This small little pizza place is excellent. Mostly all of the employees are so nice! Although I did notice that there was an older lady, she wasn't as friendly towards me as the others. I dined in here once with my family, we got a bacon cheeseburger pizza, a bbq chicken pizza, and a taco pizza. The food here is amazing. We had some apps (breadsticks and garlic cheese bread). The marinara sauce here is amazing. I definitely choose this place for dominos any day. Even though Pizza Planet is a little bit pricey, I believe the price is worth it. After eating, there is also ice cream to choose from. So many flavors. Overall, excellent staff, excellent food, excellent ice cream. Very satisfied. read more

Where else are you going to get a pizza in Somerset? We ordered a large half sausage/half cheese. What we got was a large cheese pizza with 11 small (teeny-tiny) pieces of sausage. Some squares on the "sausage side" didn't even have the tiny ball of sausage. Next time, if there is one, because like I said, the only other thing out here is Dominos- I am going to order a large sausage pizza and ask for all the sausage on one side! What smarts is that they charged me for a large sausage pizza. Is there a sausage shortage? WTH? Call me a "Karen" all you want, This Liberal just wants some social justice when it comes to pizza. I like the thin crust pizza cut in squares. Sausage has a lot of flavor. Delivery was quick even with a Packers game on!

Their pizza is good but they are soooo stingy with toppings. 6 times now I have ordered extra hamburger because they're so stingy and I swear everytime they put less on then if it were standard. I brought it up to them and they just kind of snickered. I've literally been ordering from them for 20 years now and I do like their pizza but they're prices keep going up and their quality keeps going down. We go here all the time and the employees are always so nice. However we had a issue with our last order and we were told we could claim a free pizza on our next order to make up for the fact our pizza was extremely undercooked and falling apart because it was so undone. When I called the next time, I mentioned this, and the manager Scott completely went off on me and started scolding me that I ask every time I call and he is sick of it and we will never be offering a free pizza so I should just stop asking. This was the first time I asked. I tried to explain to him why I would have a free pizza credit was because of the issue we had last time, however he did not want to hear it and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I canceled my order and advised we will never order their pizza again. Which is too bad because we are very regular customers along with several other family members. They lost several customers today. I hear Rendezvous has good pizza! read more

We had a dinner here over the summer and all loved it so we had made reservations for 14 people for my sons birthday dinner. The manager and staff were so awesome and accommodating. Very good pizza and other great menu options. They also offer and array of ice cream choices for dessert. A very chill vibe for a pizza party. Will definitely visit again and again. read more

Pizza is ok but expensive. Asked for red pepper and parmesan packs and they tried to charge me extra for them - on a $100 pick up order for five pizzas. I had already tipped $10. Who has ever heard of that??? That's like a Chinese restaurant trying to charge for soy sauce! No I said "do you really need to do that on a $100 order" and the answer was "yes". Forget it then! Ridiculous. Wont be back. Don't reward stupid management - go somewhere else. read more

Customer service from a horror movie..... jean the manager took my order and i specifically said "cheese fries" so after waiting an hr and half for the pizza to arrive they arrive with cheese bread. I called in aaid this isnt what ordered and jean continuously argued with me that i said cheese bread when i said cheese fries and i tasted the pizza it was so sick. I called back asked for a refund she said "nope you can call in tomorrow and talk to the owner if you want your refund im not goving you one". I then drove this pizza and cheese bread back to the store and demanded a refund. Why is it that big of a deal to get a refund? They provided crappy service on top of crappy food. I think i deserve that and my gas refunded for having to drive out there. Never will i go back.. never. read more

The pizza here was good, and the service was good as well. Unfortunately, the pricing leaves a lot to be desired. They charged us 75¢ for a glass of tap water. When I called them on this, I was told that "the new system must be doing that." The price for additional toppings went up 50% higher than it says on the menu, just because we had different things on each side. Last time I checked, two halves exactly equal one whole. At this restaurant, they raise the prices if you split the toppings, even though you receive no additional food. We were not told this when I placed the order. I let them know, and I will state here, that I will never take my business there again. read more

I have to say I was extremely disappointed when I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and when I received the pizza it had absolutely no sauce on it. So I called pizza planet and stated what had happened. They were not sure why or what happened but insured me that someone would call me the next day and correct the issue or make it right. which to me, honestly wasn't really a very sufficient response/resolution. The pizza I received wasn't even ate. I received a call the following day from owner Scott and he immediately tried to imply that I ordered it that way, which after I clarified phone numbers for him he realized it was not ordered that way and the mistake was on them. I was told I would have a credit put on my account. so a couple days later, I called and ordered the same pizza I had requested the the first time and explained I have a credit on my account per Scott and they say okay 40 mins. when they arrive with the pizza they ask me to pay for it!!!Are you kidding me?? I explained the situation again for the driver to which I was told "Sorry there is no credit on your account. you either pay or no pizza." UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I refused to pay for the pizza and to be honest to treat a local regular customer that way is absolutely disgusting!!! read more

We showed up at 955pm they close at 10. They were so awesome to our group. No issues that we had just pulled in. We had a long rough day on the rink. Our boys needed a meal they went above and beyond. The service was awesome, no long faces no pouting they had to work extra. The pizza arrived it was awesome. Perfect amount of topping/ cheese and the crust was immaculate. The boys were more than satisfied. This little mom/pop pizza shop is local and very personable. Great job last night. read more

The quality of their Pizza has dropped considerably lately. But the price has gone up considerably also, not a good buy for what you are getting, back to frozen pizza's or buy a bunch of them from Papa Murphy's and freeze them for future meals. read more

There's not many choices for pizza in Somerset, but as far as a local place it's pretty good. They have more on the menu than just pizza and it's a cute little restaurant. The prices for pizza are kinda expensive, but they have good prices on bridgeman's ice cream, so it's a good place to stop in the summer for a treat! read more
