The cook was wearing 1 glove on her right hand. I watched her handle the blue plastic trays with the dough, grab the scraper to get the dough, then take the dough to the press. From the press she grabbed a pizza pan, then grabbed the spoon for the sauce. She then proceeded to reach into the ingredients and and then finally the cheese. She then grabbed a plastic sauce bottle to squirt on top of the pizza. She did this about 6 times in a row while I was waiting for my order. Dominos served me some delicious food thee other evening! they did not disappoint and they usually don't, however, I have had issues with previous management concerning offers and prices, which was not good then, but since they moved and even closer not sure if it's the same staff, but so far so good! (price$ a little high still in my opinion) This was a delivery order that was pretty much on time I can't wait to get a close up look at the new location. placed an order for pizza at 10:49 a.m. The page opened to another page which showed me the counter of how far along they were on making my pizza. It said 12 to 22 minutes. I waited 25 minutes. I went over there. A man asked me can he help me? I said yes I'm here to pick up my order. He said oh are you here for the five pizzas? No, I'm here to pick up large specialty pizza and then he said oh and.tots. Yes I said yes he said I'm sorry we had technical difficulties this morning. Your order was not made. Are you kidding me? He said no I can make it for you right now. I said no I don't want that now he says so you want to cancel it. How can I cancel something you didn't make? You didn't make it. I can't cancel it now. I have to wait two days for them to return my money . Spent my lunch hour over there waiting for my pizza. Never again I do not suggest you going here. read more

We order from this location at least once a week. Today when delivered, half of my toppings on one of the two pizzas I ordered was off the crust and into the side of the box. The pasta we ordered leaked as well, which to me seems like someone dropped the boxes or they put too much sauce on it. Mind you, every time I've ordered this same pizza it has came intact and delicious. My husband called the store to let them know what happened and the "manager" said "oh, the Alfredo pizza?" Which to me, not even getting a name but knowing the pizza EXPECTING a complaint is horrible. She blamed it on us getting extra sauce, and it gets "slippery". Are you kidding me? She then went to say they would remake it, listed back all of the toppings, and said they would send another in less than 30 minutes. No one delivered another pizza, they never came. We tried calling after almost an hour and a half had past.. business still open, but no one picked up after listening to the recording options for almost 10 minutes. I wish he would have gotten this managers name because she does not have any business being in customer service. If you can't do anything for us, say that. Don't say another will be delivered and not show up when we were expecting dinner! Absolutely terrible.
