We arrived and the workers were so nice and friendly. We ordered our pizza and Chicken Alfredo entree The pizza came first and it was hot and very tasty. my husband placed an order tonight. I also had an order at McDonald's for kids. I went to McDonald's first because I had a feeling it was going to take a while and boy was I right. after sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes, I got my stuff and headed to Pizza Hut. pulled up to the window. A young lady opened the window and asked how she could help. I told her I had an online order for Amber. She went to the screen and after a few minutes, asked me if I had already paid. I said yes and was trying to pull our app up to show her, but by that time she had the food. I put it in my car and drive while trying to hand it all to kids to put in the back. I live 20 minutes from town. pulled into my drive way and as I was getting out of the truck, I received a call. I was informed that I had the wrong order and my order was still there. I informed the young lady on the phone that I live 20 minutes from town and still need to get my kids in and fed. The impression I got from the phone call was that I needed to bring the wrong order back and get my order. I'm not ok with that. I had 5 children to get situated and fed and then get them bathe. I can't just go back. that's almost an hour lost if I go back into town. now I'm trying to work out food that we didn't order as the hand tossed pepperoni with extra cheese was my dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow. the girl was nice, but it doesn't ease the expectation of wanting and craving something and getting something else and then expected to drive back into town to fix someone else's mix up. read more

Visited on a Friday at 6. Only one other customer dine in. New person had to retake my order twice, then waited nearly 30 minutes for two medium pizzas (not customized at all). Order was hot and correct, but I had to repeatedly ask for it. Staff polite and I suspect understaffed. Hard to wait a half hour with 2 little kids when other customers order and go. We ordered wings and pizza and the young girl at the front with sparkly back pockets and a low bun with a hat(didn't catch her name) will the reason we don't come back. She handed us our order and told us to have a great day. I let her know we were missing a pizza and she didn't say much she kinda just walked away. She walked to the back and didn't say anything to anyone about our missing pizza. Everyone was standing around expect the few people that were working , props to them!! No idea who is in charge or runs this place, it's complete chaos at all times. Whether pick up or delivery, if you call in you'll be placed on hold at least 6 times. Each time someone picks up it's a different person and no one knows why you're calling. It's a huge cluster-beep. The lack of understanding how to place an order for every employee is absurd, not to mention they don't know how to run a credit card. No joke, it's funny how much the screw up each time. First of all I got food poisoning from my pizza so I will never go back here because that's ridiculous. Second, I order a large veggie pizza with stuffed crust so $20 dollars which is insane for one pizza, and they barely put any veggies on it. 90% was olives and MAYBE 10 tiny strips of green bell pepper that didn't even make it on to half of the slices. The staff is very nice and quick. There was no waiting and our order was correct. The food is not that good even though they made it fresh. The pizza was no where as good as Sams or Costco, or domino's. I think the franchise has changed the cooking method and the pizza tastes like a frozen pizza. read more

We have given this place multiple chances. Pizza is good (when they get the order right), but the service is HORRIBLE. Wait staff doesn't care if your drinks are empty, you need your check, or if your pizza sits in the window for 15 minutes. Last time they gave us the wrong pizza after waiting 25 minutes. I called them to order a delivery to my house and they told me that they don't deliver to my house which is 5 minutes away from their restaurant and gave me attitude when I asked why and hung up on me. Pizza is better than Dominoes but can't believe they'll deliver across Highway 56 but won't deliver another 2 blocks from there to my house! I live exactly 2.4 miles from this location & they do the nursing home which I live .5 miles from & inside the city limits! Time to redraw the delivery map or Dominoes will get all the business out this way because they'll drive the extra 2 blocks to deliver! Had to ask for plates, silverware and extra sauce (mind you they charge .50¢ for an extra container of ranch/marinara). I placed an order at 7:30pm on February 26th. We called back at 7:55pm to check on our order due to the worker stating it would take 20 -25 minutes. As soon as they answered they stated they would no longer be taking orders due to them having a 3 hour wait. They didn't even ask how we could help before they said that. We then stated we wanted to check on an order and they stated it would be another hour before our pizza was ready. Colton told us no one took our order at the store and he couldn't confirm our order. Colton then stated he could refund our money or we could wait for the pizza. We were still trying to get an answer on when our pizza would be ready. We finally asked for a refund and Colton then stated he could not do it. We then asked for the manager and he stated multiple times they were both busy and could not speak to us. He then put us on hold to get his manager and hung up. We called back and he said I'm sorry the call got disconnected and put us back on hold for 20 minutes until we hung up to try and get in touch with someone. We then called back, they put us directly on hold and hung up. Our order was number 125 and they are now refusing to refund our money. read more

I call the order in, drive 20 minutes to pick it up, find out they lost the order and then have to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare it! Ordered from them online. My online order said it would be ready at 6:30 p.m. I got there at 6:45 p.m. the order was not ready. Granted I drive to pick up my order because they don't deliver to my town. Told them I would run to Golden Chick then right back to pick up my order. I was stuck in line at Golden Chick for a good 30 minutes. By the time I got back to them my order was ready but everything was all cold!!! The grease from the pizza had seeped through the boxes which tells me that the food was ready the first time but must have been sitting behind the counter. The head manager (blond short woman), isn't there a good portion of the time and leaves it to her less than helpful other mangers who contradict each other on the correct answer to questions. The online order process needs to be changed. There was no final screen to verify what you were actually ordering, or if your order had actually been placed and would be ready. Unsure if my order had actually been received, I called to place order. When I arrived I had both orders in my name. Very unexpected, and Way Too Much Pizza, that I had to pay for and ultimately ended up dumping. I can't afford to try that online ordering again.
