Tonight, I was trying to order a deal online, but there was no way to modify the order. I called the store multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I drove to the store, and while the open sign was turned off, there were people inside. So I went inside to ask if I could order, and just specify no onions on one of the pizzas. There was a girl there behind the counter, eating and wearing headphones and sitting on a barstool, ignoring everyone around her, probably including the ringing phone. So a guy came out of the kitchen to take my order. He acted for all the world like he was so irritated that I showed up to order food. They're still open for another hour. Then, even though there's absolutely no one here, except for some people that are already eating, he told me it would be 45 minutes for the pizzas. So I guess I'll sit in my car and watch them ignore other people like the woman who walked in next. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely terrible. They used to have some really great kids whoworked here, but they seem to be long gone.

I ignored him and said if he wanted it to take it. I told him he should never take the pizza back once it hits the table. Good sanitary conditions are not followed here.

I'm not sure if the building needs some acoustic treatment or if the seating is just crammed in too closely. Add this to fact that the manager did not want to open the top floor and would rather have people waiting (why not utilize all the space you have?) My only guess is that they didn't want to have more to clean up at the end of the day but it just seems... lazy. One star off for these two things together. We tried the sandwiches today and it is a no go. This is the All Meat Sandwich 9in sub that is to include ham, pepperoni, hamburger, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and special sauce for $12.99 ea. I ordered 3 (no hamburger) and they all looked like below. I called and spoke with the owner about this and he personally told me that he personally made the subs and that I'm lying bc he put meat on the subs. I told him there could have been a mistake and that we're repeat customers and wanted to know if there is anything he could do and he just apologized saying he made the sandwiches and they look like how they make them and that's it. I told him this is unacceptable and offered to show him a picture of what i have and he said there is nothing he could do. I told him that it is unfortunate that he treats repeat customers this way and that We will neverr purchase from him again and he said he would take my name down and give me a small discount on my next purchase but will not discount or fix my current order.
