A smaller establishment in a strip mall that's mostly take out. They do have about 10 booths and I like my pizza hot right out of the oven so I ordered at the counter and grabbed a seat. While anxiously awaiting I ordered a few sides to nosh on. I must say the garlic bites were very tasty. I like that they were small. You wind up eating them all like popcorn. lol. And I always order a side of meatballs. Not that I'm an expert but it kinda gives me an idea of their sauce. Plus I like a meatball without all the pasta. Piping hot with melted mozzarella over them, they were amazing. The main event was a large cheese sausage, onion and olive. I didn't want to give them any special instructions on how to cook it because I wanted to see just how they make it. It came out perfectly to my taste. A very firm bottom with no flop, nice crust, and way more sausage, onion and olives than any other pizza joint I've tried. The sauce - absolutely home made with nice flavor and thickness.
