We got three pizzas and some chicken wings. The first pizza was thin crust with pepperoni and onions. The crust tasted as though it had been par-baked and then just topped and reheated. The onions were raw and the cheese was not melted. The other two were hand-tossed crust which was bland and doughy. The sauce was tasteless. We ordered chicken wings which were equally bland and tasteless. The pizzas were ready on time and the staff was friendly. But when I asked for some packets of Parmesan, she told me they didn't have any for free, but I could buy some from them for five dollars. I will never go back there. read more

I just experienced the dine-in service at this Pizza Hut. It appeared as we walked in that they have a large carry-out business and I know why. The dining area had several tables that were in need of a good wipe down. The overall appearance was dirty. No one or no sign stated if dine-in was to wait and be seated or you could pick wherever you wished. Two sets of carry-out customers were ahead of us and the staff without asking assumed we were carry-out, too. I chose to go ahead and pick out a table. I could see the manager standing at a workstation, and three other staff standing at a register. Again, no service. Finally, our order was taken at the register and a staff member came to the table and asked to take our order. Really? You just stood there while it was taken at the register. Within a minute, the manager asks to take our order. This routine played out twice more. We eventually got our pizza. My two stars go to the women who were preparing the pizza in the back. It was a very good pizza. Thank you ladies! The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Not sure when it was cleaned last. Though the food was good, the overall experience fell flat. Last night we got into santa fe after traveling for the last month. Our bill came to 95.00. The first delivery guy called me and asked if I spoke Spanish, I do not. So this morning I get a text saying that the "driver" confirms the delivery that we didn't get was delivered. I just tried to call the number multiple times and it just hangs up on me. This is a major theft that has happened to us. And we keep getting lied to by John at pizza hut. I went to go take my sister and nephews out for mother's day for a good fun meal but instead we witnessed a huge commotion between employees. One was short, I believe her name was Andrea, she was rude and disrespectful the whole time to both customers and employees. Andrea was getting very aggressive and routy towards one of the only people working there helping and doing her job. The manager Alexia was very sweet and held her composure during the whole commotion doing her best with the disrespect she indureed during her shift. My complaint is employees smoking pot inside their car right in front of the store. I called the manager to ask them not to do that as I had just picked up pizza with 2 little kids in the car. The manager Suzanne said it was her and threatened to call the police because I was harassing her about her medical marijuana card. I told her I don't care if she smokes just have some class and don't do it in front of the store. So I called the police. Smoking pot in public is against the law. So is smoking within 25 feet of an entrance. Do what you want, but in my opinion, kids do not need to see that live, card or no card. The pizza was meh. Bad attitude, bad pizza. read more

I patronized Pizza Hut with my girlfriend today when we were out cruising for a lunch spot and decided we were craving pizza and willing to eat here. I had been interested in getting the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza that was advertised on TV six months ago, but alas, they no longer serve this item. We opted for the lunch buffet instead. The salad bar was standard and simple. Lettuce is the primary staple of this build-your-own station, and you can add carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, etc, as well as a choice of dressings. I first went with ranch, and had Italian on my second go. Overall, the salad was agreeable. When we arrived, there were only a few odd slices of pizza left, and we chose the best from the selection. As soon as the fresh pies were brought out, we got in line and served ourselves some more. The pepperoni and green chile pizza was my favorite, with real flavors and a delicious pan crust. The ham and pineapple thin crust, however, was pretty gross. At $15 for two people, the lunch buffet is a sensible choice. While I doubt I'll be tempted to return any time soon, it's nice knowing that the option is there. read more

We were placed on hold for 20 minutes just to have an extraordinarily rude young employee tell us that our pizza had not even left the building. Our only option was to go pick it up in person, which, had we not already paid, would not be an option at all...this is the third absolutely horrible experience we have had with this establishment..I certainly hope that the corporate office pays attention to patron feedback, because based on the feedback I see here, it may be time for a total employee overhaul at this dumpster fire of a Pizza Hut. read more

Just ordered pizza hut last night used the app, had points so one pizza was free, the order went in at 6:45p I got a text that my order was out for delivery at 7:35p at 8:11p I called the store and spoke to a male manager and he said it should be there any second. I explained to him that I was worried my pizza would be cold and soggy by the time it got here and he said the bags we keep it in keep it pretty fresh and warm, but in fact by the time it got here it was cold and hard, as I hung up the delivery girl left it on my stairs in no bag( usually they have it in a white plastic trash bag) and ran to her car. I didn't even call to complain, manager didn't seem like he cared the first time I called. Won't be ordering there any time soon read more

Good but understaffed. The Pizza is surprisingly good. I was a papa john's believer but there's none in Santa Fe so I gave it a shot. I won't be going back even if they come to town, or I leave. Unfortunately the dine in is consistently understaffed. I've never seen more than one server working at a time, maybe two during rushes. It's plain to see that the servers are good at what they do, but they aren't magic and it takes a team to handle a restaurant this size. I live outside their delivery area, so I can't speak to it, but if it's anything like the dine-in, the food is good but your overwhelmed driver will probably take a while to get to you. read more

This place is horrible! I'd give it a negative if I could. The salad bar had old salad that was turning brown and a few pieces were questionable, bordering slimy. I picked out a few cherry tomatoes and one of them was rotten. The dressing looked horrible. The meatballs on the pizza were gross. The Resturant and bathrooms were dirty. There was a fine layer of sticky/tacky like grunge in tables/counters. I won't SVER go back to this place unless it's cleaned up and the food improves. Oh, then there's this bit of "entertainment". The "waitress" wasn't a waitress but a waiter trying to be a waitress dressed as a chick w/long hair, if you get my drift. It kept talking to customers in a high pitched voice that you could tell was fake.
