He was then given a lecture because we hadn't tipped through our card and that's why no one had delivered. We choose to tip in cash. So I ordered a simple Large pepperoni pizza. I am one of those people who has to try a place before I believe Yelp reviews and take them with a grain of salt but this time they are right. So the pizza legit tastes like a grocery store bought pizza or just something you can find anywhere that is convenience styled. The dough was pretty mediocre as well. I think what made it worst was that the large pepperoni cost me $16.10 and for a large (looked pretty small for a large). For the amount of money I rather buy from Giannis a minute away that has better flavor, prize and portions. Shit the Costco pepperoni pizza is way better and cheaper. I recommend Zanata if you are looking for decent pizza with better prizing than this as well. It's Friday night and the weather is beautiful. wanted to get out of Rowlett and eat outside on a patio that wasn't crowded. We had our dog with us. Milanos turned out to be the perfect spot! There are 2 iron patio tables right in front of the restaurant. We called in our pizza ahead of time and it was ready when we got there. They set us up with paper plates and plastic ware and plenty of napkins. We ordered a supreme pizza and it was great, no complaints here. The pizza dough was really good and there were plenty of toppings. We will definitely be back! read more

Looks delicious, the wings I want to say are pre made feels like they are you get from dominos but sauce it's spicy and good the texture of that makes it pre. The pizza is good and taste juicy and it's cooked all the way. Good golden brown and crust not burnt but enough for a decent crunch. 0 for 3 over the years (Since maybe 2010?). $6.99 for 6 boneless chicken McNuggets at best, bland pizza with unknown meat...not pork...turkey maybe?, delivery was $13 over the order amount and manager told driver to tell me take it or leave it...left it. Amazed this place is still open. Update: Owner replied and accepted the McNuggets, turkey...not pork, and the overcharge of delivery. They just couldn't acknowledge the, "Take it or leave it." comment which was the actual words used by the delivery driver directly from the manager on duty. Even more, I called the manager who was rude and when asked of owner, said he was out of country...until the owner called me back 30 minutes later to try and resend me the food=No sale. I requested no green olives. Well good news, there weren't any green olives. Bad news is there were mushrooms. I cannot eat mushrooms. I would have very clearly requested no mushroom. My pizza is inedible to me. I called and spoke with a "William" who was clueless as to why the website was wrong. He stated since the owner was not present, he was not in the position to do anything about it. No offer for a new pizza, no refund, no discount or credit for next time. I'm awaiting a call from the owner but won't hold my breath. It's unfortunate that there are no other nearby local pizza options. Placed a delivery order for large pepperoni and a large supreme was delivered. No big deal, but I hate supreme. My wife called back and told Milano's about the mistake and they told her that she was wrong and she had ordered a supreme. I heard her order the large pepperoni and I confirmed the order once she couldn't remember her card number and I had to give it. They offered to deliver the large pepperoni, but instructed us to not touch the supreme and they would pick it up! What are they going to do with this pizza? Give it to someone else? Gross. We've ordered from here countless times, not for the at best mediocre pizza, but just for the convenience. Never again, we'd probably get someone's incorrect order just reheated. read more

If you blink you just might pass it because i did a bunch of times going out towards Rockwall. One late evening after being trapped in an Elementary school waiting line i stopped here just to have a place to wait it out. That one time turned into several more trips. Normally i test out the cheese pizza and if that's good then i know all the rest of them will be good that wasn't the case this time. When you spot a good coupon deal you gotta use it. So i got a large pepperoni and sausage pizza which was really good didn't have that really nasty greasy soft droopy bottom crust you get from some chain restaurants. A bit of a chewy crust the cheese mostly stood out i guess the chain pizza messed up my taste spuds for the real stuff. The buffalo wings are good have to always grab two order because 8pc. just isn't enough they always disappear quick. They do offer a salad bar. The chicken alfredo is packed with a melted mozzarella cheese topping with a rich white sauce it does have chicken of course but not in chunks more like bits/specks. Digging threw the pasta thinking that i might need glasses because i wasn't really seeing the chicken had to really to look for it. A very nice place with maybe 3 to 4 tables inside. First timers and have to say, we were very content! We ordered some cheese sticks which were rather good, the sauce it came with was a little tart/sour for some reason but I couldn't pinpoint why. But that let down quickly faded when our pizza came out. We got a half chicken alfredo supreme and half Milano supreme (no olives lol) and when I say it had an authentic and flavorful taste, I mean it was so good!The crust was perfectly crispy and melted cheese and ingredients were just right and hot! We tried this place for the first time tonight because it is close to our house and Italian food sounded good. Walking in we thought it was an order at the counter type of place, after standing there awkwardly for about 3 min the guy tells us to have a seat and hands us menus. We sit down look at the menus and wait about 15 min and no one has come over yet to take an order. So we asked a young man who was taking food over the only other occupied table in the restaurant if we could order and he said hang on. So we waited for probably another 10 min and another man came and took our order. I ordered a side salad and it never came, then I noticed that other people were going to this little salad bar to get their salads so that's what I did. It wasn't bad, but it was not impressive at all. We shared a pizza and a ham and cheese sub. The sub was great, but the pizza was only ok. There are plenty of other great pizza choices close by, so I don't think we will go back for that. The service really needs to be improved upon, we couldn't get drink refills or a dirty plate taken away. This place isn't terrible, but if want good Italian food that makes you want just one more bite this isn't the place. read more

Just moved to Heath and i was too tired to cook. Looked up close restaurants and called in an order for pickup. I had a veggie pizza and it was great. Sauce was very tasty and the crust was crisp and obviously hand made. My husband had the lasagna. Again the sauce was wonderful and it had just the right amount of meat and cheese. We have dined at this place 3 times. The first time everything was great; 2nd and 3rd time not so much. The first time they messed up, they argued with my wife. It took a long conversation with management for them to agree to replace our order. The second time I ordered a supreme with jalapeños of which they did not put any on. After contacting them, they again wanted to argue about it. So after another long conversation with management, they agreed to replace the order.
