My mom won a gift card for Domino's so that is what prompted this visit. The staff present were really helpful and hardworking. I had some trouble getting the gift card to scan . The gentleman working was patient and took his time assisting me. He also informed me of their current specials. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza for $12.99. The pizza was decent. I ordered online went to the store to pick my order up got home the order wasn't correct return to the store and was told by a very rude employee that he wasn't gonna make my order over and I needed a Screencast of my order. Also I purchased 2 pizza one was completely wrong it was a cheese pizza the other pizza looked like it was threw together. I left the pizza at the store. I come back the next day the same guy who got smart with me was still there but a young lady tried to correct the situation she gave me a credit for my 2 pizzas and I left the store but before I could make it home the young man call me back and said that he wasn't going to replace my pizza with a attitude after I was told that I had a credit by another employee. read more

For Lunch I felt like getting Dominos. It is one of the closest near me. Pizza is always amazing and it. I placed an online order and picked it up. They were nice and friendly in taking my order and they had my order ready by the time I reached there. The location is a bit small but it was good. COVID precautions wise a couple employees wore masks, but that was it. I get home and it was still hot. The pepperoni pizza was definitely a good choice. Do not recommend, terrible service. Arrived to pickup an online order that I had been notified was ready, the manager "ska" looked for it briefly then stated it would be just a minute. After 10 minutes I asked her about it again and she told me it was lost and they would have to start over. She was apathetic about the whole thing and uncooperative when I asked for a refund. Just got off the phone with Shay, the manager, I was shocked at how rude she was! She answered the phone & didn't say her name...when I asked for her name she refused to tell me at first & would only say she "was the manager" and had an unwarranted attitude. I ended up hanging up and calling Marcos! (Wonderful service by the way) We use dominoes all the time, we usually order online & this night the online service was down. Since order was not going to arrive until an hour after leaving store we called to cancel. The person in store said not to worry our pizza would get here and then hung up. Still have not received my order, and I have been waiting on someone to pick up the phone for 10 minutes. This location has been consistent, consistently disappointing. The app showed my pizza delivered 40 minutes ago. No clue as to whether someone else is enjoying my pizza, or I should continue to patiently wait or what. Pretty crappy customer service. The woman at the front that gave me my order seemed to be the only one there. She told me they were out of banana peppers and jalapeños, I had already paid for them on the app. She said multiple times but we have your other stuff very rudely. I ordered a sandwich that I get all of the time from dominoes and it's usually great but this one somehow the chicken was burnt and the bacon was horrible. Me n my family decide to try dominoes since we always get papa John's. The one on old Springville location is closed so we had to go on out of our way to this one. We get home with order it's not fresh or correct. We speak to a manger that said she would refund money on card which she never did. We called the store next day for a lady to cuss my husband out n being very rude. He asked for her name and she threatened him told him to come to store to find out. This is very unacceptable and not right. We have tried to call about this situation n the corporate mgrs want return our calls. We want be using dominoes again. Store hours open from 10a-1a on Friday. Placed an order at 12:19, and headed that way for carry out. Got a call from the store at 12:29 saying they don't do carry out past 11p. Ask if that's a store policy or corporate and the guy hesitates and says it's corporate. I say that that's strange seeing as I've picked up from this location before after 11p and that there's no indication anywhere for this store about separate carry out hours. He tells me his manager told him to call me. I ask for the manager's name and don't get a response for a good 45sec. before he tells me a name I doubt belongs to anyone there. After being told my wait was going to be an hour I decided to call back once the pizza was 30 minutes late. The disoriented Dominos employee spouted off a number of uncomprehendable words before I caught "yo pizza be in the oven." At this point in the conversation I decided to talk to a "manager" He told me that my pizza was about to be put in the oven and they were late because of their shortage of drivers. I don't see the correlation between my pizza being made and the drivers but I let it slide. He told me that it would be at least another 45 minutes before my 1 large pizza would arrive. 1/19/2013 We have ordered from this location many times, however, we will NEVER patronize this location again. Experienced the MOST RUDE service ever, from "Sam", who claims he is the owner. Heaven help him if he is the owner. Told me I had a mental disorder and needed counseling in front of another customer, when I kept questioning why the order placed Friday night, for Sat. pick-up was not even started, 15 minutes after requested time. If not mistaken, he called me a "B" as I walked out. What a coward and pitiful example of an owner and customer service! We even ordered and paid for 4 pizzas Friday, and we have picked up every order ever placed. This rude employee, owner, whatever he is, does not belong in a public establishment, let alone in Trussville.
