Absolute worst Pizza Hut location. Takes an hour every time for very small order. A Friday night for them is like a battlefield I'm guessing

Last couple times I have ordered delivery, the pizza had a weird chemical smell to it. Was so strong and off-putting, I threw away most of it. Takes 45-60 minutes for my orders to be delivered. Wanted to give benefit of the doubt, but I just ordered Dominos and the quality and delivery time was much better. Will not order again. read more

Soooo slow. Always getting the order wrong. Always food and trash on the ground in the kitchen. They just give out pizza to whoever complains even if it's someone else pizza. They will just deal with it when the other person comes in. Ordered 2 times both times it was a madhouse. read more

This is the worst pizza place I have ever gone to, we called ahead so we would not mis church and the lady said 20 min. We got there 27 minutes later and they had not even started out pizza which we did not know. We paid and 21 minutes later we get our pizza. We were polite and said something about it and the blonde haired female said they can only let so many people in the restaurant. We were in drive-through, Made no sense this is not the first time but will be the last and I will let everyone I know including all my employees. Btw we get home and literally have 11 minutes to eat. And the order was wrong. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else read more

Called in an order at 6:45 to be ready at 7:15. Called at 7 to add to it and two people on the phone acted like they didn't know how to do that so I said that's fine just leave it how it is. Get there at 7:20, my order never went through so she gave me a discount and said she would have it ready in 8 min. I'm the meantime employees are standing around, one is in street clothes wandering around the kitchen. After 12 min I see who I assume is the shift leader eating French fries with some kind of sauce on them with her bare fingers as she is boxing food. I went in and asked for a refund and she got an attitude telling me "I will refund it since u don't want to wait 8 min" another woman was so out of it she informed me that the driver just left with my order. I had to explain it wasn't a delivery then she wanted to know what time I even placed my order. When I told her over an hour ago she didn't have an argument. While I'm at the counter getting my refund here comes the girl in street clothes with a container of saucy French fries and offers me some . No thanks. When I made a comment to someone on the phone with me that the employees are all snacking while preparing food the shift leader again wants to argue and tell me that girl was off the clock. The young ignorant girl that was working was so rude that I will never visit any PIZZA HUT again. Drove around to the front door and big signs that the door was "BROKEN"....made me go back thru the drive thru. Then watched the delivery driver use the front door. I ordered a pizza and 2 liter drink from here, long story short, 1 hour and 45 mins later delivery guy shows up with a 2 liter drink and no pizza. So in closing this was a big ole Clusterfuck !!! No supper tonight. read more

I placed an online delivery order at 7:19 pm. I received an email that stated my order would be delivered at 7:55 pm. I checked the status of my order and found it hadn't left the store. I called to check on the status of my order and was placed on hold for several minutes. I was told that she was leaving with my order. Around 8:20 I called the store again. I was placed on hold for ten minutes. I called again and was placed on hold before being given a chance to respond. I called several more times and was either placed on hold without my permission, hung up on, or received a busy tone. I received a call from my driver explaining that my order would arrive in 15 minutes. I explained that I had been attempting to cancel my order for the last half hour. She told me it would take 2-4 days to receive a refund.I requested a manager call back. I was informed she was a manager. I tried to express my concern with prior events and was talked over. I have ordered take out and delivery from this Pizza Hut location several times. When picking up take out the restaurant was clean, staff was pleasant and food was ready when it was supposed to be ready. When I have ordered delivery the drivers were always friendly and food was delivered in a reasonably quick time. Just picked up two 5 dollars pizza from tilmans corner store the sausage pizza was so old and dried out you could take the crust and snap it like a stick of wood it even made the snapping noise and the pepperoni was so under cooked I guess because they sell them for only 5 dollars they don't care about the foods quality read more

Terrible place. The online app doesn't work. You call in I have a speech impediment they think it's funny. I find no humor making fun of other people. I talk to a manager they say they will not honor the price they advertise. I called the corporate office and asked to talk to the CEO. I was informed he was to busy to talk to one customer. horrible! do not order from here. 1.5 hours after my order delivery time....our pizza, breadsticks and pasta shows up. pasta was ok. pizza and breadsticks cold. i call the office to tell them how late the food was and that it was cold. the 'shift manager' kate, said she could only replace the pizza and breadsticks if we had not eaten any they would come pick it up and then bring us more out. are you kidding me? its now almost 2pm and the office staff have already made most of their plates. i ask to speak with a real manager and i was told she might be there in a few hours to call back then, then they hung up on me. i called back to ask the name of the person i had spoken with and they hung up again. i had to have someone else in the office call from their cell phone and ask who the shift manager was and was told "katie." then they were hung up on. in the mean time still with $50 of cold food. i called corporate to report the issue and was told that unless you dont eat any of the food that it cant be replaced or refunded but someone in the regional department would contact me in 1-3 business days to discuss the issue further. i have never had a problem with pizza hut in any of our other office locations. if there was a problem they fixed it. unbelievable how rude and unprofessional the staff was here. read more
