These deficiencies are exacerbated by not having a firm managerial hand. It's what happens when everyone is in their 20s with little to no experience in the world reacting to a rush rather than being proactive. There's no reason why I should wait 20 mins for two pizzas when I get there after ordering it 15 mins prior to leaving my house just down the street and 5 or 6 staff working. Big Mike's has several rooms you can use for your private event. There is no charge based on the number of people you have. We had around 15 this time but next year, look out. There are several fixed menus to choose from. For us, we went all out and got the $27 per person menu. Talk about a steal. It even included a ribeye and baked potato and everyone got a salad and cheesecake. The food all came out at the same time and my steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. You can add booze if you choose and their prices are very reasonable. Even though I paid the bill I have no idea what drinks cost but I do know one of the chocolate martinis someone drank was like $2-5 and double bourbons were super cheap for what we received. We did go to the bar next door after the party. There was a band and a bunch of interesting and friendly folks. If you need a private meal location, add Big Mike's to your list.

Tonight, I was looking forward to eating a good hot and delicious stuffed crust pizza, but Domino's did NOT deliver by serving an undercooked and inedible pizza. I ordered the "Best Deal Ever: Any Pizza, Any Toppings" for $9.99 and chose Parmesan Stuffed Crust with barbecue sauce instead of pizza sauce, plus pepperoni, beef, Italian sausage, grilled chicken, onions, and mushrooms. Surprisingly, the pizza was well made, with the correct amounts of evenly distributed toppings, and the crust was finished with flavorful buttery garlic oil and parmesan seasoning. However, the pizza was not properly baked and served undercooked, likely because it was pulled from the oven before it finished baking. The dough was raw, dense, chewy, and gummy, with little to no browning, and the toppings were also slightly under cooked, making the pizza inedible. I worked for Domino's for more than 20 years and I know when a pizza is pulled from the oven, before the baking process is complete. I called the store and spoke with a female employee who apologized and offered to remake the pizza, but I was not willing to drive back to the store due to it was raining. I did offer to bring the entire uneaten pizza back to the store next day, but she stated they did not want the pizza back. She immediately refunded the full amount of the order back to my credit card. She did a good job utilizing her customer service skills and empowerment training to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. In an attempt to salvage dinner, I tried putting the pizza in the oven to complete the baking process, but the results were not good and still could NOT enjoy the pizza. Due to a decision made by a team member to take a short cut in the baking process, my wife and I were left without dinner tonight. But I was pleased with the way the situation was handled.
