I ordered a pizza, a salad, and a 2 liter of pop for delivery. The order was delivered but without a salad. I called Vito's and after a few minutes of searching the girl apparently found record of my order and said they could send out a new salad in 10-15 min. She asked what kind of salad I ordered (which I figured she would have known if she found my order but whatever). I told her Greek but minus red onions and minus peppers. I am only giving them two stars because they offered to remake the first pie. It came to the hotel quickly but room temperature and the thin crust was dough, almost as if it weren't cooked. They charge five dollars for delivery and the driver doesn't get it. You must ensure that you're tipping at least five more additionally to adequately tip the driver (1 medium pizza). The sauce was bad, really bad straight out of a can with no added flavor, I think it was just plain tomato paste actually. I believe the sauce on the side had gone bad (expired). It stunk, and the top was imprinted into the most undoubtably thick, gelatinous red sauce. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was really bad. The pizza box itself was filthy all over the outside from dirty greasy fingers. The dressings on the sides were of brands we had never heard of and hot. Not the cheese sauce, that was cold and rock hard. I actually interrupted my guest and said do not eat it. We couldn't eat it actually and I took it down to the garbage so it wouldn't be in the room. We were reluctant to take them up on the offer of the remake because they were going to send the same thing. A few days later we were coming through from Detroit and I decided to call them back for this remake and they honored it and made it with regular crust. It was mediocre and I only say that to be nice because it was free (it wasn't good, but not rotten, we didn't finish it). I will not order from them again... read more

This pizza has SO. MUCH. CHEESE. We ordered a pineapple pizza and a pepperoni/jalapeno pizza with garlic butter crust. At first, I didn't think you'd be able to taste the garlic butter, but MAN does it sneak up on you! It's absolutely delicious. Great pizza, but the ordering process was a nightmare. Never have I had such a difficult time ordering pizza. Website is VERY glitchy, and after trying two different browers, each time getting a very odd error that my zip code was wrong (it was correct), I called, and had to endure a 30 second ad before anyone would pick up the phone. I have ordered here over a dozen times. They have delivered with no issues. Now today when I place my order the driver calls me and tells me he cannot deliver because my address is invalid. Mind you this is the same address they have delivered to numerous times. I then ask if he has GPS on an iPhone. He then gets smart and says "No I don't, and it doesn't matter what kind of phone I use". I then try to give him directions. My home is literally 4 minutes away. As I am explaining this to him, he abruptly cuts me off and says "I'm new to this area and that's not going work". He then asks me to meet him somewhere. If I order delivery and also am tipping you, I will not meet you anywhere. Please have your drivers provide better service. I will never order from here again. read more

Awful service. We ordered for delivery and they said it would be 35 minutes. One hour later we called to see where they were at. At that point they said another 35 minutes. Finally, after no show after 2 hours we called and cancelled the order. We had hungry kids and it was 10 pm by the time we realized they were not showing. When my husband asked to cancel, the guy stated that he never said it was going to be 35 minutes. We ended up having to get McDonalds as were staying in a hotel and hadn't eaten yet. Sunday night we ordered 2 pizzas, cinnamon dessert, 4 orders of chicken dippers and a whole (verses half) chicken sub sandwich. They forgot to give us the 4 orders of chicken dippers (as usual - they ALWAYS forget something). When I called them and asked for a refund they said they can't give credits - even for food that was never given to the customer. They offered me coupons for food instead -- I don't want their coupons. I don't want to ever give them a chance to mess up another order from us again. I am tired of driving to pick up what they forget to give us. It is crazy to not refund people for food THEY NEVER RECEIVE. Don't order from here - PERRYSBURG- unless you want to take a chance that you MAY NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR! This has happened more than once and we have picked up what they forgot to give us many, many times in the past but this is the last time. The manager even hid in the back and refused to come out and speak to my husband when my husband went to Vito's to dispute the theft (of my $32 for 4 chicken dippers we never received).
