It's been a year and I forgot. Same sh*t. You call and it goes to India instead of the local store. "Oh sometimes when we ar busy we use third party" - bs. Just say you don't deliver any more. Then door dash calls confused "oh you need to cancel through door dash " - NO I DONT EVEN HAVE A DOOR DASH ACCOUNT read more

Pizza Hut - Disgusting half sauced wings - Pizza Near Me - Watauga, Texas

I dont understand all the hate. But, this still remains THE best & ONLY Pizza Hut i will even bother to spend money at. It's nicely, freshly made EVERY TIME. With plenty of toppings & friendly staff. They even open the box to show you before you walk out with your pizza to make sure its to your liking. 2 years straight with this location. Hopefully you'll enjoy the same experience. read more

Pizza Hut - Pizza Near Me - Watauga, Texas

This buffet was a joke! Only thing on it was 3 pizzas, max. If you wanted a special order pizza, only allowed 2 toppings. No salad bar, charged extra for ranch dressing. No desserts of any kind. Best part, the plates were clean, as you had to use paper plates! Save yourself, and just go somewhere else! read more

Pizza Hut - The "buffet" - Pizza Near Me - Watauga, Texas

Ordered a medium cheese pizza and a large extra pepperoni pizza. Pizza, tax, and delivery made this meal $50. But the real deal is the pizza was over cooked. The pepperoni pizza was ordered with extra cheese. I'd hate to see what it would have been with regular cheese amount. Pizza was so thin was almost like cardboard. DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE! Quality is nonexistent! Go to Marco's or Mama's. Don't waste your money or calories here. read more

HORRIBLE! Just HORRIBLE!! Another reason I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years. Their business model must be founded upon bait and switch, because what you receive is nothing like what you see on TV. Asked for extra sauce and received almost no sauce (see pic.) Pizza was over cooked and dry. It tasted extremely salty as well. Also paid extra for stuffed crust and the crust was all space/air with the exception of a tiny strip of cheese on the bottom. read more

Employees are rude & verbally expressive if they disagree with tip amount. My daughter ordered their pizza at 6:20p for an 8p delivery on Tuesday night (today). So, at 8:15p my daughter called to ask the status and was told they only have one delivery driver. At 8:20p, I called to ask the status and (twice) was told by the girl who answered that they only had one delivery driver and that there were orders in front of ours. I reminded her that the order had been placed almost two hours in advance...actually, at the time, it was then 2 hours late. Never once was any credit offered for this fail. The pizza delivered called bc he went to the wrong address. ‍ The address is CLEARLY stated and visible and so is the street name. There is a difference between Cir and Ct!! After the five previous opportunities they've had to change my mind along with tonight's severely poor service and execution of delivery, the Pizza Hut Watauga location on Rufe Snow has lost my business. Spend your money somewhere that values your business and doesn't argue with you as to why they are 45 minutes late on a pre-ordered pizza! Oh, just to be specific, the order consisted of 1 Lg thin and crispy half cheese and half pepperoni and mushroom along with 1 order of cinnamon rolls...nothing complicated! The employee not even once offered ANY refund/credit The pizza and cinnamon rolls were cold by the time they arrived at 8:45p! read more

One star is too kind. They have never ever in more than 10 orders gotten things correct. Missed items, delivery to wrong address, toppings missed, breadsticks made on pizza crust, and the list goes on. They also rarely take fault for their mess ups and we still have to pay full for all their errors. Never ever ever ever ordering from this location again! read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn't have my order ready when I arrived and then they screwed up my order on many fronts. I will never go back to this location. I recommend not ordering from this place. They clearly don't care: read more

Just the worst. Repeatedly terrible service for years. I quit getting delivery because it always took around 90 minutes. The last two times I picked up from here I saw an employee vaping in the kitchen and exhaling all over the food they were preparing. We now order from the Keller Pizza Hut and drive to pick it up. It's an hour faster than waiting for delivery from the Watauga location and they're much friendlier. read more

Not sure what has happened to this location. We use to frequent it several times a year but stopped after several subpar pizzas. I tried again just see if they had it back together but sadly the answer was no. Ordered a large one topping with ham and light sauce. What i got was a over cooked dry no sauce pizza. Cheese was nonexistent and ham was a small amount. Place is getting rundown looking to make it worse. Should have read current reviews. read more

