First off, the place is disgustingly dirty. One look behind the counter you see a the floor covered in black grim. The back counters were filthy. Health Department anyone? Now to the food. The worst pizza I have had in my 50 years. Thin and crispy is now flat and chewy-like cardboard. The ingredients were scarce and thrown together on one side of the pizza. No cheese and minimal sauce. $20 now for a supreme pizza is theft. I counted 12 slices of pepperoni on a large pizza. 2-3 pea-size sausage on each slice. I wish I would have taken a photo to post here. This Hut should be closed. Where is Corporate? Do they not do franchise inspections anymore? Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in many, many years, but I thought, why not give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Had a pepperoni pizza and wings. Both were good and tasty. I would recommend them again. And place them high above all of the other national pizza chains, you know who they are. But going against a local pizza place, they would come in second. read more

Ordered online at about 6:30 and the app said would be delivered by 7:11. Called the manager at 7:30 to inquire about order and was told that they only had 1 driver and were behind but it had just left. I said the app or text message should indicate if it would be this late but the manager had no reply. The app notified me at 7:38 that the pizza was on the way. The pizza arrived at 7:57. Gonna delete the app and stay away from Pizza Hut from now on. Guess we will be getting Domino's or Marco's pizza now. read more

5 stars for the pan pizza and 3 stars for the regular. Why offer both and upcharge forn the good one if you want repeating customers? Lose the bad pizza keep the good and grow your customer base. Good value for what you get! read more

If you'd like a giant burnt Matzo cracker with tough tasteless, mega salty cheese and a minuscule amount of (even more salty) so-called-tomato sauce, then this thin crust pizza would be just what you've always wanted. Worst pizza we have ever had. Tasted like cardboard & cold. Should have known it had been sitting even though we specifically ordered when they said it would be ready in 10 mins. How can you make and bake a fresh pizza in 10 mins. We were there to pick it up before that and it was waiting. Never, ever again. read more

This place has become a monthly staple in our household thanks to book-it and I was pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was and how friendly the staff is. We order over the phone, for carry out thanks to the book it, but the staff has always been extremely helpful and the pizza hot and fresh when we arrive. This was the worst pizza we have ever had. There was no marina sauce anywhere and the layer of cheese was no thicker than a piece of paper. The whole pizza was dry and tasteless. Do not waste your money - if you want a pizza go to the store and in the freezer section get any pizza and it will be lots better than there's . I wish that I could give a negative review. Ordered online for pick up, was to be ready in 10-20 minutes. Took 1 hr and15 min to complete order. Upon arrival to pick up order, large crowd all awaiting orders, chaotic. One young lady was doing a great job trying to get on top of it. In the meanwhile I had to wait for my pizza to be made I watched an employee eating by the pizza prep area, I did mention this to the young lady and she removed the employee from the floor. When calling in to order a pizza, I was told that all the deals are online. Since I was driving, that was not an option. After asking again what specials were the guy said "7.99 for two topping pizza, but I will only do this one time for you. Next time, order online". What happened to personalized service? When going in to pick up my $7.99 pizza that the guy offered me, so generously, he said "you ordered on the phone, right?" Yes... "next time order online or you will pay regular price". WOW!!! How rude. A girl handed me my pizza and said "please order online next time". I'm not confident I will ever be back. There are plenty of pizzerias within 3 miles of Whitehouse/Waterville that will graciously take my order over the phone and greet me with a smile when I walk in. Oh, and their specials are valid no matter how you order. I guess this chain is going downhill in service and quality (thin crust pepperoni and mushroom was cardboard).
