We ordered Carry Out. 2 large specialty pizzas and 2 personal pan. We ordered at Detroit Street in Warsaw. I did not realize it was so late, but they did not complain about it being so late and said nothing, they just gave us one of the best pizzas that I have had in a long time. I called to let them know how very satisfied that we were and was able to speak to the Manager. Ask for Anthony if you want great pizza. I am sure the crew had a hand to play in this too. Guessing they are under staffed. Dining in our pizza took over 30 min. When it came out it was wrong - they offered to fix it but we didn't want to wait another 30 min. We received no discount, no one brought us a check or checked on us so I had to go up ask for a box and a check so that we could leave. Too bad to see this long standing place go downhill. I have ordered alot from this Pizza Hut but last time my points were messed up and when it was delivered it was full price so I asked James the manager if he could help me out he said there was nothing he could due because they don't control the points online. And he would not help in any other way either. Truest bad customer service. We were visiting in the area and our friends suggested this Pizza Hut. This was an excellent choice as it had a well stocked buffet. The pizzas on the buffet were thick crust and had numerous toppings. The pizzas were hot and fresh. Dessert pizza, breadsticks and a pasta dish were also available. Most pizza buffets only offer thin crust with 1 topping. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful. Mackenzie was our waitress, she was polite, personable and helpful. The building is Wheelchair friendly and a very large parking lot is available. read more

Not only a good pizza place, but this is one of the best Pizza Hut restaurants in the country (they have the wall-plaques to prove it). Superb service. Great pizza. It's pizza hut, so you should know what to expect. If not, its slightly above your average chain pizzeria and slightly below your average local pizzeria. Delivery time was adequate, but one should note that this pizza hut doesn't serve the normal "pizza hut" breadsticks that everyone seems to love so much, that disappointed me greatly. As far as dining in goes, one reviewer claims that "this is one of the best pizza hut restaurants in the country". First, I find it hard to believe such a claim. Good crew of workers here. They get people in and out and they usually keep the pizza at the right amount so it's nice and hot at the buffet. Second best salad bar in town behind Ruby Tuesday's. My only beef is that the salad bar isn't laid out in a logical order to build a salad. Another improvement would be to cut the cucumber in half moons so you don't choke on them. Those are both minor. Probably the worst Pizza Hut I have been too. They lack deals and biggest of all they do not have Pizza Hut breadsticks! That is one of the best parts. This restaurant rarely follows many of the national deals and well Pizza Hut is so-so to begin with. In my opinion the only reason to go to a Pizza Hut is for the stuffed crust and the breadsticks and this place is missing one of those. As with most Pizza Huts they charge a pretty big delivery fee so I would recommend carry-out whenever possible. read more

Things have changed here since my last review in 2012. It's saddening because this used to be THE Pizza Hut to go to around here. Here recently the service is lacking majorly. When we order delivery it is never correct nor on time. Whether placed online or called in. We order delivery almost every week and spend a pretty penny and too often our order is late and incorrect due to a driver dropping off the wrong order, forgetting items at the restaurant, or the kitchen staff putting on the wrong toppings or giving drivers the wrong items. When we call in, the blame is always put on someone else and never owned up to. Not apologized to or given anything to make up for it. And this happens every week here recently when we order! Tonight we decided to go inside and dine instead. Despite the flies and dirty plates we received, Our food was good and our waitress was very nice but yet again we waited almost 40 min for our pizza when we were the only patrons in the restaurant! I hope something changes soon. It's really saddening to see such a once great establishment laking customer service. I hope things change soon or our business will have to go elsewhere. read more

I totally disagree about the lake village comment. This Pizza Hut is awesome. If I had to pick the top 3 Pizza Huts Id say in a 3 hour radius, I would say this one, Columbia City, and Coliseum Blvd in Ft. Wayne. U always get a great pizza w/ the right amount of toppings and sauce and like the other comment said if they mess up they are willing to make it right, not have u suffer the consequences. The staff have always seemed mature and well trained not a bunch of high school kids running around like it's a play ground. Great environment and also nice patio area for parties. My family has done Christmas here several years and they cater to ur needs well and just ask that u tip the staff well. No rental charges that I've ever been aware of. read more
