Formerly Cannoli Stop Cafe, Oonahs Cafe & Bakery opened in August 2023 next to the car wash. This…read morecozy space was rearranged with the bakery counter to the left and the coolers and candy to the right. There is currently no seating here, so everything is takeout. Most of the individual bakery items are preplastic wrapped or packaged in clear plastic containers, similar to what the former Route 28 Bakery of Chichester did over a decade ago. The baked goods sold here include a variety of cookies, brownies, rice krispie treats, cupcakes, pie slices, cake slices, muffins, and fresh baked flaky calzone pockets. They also sell breakfast items, pudding cups, edible cookie dough, eclairs, cream puffs, chocolate covered pretzels, macarons, tiramisu, fruit tarts, sandwiches, salads, coffee, shakes, and cold drinks. I stopped by Oonah's Cafe & Bakery after work recently. I decided to get a Steak & Cheese Flaky Calzone ($10 plus tax), a large Chocolate Chunk Cookie ($2.75 plus tax), and a French Toast Muffin ($2.50 plus tax). The calzone was made and baked to order fresh. About 15 minutes later, the calzone was all set, served with a cup of marinara sauce for dipping. Though small in size, the hot and flaky calzone was really good and was filled with shaved steak and melted cheese and great for dipping into the cool marinara sauce. The French toast muffin was dense and soft, like a sweet cake muffin. The chocolate chunk cookie was thick and soft with plenty of chocolate in each bite and great with my hot coffee. Other than the absence of cannolis (that was Cannoli Stop, reopening in Concord), the baked goods here at Oonah's are pretty good.

Yummy baked goods. Hope to get by there more. If you're looking for some goodies to eat. Here's…read moreyour place

Georginas Pizzeria opened in January 2024 in the former Louie's Pizzeria building on US4/US 202/NH…read more9 in Epsom, just west of the Northwood TL. The place was renovated into a modern fast casual pizza restaurant. The place is order at the counter with lighted overhead menu boards. The dining area has brick & gray striped wallpaper and black painted trim, Georgina's neon lights, digital firepit, 4 flatscreen TVs, 4 rows of booths and 3 high top tables. They offer traditional & specialty pizzas (10" & 16"), pizza slices (lunch only), pizza calzones, salads, angus burgers, pressed ciabatta sandwiches, subs, chicken (wings & tenders), appetizers, steak tips, seafood, bagged chips, and chilled desserts (whoopie pies, cupcakes, baklava). For drinks, they have Pepsi fountain dtinks, beer (8 drafts on tap, bottled), seltzers, and wine. The pricing here seems fair. I stopped by Georgina's Pizzeria for takeout and the parking lot was almost full around 4:45pm. At the time of this posting, they did not offer online ordering (menu is up) and the place has been very busy this opening week. Locals seemed very anxious to try out the new pizza place, as there are already 4 other local pizza spots (EHOP, Hill Top, Cumbys (lol), CMan) in Epsom and this place also serves beer & wine. I ordered a Large 16" Eggplant Pizza ($18 plus tax) and a Chicken Parmesan ($16 plus tax), which took about 40 minutes for my order to be ready to go. Despite the wait here, the friendly staff calmly took care of the crowds streaming in here for sitdown dinner and takeout. As I was leaving, the parking lot was just about full. The pizza was top with a thick semi sweet savory red sauce topped with melted cheese and thin breaded fried eggplant slices on a soft semi thin crust with thicker chewy edges, not greasy. The Chicken Parm dinner had a bed of soft linguine (my choice) topped with a mild spicy hearty vodka sauce (my choice) and a big thick breaded chicken cutlet with red sauce & melted provolone cheese. The food I had was very filling to eat and I had leftovers for dinner for the next evening. I would definitely return again when the newness dies off, probably during lunch time when they have several kinds of traditional & specially pizza slices available to try out.

Gusto Caffe in Meredith is the closest I've come to being back there. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed like family. The warmth isn't just service -- it's genuine. The baker is from Sicily, and you can taste that authenticity in every bite. Everything is fresh, simple, and absolutely heavenly. Raul makes the best cappuccino, and Elena greets you with the most beautiful smile. It's not just a café -- it's an experience that brings you straight back to Italy.

Excellent! so when we had an appointment in Laconia I was looking forward to the rich full bodied Americano decaf we always get. I added a bit of half n half and tasted. Found them to be luke warm, and also weak as dish water. I think the cool temp of the brewing water prevented the coffee beans from giving up their flavor. I brought back to the counter where the barista warmed them w the frother. btw, no apology. I thought I could drink it but it was awful. So I asked for a splash of regular coffee to be added thinking that might fix the weak flavor. She told me she'd have to charge me for a small coffee. Really? Didn't I already spend almost $5 on this bad coffee? So, that was it, I declined the additional cost and left it on the table. My husband brought his home where he promptly threw it away.

Dimitry knows his business. We ordered two calzones and a medium fry. The calzones were different than what I am used to, but were delicious. Their calzones are more like a stuffed pizza, using standard pizza round crust on bottom and top, instead of the folded crescent I am familiar with. Either shape is delicious. Fresh Baclava on the counter, which is always a good sign in my book! Very good food. excellent service. I am glad to have Town Pizza in my new town!

I've enjoyed Town Pizza for about 20 years. CONSISTENT, I tell you. I had an Onion pizza.... correctly made with SPANISH onions, not those bitter red things - pizza is for eating, spanish onions turn sweet when baked, red onions get bitter when baked, red onions are only for 'pretty' foods. Wife had a special order: grilled chicken, Broccoli, and garlic butter on the crust, top with mozzerella. Flawless, and she is fussy about execution. No cornmeal needed in these ovens, the ovens are properly seasoned. No oil on the pizza, anywhere. BTW, Cristel, Pastrami is always a salty meat: it is brined before cooking. Wikipedia might help you there.
