While staying in area we decided on wrap/sandwiches for dinner one night. Many choices in the area and we all (3 eating) were so happy with our sandwich choices, I wouldn't hesitate to try one of their other locations. I can't speak to the dining room area because I ordered online and my bag was ready when I picked up from the shelf area. The woman at the pick up area greeted me warmly and hoped we enjoyed, quite pleasant. My sandwich was the chicken salad with sourdough bread and it was delish! Creamy mayo, excellent chicken, no chewy/fatty chicken and fresh tasting avocado. Easy to find on the main strip in Tilton with plenty of parking read more

Ordered for pick up on Wrap City website. Did not give me my full order and they were not able to refund because they don't manage the orders and suggested I google door dash which has no record of the order to get refunded. Door dash said business should refund since they don't show I ordered from them!! Worst customer service! read more

Work in the area so I have eaten there many times over the past few years. Quality has been steadily going down hill. Lack of meat that is in there sandwiches is ridiculous for $14+, sub rolls fall apart and on more than one occasion I have received brown avocado on my meal (paid extra to add). MUCH better sandwich @ MB up the street for 1/2 the price. read more

Always make it a point to stop by when in area travelling. Food is always good and staff is always friendly and welcoming. Extensive meno with atleast 30 different varieties of sandwichices and wraps. Kingstown wrap is my go to. read more

Bad service... it's a little confusing as to where to order/pick up. I was one of two people in the store standing there waiting to order. One person taking the other persons order and one was taking a big phone order. As I wait for me turn I'm told they will be right back after taking the first persons order. As they come back someone else comes in and gets in the correct line (which was unbeknownst to me) and skips right over me. To top it off after waiting 10-15 minutes to order the only thing I wanted was chips and find mold on one of the chips. NEVER GOING BACK read more

Just Wow!!!!!! Found this place on google after a very long hike in the White Mountains. We try to eat as vegan as possible (just love cheese on occasion!!!) and this restaurant's menu had many options to choose from. While both got a wrap sandwich with house made chips, the menu also offers sandwiches, salads and flat breads. Every single staff person was friendly and thanked us for our visit. We ended up sharing our sandwiches because they were so delicious. The Bombay Life wrap came with grilled veggies, fresh carrot shreds, curry sauce and feta cheese. We were unsure about the feta with the curry sauce but it was a very good combination. The Paris Shroom came with marinated, grilled portobello slices, blue cheese, baby spinach and chopped tomato. The shrooms were marinated in a balsamic fig glaze. Both sandwiches had just the right amount of cheese. Not too much to overpower the flavorful sauces but not to little that you couldn't taste it in the sandwich. The house made chips are delicious as well. Lightly seasoned and very crispy-so good! We will definitely return to this location or one of the other NH locations. And next time I'm bring home an extra side of those chips!!! read more

Such an underrated spot for a variety of wraps and sandwiches! Don't pass this up on your drive to the lakes. I ordered the Bombay Life wrap yesterday, with an assortment of grilled veggies, raw veggies, curry, and balsamic glaze. I asked for no feta, and I always appreciate when a restaurant is good about that, and Wrap City was. The balsamic mixed with curry made for an unexpected taste, but it was delicious nonetheless. The chips are AMAZING. They must be homemade, freshly sliced potato crisps that are cooked perfectly. The portion is very generous, and the takeout boxes are so cute! We were so excited to get wraps and sandwiches from here... Reviews were great and menu looked tasty... Well... We walk in to see cashier with mask below her nose.. immediate turn off and prompt to look at other staff... Sadly viewed food prep staff without masks on at all!! Isn't there a law that restaurant staff need to wear masks during pandemic?! I thought of saying something but wasn't worth it. Well, we didn't waste another minute, we turned around and left hungry. I hope management realizes what's going on since there's 100% no way this is safe for customers or coworkers for that matter. I'd give it ZERO STARS if I could. read more

