I was wrong! The roll housing the fillings was perfectly soft and able to contain all of the meat juices and cheese throughout the sandwich. I got a 9" small with extra meat assuming that's how they're presented on their social media page, and it's more than enough for one person. I'd recommend NOT getting extra meat unless you're coming with a huge appetite! I've never had a proper cheesesteak in my life until today. Truly deserving of the awards they've received. The sub was barely warm. The meat was good , the red onions were chopped (not many), and the cheese was a scant slice of American at the base of the roll. I was disappointed!
