This is the best Chicago style pizza I've ever had hands down the flavors are there and I must say they don't just stop there as the crust is perfect super crispy flavorful and just too darn good! For toppings, we chose sausage, mushrooms, and fresh garlic. This is not deep dish pizza, I would say it's more of a pan style. It's not heavy like at Gino's East or Giordano's. It has that famous caramelized crust and that airy dough. The toppings were super fresh. We immediately tasted the garlic. Burt's own special blend of the sausage tasted homemade.
