Absolutely FANTASTIC! Food was sooo good. Our server Steven was the BEST!! Can't wait to come back.

Stopped in for dinner, didn't know if they were open as no outside lighting indicated that they were. The waitress was neither helpful nor polite, I had to actually tell her no when serving the pizza after she brought it to the table and she seemed upset over the fact I had reached for the spatula after my telling her I'll serve at least three times! Came to the table immediately with the check and stated you can pay after or before your pizza comes out! No ice or glass for the drink, served from a 20 oz bottle lukewarm. I got up to use the restroom before leaving and the staff seemingly thought I walked out, I heard "maybe the restroom?" Not a great experience at all! read more

sh*t hole since the new owners took over. can't make food correctly and then they fight with customers and say the customer is wrong. want to be known as Pizza Hut but do not honor the menu or prices consistent with Pizza Hut. 0/0 do not bother wasting your money. The dining room was dirty. They had no fountain sodas. I asked for water and she gave me room temperature water with no ice in the cup. I wanted to order the deal advertised on the app, but she told me that I wouldn't be able to order that. So I said I'll go out to the parking lot and order it and then just come in and pick it up and eat it there. She said go ahead. We got up and left. We have no issues placing orders either in person or on line for the special deals in Coal Township. We had issues last time we were there about a year ago but we thought we'd give it another shot. While out to lunch with a friend this past Wednesday, we stopped at the Lehighton Pizza Hut. While we were waiting for our food, we overheard an altercation between the waitress and the manager. The manager was screaming "you have to do it" the waitress replied, "I don't know how", then I heard metal pans hit the floor which startled both of us. The manager then hollered "I'm tired of doing everyone's f---ing work". The waitress responded but I couldn't hear what she said. Then the manager screamed "You have to do it and if you don't like it there's the G-Dam door". At that point the waitress, who was visibly shaken, came to our table and apologized, then left. This is my favorite location, the pizza is always fresh and hot, the breadsticks are always cooked to perfection as well.... the new wait staff wasn't the best when we were there tho. However when Chelsea was a server there she always went above and beyond to make your dining experience 100% read more

Standard Pizza Hut fare. Was very hot n cheesy. Service great. Server Shannon was fun and attentive. The seats in the booth need a little atKC but otherwise good Pizza Hut Pizza. read more

Friendly staff. Seats are a bit broken in. But overall good is decent (it's a Pizza Hut). Salad bar is fresh and fruitful every time.

I went to pizza hut in west hazleton this morning and one of the best experiences ive ever had. Jason, Angela and cass were the employees working and took amazing care of me. Unbelieveabley great service. They deserve raises. If I could give the experience 10 stars I would. We need more people like them for real. Love it read more

I placed my order online. When I arrived, there were five guys working. They all saw me and they all ignored me. I stood there for 5 minutes while one guy ate, one guy folded napkins, another made the pizzas and the other two looked like they were killing time. The guy folding napkins after 3-4 minutes looked at the one eating and asked him to come to the front when he's done. The one eating asked his coworker if I needed help and he said yes. But the guy sat patiently eating. Finally someone from the back came up and asked if I needed help. The total was more than the price online, when I said something, he ignored me. I paid and left, I was already irritated and they were all young, no point in arguing with them since they clearly don't care. I get home 30 minutes later to find the order isn't even right. I'll be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow. It's not the only pizza place around so I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on. read more

Because it does taste like Pizza Hut, I give it three stars. Service is usually terrible. Long waits, even when there are only a few people there. Tables are often either dirty, greasy, or both. Seats are so old that most are ripped, the padding is gone, or both. Most of the staff are slow, unfriendly, or both. Get the picture? Every once in awhile we do get a friendly waitress that does her job well, but sadly that just sets off how terrible everything else is about that location. when we got our drinks there was dirt in them. We waited about 30 minutes for them to take our order even when there was no one else to be waited on. There was no salad bar and barely anything on the menu. Most of the menu was crossed out. Waitress stated thry were out of most thingsThen, get this, the pizza dough was raw, so we sent it back. We waited another 30 minutes just for them to tell us the dough got stuck and they dont know how to get it unstuck, and on top of that there was a pizza pile up. But the worst part was they had the nerve to say they are making us a new pizza, which we denied and asked for them to take the pizza off the bill and pay what we got. The manager then came over and told us there was an issue with the oven and she made us a new one. I told we have already been here an hour. Im not waiting any longer. She then stomped off. When I went to pay the bill. The manager was arguing with another unhappy customer. She then went back to the kitchen with a line of people waiting to pay and get seated. I asked the waitress if I could cash out my bill. She stated she isn't allowed to use register and informed me and many other customers we had to wait for the manager to finish making pizzas. by far bad service, at most very decent food, but service isn't worth time or money... I went in, waited 10min to be seated. Then I told them my drink, 5-10min passes to remind my waitress, then wait another 5min for my drink. I find pizza hut to be the best tasting large franchise pizza. I typically go to this location for lunch or dinner buffet. For about $10(including tip), make it $8 if you drink water - AYCE pizza, salad, breadsticks, and pasta. Do not go in expecting anything other than the pizza hut taste that one has come to know and you will not be disappointed. read more

We were very excited to eat here because there aren't any in Wilkes Barre anymore. It was very good as we hoped for. The place was nice and clean. Our waitress was awesome. Drink service timed perfectly, great personality and was doing a ton of work while helping us. We were very impressed. The garlic bread was good and the pizza was great. Way more filling than expected so ended up taking home more than half of it. They also changed out the food on the buffet while we were there so it was nice to know they keep that fresh.
