Pizza Hut is such a disappointment most times! I came here for a personal pan supreme pizza (well done). It 's never prepared correctly .. raw veggies all the time. I came home and popped it in the air fryer to bring it to life because the pizza would have been inedible otherwise. The service was cool. Northing mind blowing. No public restroom is terrible. The inside of this location was clean ... spots to sit but this isn't a big location. This was my first time coming here but I don't know if I'll return. read more

Genuinely the worst pizza I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Little Ceasers, Hungry Howie's, Cici's, Chuck-e Cheese, hell, even Gas Station pizza doesn't compare to the monstrosity I was served at this establishment. My mouth, nor my bowels, have experienced such rancid dissatisfaction. It is as though Satan and Hades conjured up something that would be sure to make any able bodied man keel over at the taste of. This location is a hit or miss. I would suggest not placing a order during a holiday because of the wait time. The last time I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, they added too much toppings for the super supreme that it wasn't cooked all the way. Now, I just order wings and cheese sticks since there pizza don't be as good sometimes. I did order a stuffed crust bbq brisket pizza which was so good. The pizza this time was cooked all the way. There cheese sticks are always good and so is there wings. The employees are ok, but don't walk in expecting a 5 star service. read more

Wish this place had seats for eating(food us very good as always but its quite pricy(well not as pricy to papa johns)

Even though Pizza Hut is a little further across town and not as convenient, it's def my preferred pizza chain. The quality of ingredients is just so much better than Dominoes or Papa Johns, in my opinion. Orders are ready on time, and employees are friendly. We have orders delivery and carry out before, and have had no issues! The location is in a dying strip mall, so it's kinda hard to find. read more

The Trussville location has moved to a smaller building nearby, and doesn't have near the inside dining that the previous location had. The food is a guilty pleasure of ours. It's probably a good thing that is located on the other side of Trussville! We placed a to-go order on their app and drove over to pick it up. We didn't wait too long, though we did have to call as it had been several minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't brought it out. They brought it out quickly and the employee was friendly. We took the pizzas home and enjoyed several meals out of them. I'm sure we'll order from here again next time we're needing a guilty pleasure / pick-me-up! read more

Good was good. No ambiance. No place to sit down to eat. It is a carry out/delivery only.

I ordered a pizza on the app and it counts down until your pizza is ready. The app said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later. I walked in and looked at the screen of orders and it said my order was ready. When I got to the register the person working asked for my name. I told her. She said she didn't have an order for me. I pointed to the screen and showed her my phone. She then proceeds to tell me my order hasn't came up in there system and they'd have to make it. I was super frustrated and asked for a refund. Called to place an order, the manager place me on hold for 20 minutes, then just hung up the phone. I made the order online and picked it up, thinking they must be busy, but to my surprise no one was there, spoke to the manager she did not have an explanation, I could only conclude she was to busy on her personal phone. Had yet another bad experience with them last night on Saturday. I had an curbs pickup and I called there number several times they wouldn't pick up just walking around and it wasn't any customer and wasn't busy . All the calls kept ringing and kept going to their call center which they claim my orders were done and texted them to bring it out twice .I had to get out my car and get my food in which only one order was done after waiting 30 mins then I waited in the car close to another 10 mins for my other item . The lady inside seem not to care that I was waiting and asked if I called their phone number and I told her I did and plus the number is hung up outside the store .I'm to this point of not returning to this Pizza Hut ever again . My husband also had very bad experiences with them were he just left because of the long wait before . Last time my pizza was burn badly I had to drive all the way back 2 months ago . Guess I will be going to Paps John's for now on . I would not recommend this place or company . Ordered online two pizzas. My dad wanted a meat lovers pizza, but he doesn't eat pork. We used the online customize feature to leave those off on this pizza. When I called for contactless pickup I was met with an unpleasant person who basically said they were letting it slide that I removed the pork meats. What??? It's never a question of if Pizza Hut in Trussville will screw up your order. It's always how will they screw up your order or how badly will they screw it up. This place is terrible. And calling customer service is pointless. Half hour of waiting on hold just to find out they're a third party contract company that absolutely will not correct a mistake or even have the ability to fix a problem. read more

My debit card was charged three times on Friday, 1/22/21 due to some kind of problem with the Pizza Hut App. When I called to inform the restaurant, whomever answered the phone on Friday was rude. Long story short after being sent to a customer service number, only to be sent back to the restaurant, I was told that my refund should be back on my card Friday night. All of it wasn't. I called Sunday morning and the manager Greg was rude. I was told he didn't see it on his end and after I asked what will be done he was again rude stating that it wasn't the restaurant's fault. It wasn't mine either, it was the app. My overall customer service experience was awful. This is what I get for going somewhere else than Fox's Pizza where we always have stellar service. I was charged a total of $192.98 for pizza. I've received $62.66 back. I will not be patronizing Pizza Hut again and will also be calling corporate on Monday when their office opens. read more
