I've been a regular customer of Pizza Pizza, usually ordering through apps like Uber Eats or Seamless, and I've consistently enjoyed their pizza. However, my recent in-person visit was disappointing, which I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving, the atmosphere was noticeably chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. An interaction with an employee, who I later understood was trying to manage a busy shift, unfortunately, marred my experience. Despite attempting to place an order in English, communication broke down, leading to a mix-up where the employee mistook me for someone picking up an order. This misunderstanding escalated to the point where I was asked to leave, under the assumption I was causing an inconvenience. While I recognize the pressures faced by food service workers and empathize with the challenges of a busy shift, the level of customer service I received was not what I expected based on my previous experiences. A misunderstanding should not result in a customer feeling unwelcome or having to leave without being served. I left a tip in goodwill, hoping to brighten a seemingly tough day for the employee, but I left feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return. This incident has led me to reconsider recommending Pizza Pizza as I previously had, despite genuinely enjoying their food. To the management and future customers: I believe in supporting local businesses and understand that everyone can have an off day. I was working at the front greeting area at Red Dot and Spectrum Miami. Unfamiliar with the area I asked an associate named rose where would be a good place to eat. She told me that a block away was a pizza place. That afternoon my girlfriend and I stopped by to check it out. We walked in to look at the menu. We saw wonderful movie posters on the wall and a fantastic variety of pizza in the menu. We stay for an espresso and then decided that when the art event was over that we would celebrate by having pizza at pazza. We ordered the Margarita , veggie and meat lovers pizza as well as Angelo Poretti #5 ( recommended by our server.) My girlfriend, our friend Mirando and myself loved every bite of every slice we shared of our pies. The beer recommended was excellent all the servers and the owner Tony exceeded expectations for service, attentiveness and friendliness. I am grateful for all things, really good pizza is pretty high on the list of those things and I am grateful for. Thank you to Pazza for providing an excellent pizza dining experience. Ordered pick up on Christmas Eve, go to pick it up and they say they're closed. While people are inside eating, oh yeah, I paid for my food on top of it. This is unbelievable and I wouldn't ever recommended this hell hole of fake Italian food ran by fake Italian pikers if my left depended on it. What type of people do this on Christmas Eve/Christmas out of all days. Horrendous pizza!!!! Specially that version of prosciutto "speck" is disgusting! I am concern about the kind and quality of meat that was in the pizza. Seems they through whatever they think will give you a taste. I leave in front of the restaurant and came with my dog. I even have her a try and was hard for her to digest. So my very high level of anticipation may certainly be partially to blame for my average-ish experience. I was pleasantly surprised to get a table with no wait at ~6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Staff were attentive and friendly. Prices were high, as expected, but at least the pizzas are of reasonable size. The $32 pasta portion probably could've been a bit more generous. But anyway, on to why we're all here - The Pizza: The crust had a great crunch but I felt lacked nuance beyond that, no chew and a touch on the dry side. Cheese and sauce were fine but also unremarkable. The heaps of basil provided some bright freshness that was definitely appreciated. I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.

We went to order and the person there said the cook had not arrived so we had to wait ''10 minutes''. It is now 8:10 and still no sign of the cook and the guy there said he doesn't cook without the other person who we have no sign of. So disappointing! This review is NOT based on quality of food but quality of service. I hope this isn't a recurring thing. Parking: there's about 6 spaces that belong to the car wash and i am not sure what time they close so people can use it solely for the pizzeria. Seating: i saw no tables only foldable chairs that were closed leaning on the truck.

Parking is easy as brickell city center has two floors of underground parking. You can also arrive using public transportation or walking if you're in the brickell area. Accompanied by a Stella Artois beer Pizza cotto e funghi: Tasted like coal fired pizza, extremely well balanced with the sauce and toppings. Freshness could be perceived. I went with my dad and we both eat a lot and we left 2 slices of pizza, so size of plates are generous. Definitely 5 star on service and food!

Sidenote , we later found out that the owners of this chain are French. It speaks to the wonderful globalization and the perfection and the cheese in our dishes. I would recommend them; might even try some of the premade dishes that I'm ever in a hurry.
