A good thin crust pizza can be found here! I'm not a big fan of thick crust so this pizza killed the hunger pains. Additionally, my hubby ordered cheese sticks which is their pizza dough oozing with a lot of cheese goodness and served with a side of pizza sauce. We could have made the cheese sticks our meal! They have quite a large menu. I could tell on this early summer evening that call ahead 'Take Out' pizza keeps this spot hopping! The customer service was terrible. We got there around 845, they told us that we wouldn't be able to order from the whole menu. The server was like "yeah we close at 10 so you can't order that anymore" He was more worried about closing in time than the customers. They served us our food in take out boxes. This place and the management is awful. They were two hours late. During the process, we called twice to get an update and kept being told inaccurate statements. They even marked our order complete an hour before it was ever done. We received terrible, destroyed, and cold food. I called back to explain what was received and the manager Tanner was rude and very unhelpful. When I said, if you don't have the time & can't provide quality service, it's your responsibility to pause the delivery apps. His response was "oh so you'd rather not receive your food at all?" And to call doordash and figure it out. They tried to blame doordash which was obviously not the case and after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with doordash, we found out that the restaurant uses their own delivery drivers! The waitress came out and brought us some Bread Rolls with melted butter in to-go containers... WOW!! The bread was fresh and warm and tasted great!!!! From now on, when I have a pizza craving, it goes away unless I can make it to That's Italian, because nothing seems as appetizing as the slices here. My go to? Two jumbo slices of pepperoni pizza. These are the slices that are thin enough to make you crave the authentic and not chain affiliated Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc businesses, (although I am fans of both) and are large enough to fill you up after just two slices. The lunch deal (two slices and a drink for $6) is a great value. If you can stop in at that time, then do so. I've never had a bad experience with customer service, and I never wait more than five minutes for my meal. Parking is never an issue either. All the workers are teenagers and they don't take their job seriously. They're goofing off, running around, being loud. Great food and good deals. I LOVE the food here. Best pizza I've found in this area. I love New York Style pizza and this has been my favorite while I've been here. They only have canned drinks but the service is fast and the prices are fair so that has never been a problem for me. However the last time I was there a male employee was supposed to be taking my order and instead was on the phone socializing saying things like "now people decide to come in". When he got off the phone and took my order he was short and rather rude. Finally as I was waiting for my pizza he was screaming and cussing about someone being on his Bluetooth. He was yelling at an employee on break, making threats, and hitting things. The entire experience made me not want to go back to this location. Was craving pizza and decided to try this place with 3 of my friends . When we walked in there were 3 people (one table) and 1 person in front of us. For some reason the lady on the cash register was extremely slow and she was going back and forth to do other things but take our orders. We waited for approximately 15 min on line just to place our order and mind that it was only the 3 of us. During that time they were 3-4 people that walked in but ended up walking out because of the wait. We placed our orders and it took forever to come out. My friend ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza but he got cheese instead. We saw her taking the slices back and just throwing some pepperoni on top and bringing it back.I got the stramboni, wings and water but they for some reason charged me for a soda after asking me what kind of water I wanted when she was ringing me up. Overall the food was mediocre and expensive, service was extremely slow and orders will be messed up! read more

Went there for the Lunch today and to say I was very taken by the rudeness of the what I assumed to be one of the owners or one of the persons that ran the restaurant is an understatement. we ordered the lunch special and garlic knots online, it gave us a time for our food to be picked up, we were there as the time stated. I asked the girls up at front counter if they had to go parmesan, she proceeded to tell me no and that she would give me one of their to go plastic containers with lids. as I went to shake the parmesan into the container another woman came running around the corner and proceeded the snatch the cups and lids out of my hand and state that it was against health guidelines to remove to go lids in the restaurant. the level of rudeness was uncalled for. she stated that the other didn't know but I was very surprised at the level of eagerness to grab the container out my hand. the restaurant is expensive for the type food you get that is just "okay" Italian.