I can't describe it. It tasted kind of old, salty and lots of cheese, but not in a good way. No real flavor other than cheese, salt and pepperoni. Marcos Pizza is wayyy better for chain pizza, but I wanted to try something different and give the old school Pizza Hut a try again. So, Goodby again Pizza Hut. You were better in the 80's read more

Ate inside a few years ago. Was told they would convert to delivery only. Compared to eating their pizza 50 years ago, they should close them down. Any pizza I eat now is at a mom and pop sit down restaurant. Pepsico should sell their restaurant division even if they are making a profit. They won't be with Covid and higher costs. read more

Lady in front of me got cursed out by a worker. Didn't get my cheesesticks, had to wait a long time for them. Apparently they're short staffed and closed the drive-thru window so I was waiting in their really hot lobby in slides and work clothes feeling like a bum. Ghetto, but still a Pizza Hut I guess read more

We order pizza and it was not delivered fresh by any means. It looked like it was left underneath heat lamps and very greasy. Pizza was not even cut into slices. Tried to call them to let them know and no one would answer the phone. Worst 35 dollars I spent for 3 pizza's and it was not worth it at all. read more

Tried calling. Put on hold forever. Gave up. Used app to order. When I got the I was first in line. After 15 minutes waiting finally got someone to help me. While I was waiting I kept calling the number and the one and only person upfront put calls on hold. There were 5 people behind. They couldn't find my order even though I showed them on my map. She got the manager who had a don't give a crap attitude. I reordered and told them I already paid for it so I'm not paying again. Good luck if you try to order from here. read more

This is the worst pizza I've had in months. I should've read the reviews before hand... I guess they really do out pizza the hut.

I will never go to Pizza Hut again. You don't get Parmesan cheese or the red Crush pepper packets free anymore. Are they hurting that bad that bad for money. read more

Undercooked pizza and rude customer service. Done here. I'll stick with My New York Pizza south on Rufe, next to CVS.

This location is the worst chain pizza place I've ever experienced. I tried to call the store several times, kept getting hung up on (after being on hold). Then the call center employee couldn't offer me the correct store to order from, so I just gave up and went it to order. The building is dirty and shabby inside.. no upkeep, no pride, no anything. The employees don't give even half of a s**t about their work, and were loudly talking about personal stuff (like how their manager should "#*$! off" about an admittedly rude and poor-management text, or whether or not one of the girls and the delivery guy were sleeping with each other) and blatantly ignoring the phone the one time it did ring through to the store (the appeared to have them off the hook, for the most part). I had only dealt with them once before, and when trying to order over the phone was told they were out of pan crust and several other ingredients. Clearly, no one who works here (including management) cares in the least about their job, and they should all probably be relieved of them as a result. If you really want Pizza Hut, drive over to Denton Highway and pick up. It's worth it, trust me. I did contact corporate, though I'll be entirely surprised if this location's manager contacts me - especially within the timeframe given. read more

Complete garbage under cooked pizza. Gave them a chance to make it right. I was told to get the fuck out by the manager. Never heard of pizza crust that is supposed to be white. I'll stick with papa johns or Marcos pizza. Gas station sushi is way more trusting than this place. read more

This Pizza Hut regularly fails to deliver items (approx 1/3-1/4 of all orders are missing something significant). Last night our Quepapas didn't arrive. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant approx 7 times through the evening and again the next day, and their line always ends up hanging up or going to busy after the button prompts, so I guess we can't resolve this at all. Further, I selected "Contactless Delivery" (to be left on the porch without driver interaction), yet my driver still waited to hand me my boxes face to face which is frustrating. My son loves Pizza Hut so we are significantly more regular customers than I'd like to admit, and I can say, I'm giving 3 stars because as far as PH goes, this one delivers pretty high quality product (as long as you order extra cheese), but seriously DO NOT plan on getting all of the Extras that you ordered much of the time (the primary pizzas always seem to make it), or being able to follow up with management for any reason. read more

