We ordered the specialty Grecian gourmet and sunny chicken pesto half and half pizza. Both were delicious although the minced garlic on veggie gourmet pizza was a bit strong. The staff is polite although they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and getting multiple orders wrong. We saw at least a couple people ask to re-do orders as they received the wrong one. read more

I got the lunch special (one topping slice with a salad and drink) spouse got 2 slices of cheese and a blue moon beer. To Management I have been critical of your establishment for very specific reasons. I have some nice things to say about my last experience. I ordered a pizza that I have never seen anyone order. I believe/ from years of experience ordering pizza from the downtown restaurant. We always rave about it to people who are visiting. I am in love with the sauce on the pizza. I could eat it all day with a garlic bread. The sauce is amazing and I believe it is so unique it should be sold at the counter. What is the recipe? I must know. My pizza was wheat crust, double sauce, double cheese (gunshy after last experience). Onion, Canadian bacon, basil, green chilies. Holy smokes it gets a high five! I think they were out of anchovies or I would have included. Super delicious. You can't expect the majority of pizza places to create this experience. The ingredients were very fresh and you could tell they took their time make the food. I ordered half margarita pizza and half pesto, grilled chicken, and sun-dried tomato. We ordered a large and it was more than enough to feed three people. We were able to take home leftovers, which was great! The quest might have been the best I have ever had. Upper Crust arrived 1279 years later, but it has the look, feel, and run-down pizza of the most aged pizza place in town. When the Knack's single "My Sharona" was spinning at #1, they were spinning the best pizza pies. For the longest time, they were the go-to pizza place in town. Today, many places have passed them up. My uncle introduced us to this amazing pizza place years ago so whenever I visit NM this is a must stop. The building is super cute, lots of seating and good parking. Close to the plaza. The crust is just amazing, fluffy, light, crunchy, you just need to try it! Service is great, everything is clean and nice bathrooms. Highly recommend for any meal of the day. Just be mindful they put green chili on everything. My mom and I got a small veggie with no cheese and it was delicious and each of us got three slices. My uncle, grandma, cousin, daughter and aunt shared two large pizzas. One pepperoni and one pepperoni and olive, we had five slices left over. Which will all be eaten tonight! After touring the State Capitol, The oldest house as well as the oldest church ( San Miguel ) we stumbled across this place just in time as we were getting hungry. It's counter service so we ordered the Chef salad & a small sausage pizza. First of all the salad was very large with a lot of meat and cheese & although the pizza was classified as a "small" it was plenty big for a larger appetite such as mine. Both were very, very good. We also loved the quaint atmosphere of this place as it had plenty of tables for dining in. Next time we roll through Sante Fe we absolutely will eat here again. Ordered the Greek salad to start, and it was large, fresh, and loaded with all the goods! For the main event we split the pie amongst the pesto chicken and chorizo chili...and liked them both. Pesto was flavorful with large chunks of chicken, and the chorizo side was very good, but swamped by the grease. Ambiance is backyard picnic, prices are in line with the area, and service was counter friendly.
