The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch.  The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night. Next to the drinks section, there are several tables available indoors and two tables on the sidewalk for outdoor dining to enjoy your meals. Their food menu is very interesting, and we tried the Philly cheesesteak and pastrami sandwiches (which they prepare completely in-house from A to Z). The sandwiches were super delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. One thing that surprised me was the amount of salt they used -- it was exactly the right amount, and we didn't get thirsty after eating them. These sandwiches are some of the best we've tried so far, and I highly recommend giving them a try. I noticed a huge samovar (large kettle) and another kettle in the corner of the open kitchen, and I asked about them.
