We LOVED this place ten years ago, so we decided to come back and boy does it suck now. What a miserable experience. We waited at least 30 minutes on a Tuesday near noon for our sandwiches. The chips are oily, burnt and weird. Everything felt weird and uncomfortable, but the worst part is that the sandwich IMMEDIATELY liquefied my guts. Fortunately we were only 7 minutes away from a bathroom, which I basically had to sprint to. Had dinner just recently, the staff and chef/cooks were amazing!!! My wife has cancer and her diet requires no butter, seasoning or sauces and the staff prepared her dinner without any of those concerns, the dinner was perfect...thanks for a great job...my wife was very thankful. Great view of the lake if you can get seated in the back or on the patio. This place is upstairs from Cactus Jack's Grill, which also has great views. We sat at the bar so we could talk to the super nice bartender and the regulars sitting nearby. He ordered a T-Bone Steak with a baked potato side and I ordered the Soup & Sticks. His steak was a little overdone but very tasty and my soup and cheesy bread was perfect. We will definitely be back and next time we'll try Cactus Jack's too! read more

Came back to T-Bones for the first time in years. I used to go the Hudson store long ago. The service is still friendly and pretty prompt. Kudos for being open after 9 pm, a rarity in the area. Visit: Saturday, August 3rd We were seated promptly, and our server was attentive and professional. Drinks, bread, and salads came out in a reasonable time and were fine. However, the main courses never arrived. Over the next 45 minutes, the server came by several times, assuring us the food would be out shortly. Eventually, the Kitchen Supervisor informed us that the delivery tickets hadn't printed, so the food was never delivered. She apologized and offered to comp the meals and provide a $100 gift card. She also mentioned the food, that had been made, was now cold and not suitable to serve. We agreed to have the meals remade. But after waiting another 15-20 minutes with no sign of the food, we decided to leave. When we asked for the check, we were told there would be no charge for anything we received. We declined the $100 gift card, as we have no intention of returning. This also played out with the table next to us. They opted to take the meals to go. Felt sorry for another table of eight that look bored waiting for their food which was order after ours. Probably will never see the food. Believe there was some kind of work stoppage going on. This is a chain and I would prefer to give my money when traveling to LOCAL places -- but on a Monday night choices were slim Kudos for making a parking lot that is large-- We had a high table which there were 2 people in my group that this was a challenge-- Portions are LARGE-- and I wish more places would tell diners if they have small appetities they can order a child size or something... T-Bones is great. Although it's a chain and I try to stay away from them, my restaurant search in the Winnipesaukee area was not coming up with anything. So our group of four went and we ended up sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake. Everything came out fine. We were definitely satisfied with the quality of the food and the choice of drinks (beer)available.... are waitress was finishing up her double shift and was a hurting unit. Nonetheless we were so happy with the establishment that we felt it would be a great place to go to and watch the Sun set the next day. Not a lot of places I visit and we finish all the food without asking for the boxes to go. The portions are marginally a little bit more compared to other restaurants. We ordered Mediterranean Veggie Wrap, baked stuffed haddock and shrimp, honey Sriracha chicken and mac n cheese. I would say the Sriracha chicken was my favorite. I usually am not a big fan of tenders, though the chicken looked like tenders, the dish was crispy, tasty, melted in the mouth with the right amont of flavor. This came with fried brussels sprout as well. Wrap was good as well with a pita wrapped around chickpea, sundried tomato, onion, olive, feta, parsley, cucumber and spinach. This came with beans on the side. My brother enjoyed his baked haddock and strip, which I concurr after hacing a bite to taste. Overall a good place to eat with views of the lake. Used to love this place but I don't know what happened. Last 2 time we were there we never got our food. Both times waited over an hour before we decide to leave. So both time they gave us gift cards. Anyway we decided to try it one more time again food took over an hour but did finally come. We ordered a Greek salad with chicken and a plate of slow roasted prime rib. Salad was fine but my prime rib was terrible. It's was the end cap but it was medium rare and tough as leather. Also so undercooked the the fat was still white and impossible to trim off. If you like slow roaster prime rib than you know that the fat should be melted away and the meat tender as can be. We have been going to T-Bones for years! But recently (past 2 month or so...) the menu has changed & low & behold my absolute favorite is OFF the menu! I get the same thing just about every time: Charlie's Broiled Haddock with a tasty buttery & herb seasoning with rice pilaf & steamed broccoli. Well, i couldn't believe it!!! I asked for a broiled haddock as it WASN'T even a choice! Got it, it was dried out, the steamed broccoli was more raw than cooked. I was so disappointed. What used to be my favorite place to dine is no more. The prices are sky high, the food is substantially less tasteful. I don't know what to do. We have senior points & even that is different. I couldn't imagine myself ordering and eating the meat all by myself, so it was good we shared. It was honestly a solid choice because the meat was very soft/juicy. I definitely enjoyed it. Along with the meat, we had an option to choose fries instead of baked potato so we did that. BAKED STUFFED HADDOCK SPECIAL The haddock was also very good. Very soft, easy to eat, nicely baked. We opted for the cold-slaw for our vegetable (which is maybe the best coldslaw I've had) and got the squash included (which was part of the special menu). And of course, I love anything baked potato with sour cream. We honestly loved our meal. I loved that we opted to share the dishes, so I was able to taste a bit of everything (both meat/fish combo). Great local restaurant! Loved everything we ate. Fun family place, great for large groups. We were there on a Friday night so makes sense it was very busy. But busy is a good sign. The salmon was cooked to perfection and so tender. The Phili Cheesesteak was delicious. I had the baked shrimp and haddock, which was cooked to perfection but could have used a little more flavor. Still delicious. The homemade potato chips were delicious but a little salty. The chili was good as well. The chicken parm was really good! Kids all liked their chicken tenders and fries. Had a pleasant experience dining with the family for our Fourth of July mini vacation! We had a newer server but she hustled and helped immensely. My only complaint is that the fajita sauce on the fajita pasta dish was a little on the dry side. I did ask for extra sauce which helped a little but I wish the sauce was creamier! The waitresses were fairly nice to us, but also made a comment about us wasting food because we didn't want to take some leftovers in a box. Considering how full the parking lot was, the restaurant surprisingly had open tables and my party of 3 were seated right away. However, service and Warrenton from our server was slow, from getting menus & drinks to getting our food. That said, the food met our expectations and was priced reasonably. Great spot w/ lots of menu items to choose from- Kevin our server was absolutely terrific- knowledgeable and super friendly- gave great recommendations and was very accommodating for my 13yr old "picky" eater !! Dinner was delicious- drinks were trendy and refreshing Customer service was top notch from beginning to end including hostesses - Kevin - other servers -manager and Scott who went above and beyond assisting me getting my car started after my grandson drained my battery listening to music and charging his phone !!!
