Horrible manager she's a D! I ordered my pizza with two topping and the order was wrong. She couldn't fix it. Steven was trying to at least, but the manager was against it. You need to pick a better manager it's an excuse saying you were "busy". Pizza Hut hire someone who is willing to fix the problem like Steven not a manager who doesn't do anything. I won't ever go to this Pizza Hut because of her with her nasty attitude. Maybe Steven should have your job and you stay in the back where no one has to deal with your nasty attitude. read more

If I could give zero stars I definitely would! I have tried 3 different times now to figure out why Pizza Hut can never contact me with the actual store let alone connect me to the correct location ! I am litterally 0.3 miles from this location in the apartments right behind this store and have been directed to dominoes( 3.8 miles away) each of the 3 attempts I have made due to the frustration y'all have caused! I spend 15 min with the hotline people trying to argue with them about where I am! You all need to update your system immediately! I can guarantee you're loosing a lot of customers due to the lack of information. read more

WOW. Just wow. I see all these bad reviews, and i think, is this place really that bad? I've been several times getting pizza from here when I need it quick, and I've almost never had any problems with the pizzas or the service themselves. I guess that the people who had good experiences apparently do not care enough to yelp about it here, and that's just sad bc it really hurts the business overall. In my honest opinion this isn't the worst place to get pizza but it is in NO WAY the best either, they have a habit of overcooking pizzas here it's happened once to me before. And the cheese from my stuffed crust just melts to the side. The pizza, always, is also very oily, and that really speaks to me the quality of the ingredients that they are using (in other words, probably cheap and crappy) My order is always right each time though and it still somehow winds up tasting good, so it's ok to me. But then again it's a fast food chain so not much I can expect from this place? Id say this place deserves more than just 1 star, but that's just me. read more

The Pizza Hut at Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg, TX is poorly managed and/or staffed. Today was the third time since I started counting that they cannot get one of my orders correct. I even made the order as simple as possible (1 topping nothing special) in hopes they would get it right. Let's start off with a back story. Had a work meeting and ordered 8 pizzas. Some of them were cheese lovers which comes with Alfredo sauce. They don't like Alfredo so we change it to classic marinara. The employees at Pizza Hut obviously didn't read the toppings and sauces because they still made it with Alfredo. The second time I ordered pizza with my family and did the same thing with one pizza, substituted the Alfredo sauce with classic marinara. They messed it up again so we took it back to the store for a remake. After explaining to them what was needed to be done they still made it wrong again. So we had them remake it and on the third try they finally got it right but didn't put on my crust flavor. Tonight, I requested something simple. Order was placed at 7:44 for 2 large pan pizzas with beef. That should have been simple enough to make, we were wrong. My wife arrived at the store to pickup the order plenty of time after the time it was supposed to be ready (8:02pm). They gave her two pizzas, one a beef thin with pepperoni and one a Canadian bacon or something with those combination of toppings. Of course, that is only halfway close to what we ordered. Where was our order? It was either given away or never made. So they then informed her they were now out of pan Pizza at around 8:13pm. Why did they not call me right away and inform me of this so I could change my order? We had to wait to pickup to be told this. So now she had to wait even longer for them to make different pizzas. We finally were able to eat at 8:45pm. This always happens at this Pizza Hut location. I can even give a bad rating on the survey that the receipt tells you to take and still no management will correct any of the issues. So this post will probably get overlooked but I will make it my duty to make sure I post this review everywhere and every time they mess up. Hopefully someday they will step up their game. Dominos and Papa Johns never have this issue when I order from them. read more

Alot of mixed reviews on here. I dont know why but my order that i placed online was ready in less than 20 minutes. Guy at the register got my order and showed me every single box of pizza in my order and was spot on. The ingredients look very good and they were. This is the worst service EVER!! I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of French fries, and a Hershey cookie. Let's start with the time. The delivery was 2hrs late. When the pizza arrived; it was cold and not all of the toppings were on one of them. I called the store and talked w/Alexis; the Manager who apologized and said, "I'll make sure I have them check the toppings". She then said, "We can make some more pizza or credit you $20. Lets' star with the fact that I paid $24.87 and gave a tip to the driver yet the refund is $20. There's no way I would've ordered the pizzas again and wait until 11pm to get them. The Manager sounded very young and was obviously inexperienced. I intend to contact my bank tomorrow and reach out to their Corporate office. It's the principle of the matter. Very unprofessional....If I could give it no stars; I would but the site won't allow it. read more

This is the slowest Pizza Hut in the whole country. I waited over an hour when they said 15 minutes, I even went in to order it. About 10 people walked in after us and got their pizza before us. All we ordered were 2 pizzas, maybe if they weren't playing around in the back, they wouldn't have messed up and left us sitting there for an hour. P.s.