The Pizza Hut location 6867 Rufe Snow, Watauga, TX 76148 817-656-7666 is right across the street and they DO DELIVER to our Apartments but the website will not allow an order to placed for "Delivery" only "Carry Out". Therefore, no points will be awarded. So in order to gain points; I have to place order for carry out then take an additional 5 minutes to explain to your Pizza Hut personnel that I actually want it to be delivered - then they have to modify my payment to reflect the delivery fee. ON TOP OF ALL THAT - Tried to apply 150 of my available 180 points to a free 2 topping Medium pizza and it would not accept my order. BUT IT ACCEPT when paying full amount without using the points. Personnel says I am not the first to have this issue and they do not have the authority to override or make changes. They also stated they have tried to have it resolved but have been unsuccessful. This is coming from a Game Night regular, but this is a worthwhile place to spend my Monday nights. Good Food, Nice Staff, and hey! On 11/28/2020, I ordered 2 large pizzas, a medium pizza, and double breadsticks. When I got home, the order was wrong. I had to call back and have Pizza Hut remake one of the pizzas. Then, I had to go back to pick it up. A lady named Melissa said we had a credit on our account. Today, when I tried to use the credit, Pizza Hut said no one named Melissa had ever worked there. I gave the manager my order date and order. She looked it up, said she saw the order but no credit. So Pizza Hut messed up our order and then gave us a fake name and fake credit. I try to support my local restaurants and this is what I get!!! read more

I have to update my review after a recent experience. It was on New Years Day where I just wanted some pizza for my family. I ordered an online pickup order from them and when I got home one of the items was missing from my order. I asked them to deliver it to me as I didnt want to have to drive all the way there and back and have my food get cold while I was gone for 20 minutes. They refused and said I would have to drive all the way back to the store. That was unacceptable to me. Instead of crediting my order back to my credit card which would have righted some of the wrong they offered me a $15 store credit, but Wouldnt let me use it to order a pizza for delivery. So I ended up not using the credit and I still got charged for an Item I didnt receive. I guess I still have a $15 credit to the store, but do I really want to use it at this point. I am just pissed that a company is allowed to charge people for a product that was not given to the customer. Go to another Pizza place there are plenty around. I regret the positive review I had given them in the past as the Manager Sam basically took my money and didnt deliver the product. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a small order from the store on Rufe Snow Dr. in Watauga, Tx. The order was promised to arrive at 6:18pm. At 6:43pm I called and asked what was going on. The employee who answered the phone told me that my order had not even left the store yet, and that they only had one driver doing deliveries. I complained that they should've adjusted the expected delivery time because of that. This employee did act like they gave a flying you-know-what about the situation, and made zero effort to fix the situation or show any kind of empathy. The order finally arrived at 7:07pm, and of course, it was NOT what I ordered. It will be a long time, if ever, before I order from Pizza Hut again. When I was young, Pizza Hut was the only game in town. Now there's PapaJohns, Marios, Dominos, Jets, DoubleDaves, LOTS of other places. Maybe Pizza the Hut needs to figure out that they're not the only choice anymore. read more

I couldn't agree more with all these reviews. This Pizza Hut has horrible service, management, you name it they're bad at it. I can't believe they're actually even still open. I've tried this one over and over and I'm finally done after they screwed up my order and the person afterwards and didn't have the courtesy to even apologize. read more

I don't know where all of these negative reviews are coming from or why. I have been ordering from these guys for the past several months and they have always been professional and courteous on the phone and in person. I do admit that I've never been inside the actual store, as I always have my pizza delivered, so if all of the 1 star reviews are regarding in-store experiences, then the manager needs to work on that. Suffice to say, I have no issue with the pizza or the service. read more

don't even try to order ranch when you get delivery. They won't deliver it and it's a $1. This was last night (a Monday) my food was cold and took an hour and a half to deliver right down the road. Dominoes sucks too so I thought I'd stay with Pizza Hut. Not anymore. All food service around rufe snow is awful except a handful. Thank you Pizza Hut for a hellacious wait just to get my cold , incorrect, expensive meal. You should feel good bout ripping people off all the time. read more

Absolutely awful. After ordering online, I was called and told the Bacon stuffed crust pizza was discontinued. Replaced with grill cheese stuffed. Delivery guy was super nice, but the pizza was some of the worst I've ever had, anywhere. The crust was flat and the cheese was cold. The pepperoni grill cheese stuffed was so greasy and undercooked, you could not even pick it up. Should have learned my lesson last time. read more

