Waited 15 minutes for a pizza that "wasn't ready yet" when it had been in the warmer the entire time.

I've called the zebulon location multiple times to place an order I saw on TV or received n my email and they tell me the ad is for online only when clearly the add says online or carry out. Rude employees who clearly does not know how to place an order. What makes it worse is it's always the manager that answers the phone. Maybe the should get their shit together befre running an advertisement. Even with delivery the tell me I'm out their delivery range but they deliver depending on who is working. Definitely will not ever go to this location again. Will stick to dominoes they definitely make there customers happy. read more

Long story short we ordered $150 worth of pizza and wings, they shorted us one pizza which I didn't realize because you can imagine what I had to Carry in the house once I realized it I said no biggie I'll just call up and let them know, called three times someone hung up all three times on the third call I asked the lady to let me speak to the manager she refused to give the phone to the manager basically I had to go down and actually physically get the refund after driving 15 minutes one way, not an explanation or anything From the manager just a simple I'm sorry in the most unapologetic voice he could muster. Called the district manager the next day left a message on her voicemail and she never returned my call. I guess corporate culture starts from the top so that explained a lot. I ordered a personal pan pizza and was told that it would be an15 minute wait. I saw in 30 minutes of waiting that customers who came in after me got their orders of one to three full sized pizzas, and I was still waiting. I asked the counter person about my order, and she told me that it was not cooking yet. I asked for a refund as I was not going to wait longer. The counter person went to person on the pizza line (the manager?) and that person shook her head and gave me a dirty look as the counter person walked to the back. The counter person came back a few minutes later and told me that my order is cooking. I said no, I asked for refund. The counter person went back to the manager (?) and that person gave me a stare and shook her head. The counter person gave me the refund. Too bad. Ordered take out via website. Ordered it for pick up 2.5 hrs later. I got there at the exact time I asked for it to to ready and had to wait 10 min for them to complete my order. When the staff gave me my order she didn't open the boxes to show me my pizza, just handed it to me and walked away. When I got home I noticed that the bacon on the pizza was very fatty. Never known them to use such fatty pieces of bacon. It made the pizza that much more greasy. Also the dipping sauce for the breadsticks were less than half full. Not enough to eat the breadsticks with. My order included large and medium pizzas. They weren't all that great. Crust had no taste. Cheese pizza had barely any sauce. read more

We eat here 3-4 times a week, I'm not a pizza person but my son is an addict! They have 2 cooks that are amazing at the craft of chain pizzas! Waitress today was great! Our table consisted of rowdy teen boys who had played basketball all morning and was starving. She took the order without writing it down with scared me at first, but nothing came out wrong not even a single drink out of 15! And we had drinks that consisted of 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade...no ice, lite ice etc. the table lost me at the 4th person! Awesome visit and as always we will be back! read more

We ordered pizza for delivery. They said it would be an hour. An hour and a half later they get here with cold pizza and wings, drops the bread sticks on the ground, and forgot our soda. Needless to say I won't be ordering Pizza Hut again ever. I had to put my pizza in the oven once it got here. read more

Grew up around here. Ate at this exact place more than I could possibly count. It hurts me deeply to post this review because this truly was one of the best pizza places ever. But it's done. I would go in-depth about my food, service, quality, atmosphere etc. But it was just bad all around, no positives. read more

A staple pit stop on a road trip

Love pizza hut..but they stopped delivery service to my place just outta no where.. I'm in Zebulon!!! WTF?!

First, let me say that they have great food. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, one last time for delivery. I ordered a pizza delivery at 7:30, and it was 9:00 and still not here. What makes matters worse is, every time I called, either no one picked up the phone or they put me on hold and I automatically got hung up on. And then it rang twice and hung up. And no, this isn't an isolated phone issue...this has happened before in the past. Highly disappointed. I love Pizza Hut.Not this one. I believe in redemption so the first time I came and they gave me plastic wear to eat with and a little plate to eat a salad on I decided even after the bad service and nearly cooked pizza I would give this place a try again. That was stupid. It was worse the second time around. Bad service, nearly cooked pizza, nasty floors..need I say more. So very disappointed. Corporate really should visit. read more

Stupid people. Had to cancel my order after waiting over an hour and a half... SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL over phone I am so disappointed.

Every time we order take out our order is not correct. Today was no exception! We keep coming back because the pizza box works well for us. However it is not as good when you get home and the dipping sauces are not in the box. Happens every time and we missed it at the pick up. Always a lot of joking going on in the kitchen. Not a very well managed Restaurant. We ate in the dining room last time and it was the worst service ever. Never got our correct order. read more

The pizza is great but the service is awful! Waitress forgot she had not taken our order. This is the second time we have eaten at this location and the service was poor last time as well with a different waitress. Order takeout only here so you don't have to experience the poor service. read more

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I ever had to deal with (and I'm from New York)! We are less than 5 miles away from the store, exactly 3 turns and 2 stop lights away! They refused to deliver so I called the district manager! The district manager(Charles) excuse was we don't have many deliveries that way so we can take a driver away from our busy areas!
