I know what you're thinking. It's in a Radisson? Yes, my friends. This fabulous Indian restaurant is in a Radisson. Hamburger Hill has more to offer than you think. I highly recommend this lovely little Indian fusion spot. If you're not sure what to order, just ask for recommendations. Spice levels are totally customizable and range from American mild (1) to Indian Hot (6). We went with Indian mild (4) which was plenty spicy but could've tried a 5 for sure because I want to work up a sweat when I eat Indian food. You'll definitely want to try the Dahi Ki Kabob for an app. The space is in the atrium of the Radisson, with an open air feel and an open bar. The waiter was friendly and everyone made a fuss over making sure we enjoyed our meal...even the chef came out to check on us! Give Khaao a try. If you like Indian food, you'll love this place.

My recent stay in the Akron area had me looking for something special for dinner, I've been traveling to this area for a number of years so I've experienced a lot of the local restaurants but don't recall traveling to another hotel for dinner very many times, This lobby of the Radisson Hotel has something pretty special going for it, an amazing Indian Fusion Resto Bar that rivals any that I'm aware of in the area. I arrived a little after 6:00 PM and found there were a few customers already enjoying drinks and dinner - I was greeted immediately and seated, the staff and owner here are incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, the chef even came out of the kitchen to ensure my selections met my expectations for taste and spice level now that's rare these days. After looking over the menu and changing my mind a number of times I decided to start with a ice cold bottle of King Fisher Beer this came out with a glass of water - although I struggled with my selection I finally decided on one of my all-time favorite Indian dishes "Goat Curry" with rice and garlic naan, once I realized that the goat was served on the bone I just couldn't resist, knowing it would be as authentic as I'd find anywhere. My food arrived after a short wait and since I was in no hurry I had plenty of time to enjoy this wonderful beer. My food arrived presented beautifully but it was the aroma that was hypnotic I ordered the goat curry with a spice level of 5 out of 6 and once I nodded I needed nothing else my server thanked me and let me get to it. The fresh garlic naan was warm I couldn't resist tasting it first and after my first bite I knew I'd be ordering a second order before leaving here. This goat curry, probably the best I've ever eaten, the heat level was perfect, the combination of spices were incredibly complex all with a texture that begged to be eaten alone but I definitely could not cover the perfectly prepared rice, the goat was melt in your mouth tender and fell from the bone with the slightest tug. If you love Indian food or curious to try it for the first time I highly recommend coming here, this is definitely the five star experience I was hoping it would be, this little restaurant alone is a good reason to stay at this hotel...

I LOVE Khaao Macha! The service is always phenomenal, and the food is amazing! Not pictured, but you have to make sure to get a blueberry lassi, it's the BEST!

Somehow, I missed this hotel restaurant in my hunt for good Indian food. Once I saw this on yelp and I had some free time and an appetite, I got in my car and drove to the Radisson Hotel. Upon entry, I didn't immediately see the Khaao Macha retaurant. I'm not sure if I can call it a restaurant, however. It's more like a bar that serves food. So I seated myself at the bar and a waiter delivered a menu and a glass of iced water. The menu offered a lot from hamburgers to curry. I looked for goat or lamb and I saw goat first, so that's what I requested - goat curry (mild heat) with a side of garlic naan. About 15 minutes later, a bowl of goat curry, a bowl of rice, and a bowl of garlic naan were delivered. The curry smelled amazing. It tasted very good. I am glad I went with mild because even that had some heat in it. The curry flavor was excellent. The taste of the lamb was very good. It was served with bones, so I had to pick those out. I very much enjoyed the meal and I looked forward to trying some additional menu items.

Ok, it's in the Radison lobby....let that sink in. BUT, it's good, really good. Even though we were in a hotel lobby, I kinda felt like I was in a foreign land when I was going through the menu. Our waiter was great, helped us through a few things on the menu and I must say, we are going back to keep trying new things. Give this place a try. I guarantee that if you are open to Indian food, and trying new things, you will LOVE this place!

This is some of the best Indian food I've ever had. On a single weekend trip, my girlfriend and I came here twice. I tried both the Chicken Tikka Massala and the Butter chicken and both were delicious. We both had the bullet naan as well as the cheese naan. The bullet naan had a kick and was pretty good but we both LOVED the cheese one. My girlfriend had paneer burja and it rocked her socks off. She ordered it a second time upon return. We were told to try an appetizer --they call them porcupine balls. They are delicious-- they are featured in the picture provided. The service was also wonderful -- the owners were very invested in sharing their culture with diners. Highly recommend visiting this establishment when visiting Akron. It's located in a hotel lobby. Come for the delightful food and the friendly service. The portions are also big and it's all reasonably priced.