Food is good, but the staff at this particular location is... idiotic at best. I Order pickup to go , got there and they handed me my order which , stupidly, I didn't check before I walked to the car. Got in the car and checked it, I was missing my whole order of wings. I went back in and the manager, who for some reason couldn't look me in the eyes, grabbed some cold wings off the counter and gave them to me. I then asked about the breadsticks I ordered, which also weren't with my original order and the whole staff seemed completely dumbfounded. They told me they ran out and had to cook some more, it would only be "like" 10 mins, 15 mins later (30 mins total since I had been there) I got my breadsticks I asked for 1 thing of ranch for having to wait so long. Not too big of a request I didn't think, but oh was I wrong. The girl I asked, slowly proceeded to walk to her co worker and ask him, he in turn, slowly proceeded to find the "manager" who advised me he couldn't authorize that without his GM. Are you kidding me, you make me wait an extra 30 mins and you can't spare a 50 cent ranch dressing, ok, you deserve to work at pizza hut... real good case for raising the minimum wage guys. Definitely won't go back here. I'll just find a pizza hut that doesn't employ sloth-brained highschool dropouts as managers that can't make a 50 cent decision on their own. #dominos4life read more

I've just recently moved about 3 months ago & where I used to live there was another Pizza Hut we used to always order delivery from. It was pretty good, to be honest, they did a descent job but our first time ordering at THIS Pizza Hut we were very satisfied with our food! The way the pizza was made was absolutely delicious! And we even decided t try a new crust this time and that made it even better! I personally really recommend this Pizza Hut it's even great at delivery! It took them a little less than half an hour to make and deliver our 2 medium pizzas that tasted amazing! Very nice job! read more

Ordered delivery tonight at 930. They brought an ice cold pizza and cheese sticks. I called and had them resend the order. They didn't send the cheese sticks. Delivery guy said he would call it in when I told him I would like the cheese sticks I ordered with my meal. It's an hour later no cheese sticks... So I called to check on the order and they are closed. So it's been 2 hours and I have yet to receive a complete and hot order. Pizza Hut is the closest pizza place to my house at 6-7 mins and yet I have repeatedly gotten cold delivery pizzas from them. Yet when I order from dominos or Papa johns which is about double the time/distance, I have never had a cold pizza. If your going to eat here dine in or carry out only there delivery service has been repeatedly poor. This same thing (minus the being closed part) happened about a year ago too. Sad to see they are maintaining their consistency. I called them this morning to see what happened and they didnt even have the credit on the account. So the driver didnt redeliver the food that he forgot to bring and didnt even add the credit to my account. read more

All pizza's were hot and exactly what I ordered. From order time to pick up time was 15 min. I was told in advance that delivery would be about an hour so asked if it would be faster to pick up. Ready in 15 minutes. Staff pleasant and professional. We normally eat inside and have found the staff to be friendly and attentive to our needs. It can get messy because of inconsiderate customers who can't clean up after themselves by utilizing the trash receptacles. Maybe instead of name calling and generalizations about staff, you might walk in their shoes for an 8 hr shift and deal with the unimaginable rudeness my husband and I have witnessed occurring. I called this Pizza Hut about 2 hours ago and placed my order and told them my address, they said NOTHING about not delivery at my address. I called back and the Manager that I spoke tried to tell me I didn't call that number, well its in my cell so I know I did. The person I talked to said nothing about not delivering to my address. So now we have called Pizza Inn and we will have out pizza in about 30 minutes. I will be calling them again to speak to district manager. The manager was rude and not apologetic for whomever I spoke to. We have been waiting and waiting and the Manager did not care. Tomorrow I will find out who is the district manager and complain to him. Bet he cares more than his manager does. read more

I ordered pizza tonight which I've done in the past, and it arrived 50 minutes later( I understand there is a wait) the time wasn't an issue. My pizza arrived burnt and hard. Also, I asked for extra cheese and it looks like there wasn't any cheese at all. I calmly called to request another pizza and was told It wouldn't be there until 65 minutes. I was given the option to wait or get partial of the money I spent on a pizza I had no desire to eat. Once this team member then handed their phone to a manager. He began to tell me the same thing, basically implying it was my fault the pizza was wrong and I would have to wait over an hour to receive my correct order. When asked if we could call his boss, he proceeded to tell me, that I couldn't have his number. My mind was blown for the fact that neither of them apologized and never offered me a solution that wouldn't make me wait another hour for my food. read more
