. Overpriced and overrated. Show up to pick up my carry out order, pay, and machine solicits a tip for carry out. I choose 15% because I tip the service industry. Once I'm paid, they proceed to tell me they just never made my order. Wow! Glad I tipped 15%! They took order and never made it. This franchise has been going downhill for awhile! Probably some of the best pizza in town (my opinion). Only downside is the prices have stayed the same over the years (maybe gone up a bit), while everybody else has lowered their prices. A large pizza, like a Royal Feast is almost $16. I visit frequently because I love the food, but if the prices were more reasonable, I'd give 5 stars. :-) read more

So many competing 10.00 pizza's to pay 19.00 (Royal Feast) 15.00 Cheese 14 inch pizza and it be sub par. Service is good. I grew up on this pie. I can't get it here in the Southwest, so one of the first things I do on those rare occasions I get back to Indiana is to visit a Pizza King for a signature diced-pepperoni or bacon-and-jalapeno pie. If you're a lover of the Muncie, Indiana, Pizza Kings, you'll want to skip the Warsaw location. They do have the good sausage and bbq sauce for the pizzas, but the crust is dry and not very good. The prices are WAY too high. But the very worst thing about this Pizza King is how filthy it is. The tabletop was sticky; the restaurant itself, particularly the floor, is dirty and outdated. We were brought a stack of plates for our food (which we had to pass around ourselves), and there was a bunch of old cheese sauce smeared on one of the "clean" plates! If you care about your health, this is not the pizza place for you. read more

Another customer came in and was asked about coupons, employee stated that you have to know about them because the owner doesn't want people to get them if they don't know about them. I'm all for shopping local and supporting small business but when the small guy is charging $45 for 2 pizzas and doesn't support discounts it's a wonder why small businesses are going under. I am leaving a 0 star rating. We just left the lunch buffet were My husband, mother in law, two of our kids and I went in and they only brought out 3 pizza and told us we were done. I'm sorry by when we go to a buffet it's for a wide selection to choose from and to get all we can eat. We left hungry still, didn't have a selection, piss poor service, and unhappy. Then when we said something they wouldn't do anything and we were told that the guy said not to make any more pizzas because that was enough and we were done. read more