Stopped there on our way through town and safe to say-should've went somewhere else. My fiancé got the Alamo wrap which is supposed to be on the spicy side. First bite-there was little to no taste. Second bite-bit right into a fatty piece of chicken and that was it. Into the trash it went. I got the Plymouth county which is a thanksgiving food type of wrap. Mine was good, but we are still put off by the chicken. Never again. read more

I like the food and the chips at this restaurant. I had the Cape Codder and it was tasty. The restaurant is clean. My reason for only 3 stars is two fold. The staff wasn't particularly friendly. Almost all of the drinks in the cooler were warm. This was at 1230p on a Thursday. Not crowded at the time. I attribute this to a management failure, not a staff failure. I did ask for a cup of ice and no cups or ice were available. No apologies either. Fix these items and I think it's a four star place no question. read more

While on a couple days getaway , with a friend , we decided to go the Tangers Outlet mall ,and stopped at Wrap City , in Tilton NH , we drove by , and boy we definitely don't regret stopping here for lunch , very rustic modern vibe .i ordered a Bobby wrap turkey club wrap was made perfect. Can with home made house chips which was good .my friend ordered a flat cheese pizza and a garden salad .with honey mustard dressing, she was very pleased with her food . My only regret is you can only find Wrap city in NH and they have 4 locations through out NH..they should definitely open soMe in Massachusetts.please . read more

A sandwich spot that is a solid step up from subway although perhaps hasn't reached the gourmet status that their menu would suggest (I.e., would still be worried about ordering a classic sandwich like a Cuban and having it be great). We got the port lander and the Rumanian twist and enjoyed them both. We had them in the car for about 20 min before eating and they were a little soggy but still definitely tasty. The portobello salad was nothing fancy but it was large, which is how I like my salads. I think the value is great. For 2 sandwiches and a salad we paid less then $25, which you couldn't even do at Panera. read more

The sandwiches overall were very good. The Steak & Blue - Shaved teriyaki steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, crumbled bleu cheese, toasted sub roll for $8.99 was fabulous! We added a slice of Swiss for an additional $.50 cents to keep everything together and it did that perfectly. This is not a sandwich for the faint of bleu-hearts it really has BLEU CHEESE! We also tried the Mississippi Blues a Roast beef, horseradish, grilled onion, crumbled bleu, cheese dressing, grilled sourdough $8.49. Here we made a critical mistake while ordering, blame covid for us trying to do this online to minimize exposure and not having the expert help of staff to stop us. We chose untoasted so it came plain instead of grilled. Newbie mistake and all ours. The horseradish sauce was superb, the beef was about a B- grade in my book; passable; but not anything to rave about. The onions were definitely not cooked enough. I have an minor allergy to uncooked onions so I had to switch sandwiches after trying mine. The homemade chips were tasty and had a hint of BBQ flavor to them that unless you really like BBQ, I don't know if you'd taste anything but a little bit of smokey sweet aftertaste. Overall we were very pleased with dinner. Definitely will try again, lots of delicious sounding items on the menu; though we will be bringing our own drinks. $2.50 for a iced tea is crazy. read more

The portion size was pretty large in comparison to the price. However there was too much coleslaw and barbecue sauce on what I had which made it really messy. If there was just a little less coleslaw and sauce, I would rate it 5 star. We also got a salad that was a good portion and very fresh. We could tell that they made it to order so that was nice. Overall a good stop when compared with other sandwich chains. read more

This place is awesome! Great menu and atmosphere. The area has been waiting for a place like this for a while. It's got a Panera feel to it. Great for soups and salads as well as a sandwich. The chips are homeade and have a sweet and salty kick to them. The only reason I'm not giving a fifth star is because my food did not come out with my groups and the Buffalo wrap was overloaded with blue cheese and rather runny. With that being said this location really deserves a 4.9! Highly recommend! read more

The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for, a beautiful, local restaurant that was not a chain restaurant. Out of all the meals I had this week on my trip, this was by far the best I've had. I got a Pinot Noir, mouthwatering calamari, chicken parmesan with toasted garlic bread and pasta, and an incredible sweet potato & maple cheesecake to finish it all off.
