if I could do 0 stars I would. there was 1 woman working, by herself, that's it. so I tried to be understanding at first. but we had 2 paying parties. my boyfriend and I. then his mom, brother and cousin. she kept mixing up our orders just on the drinks. my boyfriend ordered a root beer and she placed his root beer on the table, thought she messed up and then picked it up and gave it to the other party. then we said it was his and she gave it back. she comes back around for our order and he says he wanted a bottle because both of our pops tasted dusty like the machine hadn't been cleaned in months. he asked for the bottle and the lady says "you had Dr Pepper right?" and he says "no I had root beer." she then goes "okay root beer, got it." then proceeds to come back with a bottle of dr pepper. like lady we told you 4 times he wanted root beer. and then like 25-30 minutes later we get our food and there is way took much sauce and barely any cheese. this place was terrible. not to mention the pizza was 18 dollars and we didn't know until after we got our food because the menu didn't have the prices on it, it was so damn cold in there, and the walls in the back looked like they haven't been cleaned in months read more

Not a car in the parking lot.. should have been our first clue. We were informed walking in that the employee was being trained.The guy waiting on us was sloppily dressed and unkept looking and his zipper was down.‍ he approached our table and asked what we would like to order after giving him our entire order he reached in his pocket and pulled out a note pad and asked us to repeat it. The bread sticks we ordered were under cooked and the bottom was soggy. The 2 melts we ordered came up fairly quickly. Our waiter dropped off our food without a word and as he was 2 steps from the table we requested an extra sauce and he just kept walking. The food was bland and since he never came back to our table I approached the counter to ask for salt and pepper and was told they don't have salt and pepper. They seemed to be oblivious to the fact that a restaurant not having salt and pepper is absurd!!! Our waiter then left on a delivery and the trainer walked over and set our check down without asking if we needed anything....like a box for all the extra food sitting on our table. We figured a franchised restaurant would be consistent throughout the country. Not true. We ordered a large supreme hand tossed and cheesy bread sticks. The breadsticks were great. The pizza - not so much. It was so thin. The crust was brushed with a garlic butter and we never get anything with garlic. We even asked the waitress if this was a hand tossed pizza. The waitress, Shaina, never ever thanked us. She acted like we were a bother - very unwelcoming! Didn't seem to take any pride in her job. My husband had to call out to her 3 times in order to get a to go box. A family came in and Shaina told them the dining room was closed and the woman asked "At 8pm on a Saturday?" The ceiling over the cash register was literally falling down. There was a foot long chunk of ceiling hanging down. There doesn't seem to be any pride of ownership here. This pizza hut deserves no stars. They delivered my order to the wrong house, refused to remake my order, and delivered me cold pizza that sat outside for at least 10 to 15 mins in a plastic bag, in fact, the manager Allen cursed at us and hung up the phone when we called asking him to remake the pizza. We called corporate to report this and guess what, no phone call after they said they would call us in 2-3 business days. I will never do business with Pizza Hut again. read more

I went in to eat dinner before heading home to Duluth and the girl working told me that they were only going to do carry out for the rest of the night because they were so busy earlier and ran out of lots of ingredients, and asked if I wanted carry out instead of dining in. No, that doesn't work. I'm not carrying out for my hour drive. That doesn't even make sense, at all. Maybe I should have just ordered carry out and sat down? Don't call the phone number. You get specials and when you go to pick up they tell you that what you orders isn't one of the specials at their store. If I could gove a zero I would. I Got burnt, soggy pizza. I also ordered extra cheese and there was less than normal amount. I called in and they said that I'd have to give the whole pizza back and eat none of it and that it would take 40 minutes to get another pizza and then I asked for my money back and they said that I could only get half back. Received a confirmation email as well as a confirmation text message, both saying our food should be delivered around 8:53 p.m. Checked the delivery tracker: our food did not even go out for delivery until 9:23 p.m.... and then it NEVER SHOWED UP. We were here on Halloween. Upon arrival there were only 2 other tables with people. 1 table had been waiting for menus when we got in. We waited in front of the "please wait to be seated" sign (as staff was walking past us repeatedly) for much longer than necessary considering how slow it was just to be told to seat ourselves. We then sat for 15 minutes before getting a menu. The table that was waiting before us had approached the cash register and asked for menus because they had not been helped. It was cold too. The music was metal/hard rock and was NOT censored so my children listened to swear words while eating dinner. There were 3 tables total while we were there, including us, and service was extremely poor. 1 table was already eating when we got in. Looking for a pizza on a Sunday night in Virginia , Mn. Not a lot of options, so I thought Pizza Hut....OMG!!! it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my whole life. We ordered an Original Stuffed Crust half pep, half sausage. The crust was so thin and soggy, grease dripped off....nasty. No real response when we confronted the waitress. First, this isn't a complaint against the Virgina store,but the customer service line. I ordered a big dinner box, one pizza was plain cheese for kids. It came with Sriracha drizzle. No big deal, called to inform so I could get the correct order. I was told I would get a manager call back. Called back after 20 minutes of not hearing from a manager. The manager told me that is how I placed the order. Absolutely wrong. I explained this wasn't the first time they have made a mistake with drizzle but I never bothered to complain, but being this was for kids they couldn't eat it. Also mentioned that the soda I ordered was out so I was brought a different soda without being asked what else I'd like. Again, that wasn't a big deal but my kids can't eat this pizza. Wasn't rude or condescending, but the manager got very defensive and b*tchy. So I asked, "Basically you're saying you aren't going to try and rectify this?" I'm not sure if she didn't know the meaning of rectify or if she's just a b*tch, but she hung up on me. So I call back. Get another girl who is nice enough for the first 10 seconds, then tells me I shouldn't have ordered it if I didn't want it, but that she'd make sure the manager was reprimanded for hanging up. Told her I didn't care about that, I just wanted my kid's pizza. She told me there's nothing they can do. Explained to her this is maybe the 4th or 5th time this mistake has been made and I won't be ordering from PH again. She said sorry (but in a tone to make sure I understood she was obviously not sorry) and asked if I'd like her to place the correct order. Um, NO. By FAR the rudest customer service experience I have EVER had. A very simple fix... hell, take back the incorrect pizza. We didn't even touch it.
