I came here for lunch on a weekday. I scored a senior discount and found out that Mondays are senior buffets for $9.99. Double score! They asked me what pizza I wanted. This confused me because I ordered the buffet. They explained that they would make that pizza and bring me the first few slices before putting it on the buffet table. I had that one plus several others. I especially liked the macaroni and cheese pizza. OMG! This is the bomb. I also had some of the chicken, both barbecue and regular. They were both good. Really bad. Did not receive full order, manager/supervisor told me it's not her problem, the Dasher should have checked. As we all know since Covid, all bags from Dasher type services are taped closed to prevent tampering. Audrey Reppen was completely unprofessional, took zero responsibility for her teams' lack of quality assurance in ensuring her team was properly preparing what was requested from customers. I absolutely do not recommend and miss Audrey should not be in charge of anyone unless it's a paper bag. She relayed also, that some of her team members have not gotten paid. Sounds like a top down culture problem, food service and team member security is not a high priority for this franchise in Manitowoc. read more

I ordered a BLT pizza with onions and pickles. This is what I got. Have had problems with Pizza Ranch before and have called and complained. Was told by a manager that he put my address as a "Check Twice" to make sure that my orders wouldn't be wrong again. If you're going to order from here, be aware of what you order and how much you ordered because there's a great chance that they screwed up your pizza or didn't give you the right amount of chicken. read more

After considering the rest of the food items were good we kindly mentioned to the manager that the chicken were all burnt. During our conversation the manager mentioned it was a week long used oil that will be changed in the morning and that nonetheless the chicken was still good. Even after telling the manager the chicken was burnt, tasted burnt, and slightly undercooked inside the manager still insisted it was good chicken. The manager never considered nor mentioned anything to compensate for providing bad quality food after numerous complaints. read more

Our family frequents Pizza Ranch in Green Bay and sadly, this one just doesn't measure up. The selection is smaller than our usual place and the pizza choices were all very similar. To be fair, we could have asked for a specific pizza when we paid however we assumed there would be ample selection as there is in Green Bay. Many of the buffet items were low or gone completely. Cheap eats for sure! Overpriced cheap pizza and fried chicken. Several types of pizza ranging from cheese, sausage, pepperoni and taco. Salad bar was average. Fried chicken was good, but salty. Mashed potatoes were instant. Food was slow to be refilled. Desserts were also pizza crust based with a fruit topping. Servers slow to pick up dirty dishes. Not really worth the cost. read more

When I first arrived to Pizza Ranch I was not impressed. The room was dark and the place was empty. The woman at the front did not seem excited to be there. When I made my way to the pizza I did not find a very wide variety of fresh new pizza toppings. I tried one called Alfredo Broccoli Pizza and let me tell you, it was not good. The mashed potatoes with gravy was very good though. I was about to give up all hope but then something fabulous caught my eye: TACO PIZZA. Wow. It was great. I will be coming back! read more

The last time I visited a Pizza Ranch was 2007 (I think) and it was in the middle of South Dakota. This one is just as good, but not as difficult to get to. The different varieties of pizza are still fun and usually pretty tasty--especially the one with barbecue sauce and pineapples. The bread sticks are always perfectly cooked and have a nice amount of cheese on them. I was satisfied with the salad bar and the many kind of vegetables available. The dessert pizza, though, is what makes the trip really worth it. If you don't like anything else here, the dessert pizza will still be awesome, I promise. read more

It is buffet style, nice for a change of pace with a selection, but not worth ordering for delivery. You can request pizza to be cooked and added to buffet. Last time there our group requested two pizza. One arrived in 10-15 min the other never did in 45 min, most of the pizzas on the buffet are unmarked so had to guess what it was.