If you live in the Akron area or are passing through you need to eat at this Indian restaurant. There's no sign outside for it and it doesn't look like a restaurant on the inside. It's in the lobby of the Raddison hotel in Montrose. They are whipping up some great Indian food here. I just ate the best wing I have had in awhile. Naan, shrimp curry, goat and rice were all great. Some veg app that was like a croquette was stellar. This place just might get into my regular lunch rotation.

Wow wow wow! I was visiting Medina and this popped up on my places to check out. I was there less than 24 hours and I went here twice. It's ah-mazing food! Every thing was fresh and the perfect spice. It was so savory and delicious that I had it again for lunch!! The bullet naan was a real win, too.

Everything about our visit today and previously was just incredible. Our server was so attentive and willing to go above and beyond. For example, we brought in a small cake to celebrate our friends birthday and he on the spot decorated the table with flowers and candles and walked us through the menu in detail for some of us who had never been. They also serve cakes there so next time we will be getting one from them because they do not miss. Food was incredible, every single dish. I ordered paneer pasanda and it was delicious. Previously I tried the asparagus kofta and loved that as well. Both came with rice and I ordered garlic naan to accompany it, went together great. My friends tried the butter chicken, and the chicken tikka masala. They loved both dishes! For appetizers we got vegetable samosas, gobi Manchurian, and the Dahi ki kabab (this one is a signature gift that our server gave us on the house because we were so nervous about trying something new) they were all INCREDIBLE. If you're looking for delicious Indian fusion or traditional Indian dishes, this place will exceed your expectations! Worth noting that they're located inside the Radisson hotel on restaurant hill. In the lobby. Not likely you'd notice from the outside it was there unless you were looking for it. A hidden gem.

Andhra chicken curry, cheese naan bites and onion salad.

Amazing food and service. Although I was somewhat hesitant to eat at a restaurant located in a mediocre hotel, I am extremely thankful that I did! The spice level and flavors were amazing - I generally walk away from ordering something spicy wondering if they confused my dish and made it for an infant's taste buds; I thought a level 5 spiciness (6 levels) was perfect - great heat and complex flavors. Highly recommend the Andhra chicken curry and the cheese naan bites (I dipped them in the Andhra curry sauce and it was amazing...should be an appetizer).

    One of their signature appetizers!

Ate here for the first time and absolutely loved the food! Flavor explosion in my mouth of wonderful and warm spices. The meat was super tender. Many great vegetarian options here too. This is a family owned business and everything is prepared fresh and homemade. A lot of love goes into the food here! Highly recommend the Chicken Angare and kebob to start with. So tasty! Ate both with an American spice level 2, which I really enjoyed. Split the goat curry with my spouse and it was amazing. The butter naan tasted amazing when dipped in the sauce. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Enjoyed talking with them while the description of dishes was explained. Very attentive too. Very much looking forward to eating here again very soon!

Goat curry, Chicken Tikka Masala Curry, Garlic Naan
    Royal S.

Was in the area again and had to stop in to see if it as good as we remember....it was. Quick lunch, two garlic naans with a curry that had rice, we had enough to take home another meal. Indian Spicy "5" was hot (in a great way) but still super flavorful. If the mild spice level they make for white boys in Ohio is too much for you, it might be a "you" problem.

We asked for garlic naan to be extra crispy (and it was perfect) so don't get caught up with the char.

Give this place a shot and you will be hooked. 10/10! Absolutely delicious. The food is presented well, but we couldn't wait to tear in, so not a great photo, that's our fault. And enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow. Great service, great prices. Couldn't ask for more.

The parking lot was full at 1:00; walked into this restaurant seated immediately with windows off to the side. I must make a note. It is Kentucky Derby Saturday. All female servers have dressed appropriately with fascinator's in their hair and hairdos to match the elegance of that event. Unfortunately, I've been seated down, in a section where I can't see the rest of whatever's going on, so I'll have to wait to do this before I leave My server Katie D must REALLY love this place because I asked her for her favorite or what some suggestions might be --she gave me at least 14 things to pick from. I settled for the I think 12 ounce double pork chop which came with roasted brussels sprouts done to perfection and riced cauliflower---a very diabetic, healthy meal. when it arrived it was cold and you just don't eat brussels sprouts cold. And very cheerfully she took it back and was back in no time with a new plate of steaming hot food. I was seated on the windows side where I could see the parking lot and in the next hour and a half dozens and dozens of people came to dine at the establishment. There were people all dressed up for Derby day. There were men in suits and ties it was going to be an event I understand. I haven't had this great of a meal and this great of a time with a super great server and service and delectable food in three years and I've been a Yelp writer for longer than that. That should tell you something about this restaurant if it isn't a three or four or five star restaurant, a darn well should be. They don't need a holiday to dine in here and have great service great time and great food... Even if you're dining alone. Do not miss going to this one.
