Came here last night cause we were passing by coming home from FL. We have done Pizza Ranch at home 100 times over the years cause it's my elderly dads favorite. When he wants to go somewhere for a flavorful dinner pizza ranch it is. This location looked busy when we pulled into the parking lot before 7 and there was 4 cars sitting by the front door making a traffic jam. Damn that must mean it's a good place. Got inside there with dad and the front host girl must of been new. That's alright we all been in her shoes sometime in our lives. She sits us and we go get some food and the manager comes up to tell us we got 10 minutes until he pulls all the food off the buffet. I go wtf? Ya we close at 8 and pull the food at 730 so you better hurry. I go I was going to ask you if you were going to restock the buffet as it was empty. He goes it's full. Really? Are we talking about the same buffet? He goes yes we have food going on it all the time. Went back up and the potatoes were still empty. Chicken was cold. The pasta looks like it was there for 3 hours. There was 2 cheese bread pizza things and a camel apple desert. Some fancy pizzas like a taco and a Buffalo something which I don't eat that were fresh and that's it. Was going to try a salad but they love their ranch here as there was 4 bottles of it and some Italian. Nothing else to really pick from. Maybe some french or some blue cheese could be a nice addition like the other franchises have. It was a waste of $32. It appears to be a newer location that needs some leadership help. This location makes me appreciate our locations in Mn even more. read more

When you come to this place you will be greeted by one of the hardest working staff I have seen in a long time. Regardless of how busy this place can be because it is really popular they do their absolutely best to provide great service to everyone. My takeout order was ready on time tonight and made correct everytime we come here even with the 50+ people in the restaurant. The staff here truly doesn't get enough credit for their work ethic and the owners Chad & Amy should give them all a raise. read more

Pizza ranch closes at 8pm we got there a little later than we would have liked arriving at 7:05, but they closed the buffet 30 minutes early and were coming around cleaning and replacing everything at the table we were at, and telli us that the buffet had ended multiple times 30 minutes before they even closed. If you close at 8pm you close at 8pm. read more

Loved the food and I was pleasantly surprised to find that pizza wasn't the only food served at the Pizza Ranch! They have a wonderful fresh salad bar, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, and probably some of the best fried chicken I've had and I'm from the Deep South! Plenty of sweet desert pizza! My favorite was the peach and to top it off was soft serve vanilla ice cream! So yes I recommend you go enjoy the Pizza Ranch located on Wentzville Parkway! The food here is pretty good, they have a variety of different pizzas and you can order any pizza you'd like if they don't have what you want on the buffet. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they run out of items on the buffet very fast and don't replace them fast enough. I've gone up to the buffet multiple times and there was nothing to even put on my plate. I understand they have just opened but I'm hoping this changes soon! read more

I was so excited to find out Pizza Ranch was coming to Wentzville!!! I loved eating at the one in Loveland Colorado. They have the best variety of pizzas and you can order a customized one when dining in. They also have a great salad bar and excellent fried chicken with other sides to choose from. It is fairly priced and the food is worth it! read more

Pizza is good but way overpriced. $12.39 per person for dinner and all day on weekends (slightly cheaper for lunch during the week) is a bit of a rip off for pizza. Wish we had a Cici's pizza or something around for like $5/person. read more

The staff is sooo nice! Very helpful and upbeat. It is a bit expensive, though. And oddly enough, their food is all good, except for the pizza. Which was pretty gross. The cheesy sticks were good, but I tried 3 slices of different pizza, and they were not enjoyable. They have great fried chicken, corn, potatoes, stuffing, etc. The salad bar was average, but still good. They have a variety of soda options, which is nice. The music is VERY annoying. I might come back, it wasn't terrible. They also have a rewards program. read more

When this restaurant first opened it was really good. That was then. The first thing we noticed while waiting in line was a display showing they cater. The display is covered in a layer of dust. We were given our glasses at the register. One glass still had lipstick residue on it. Have these people not heard of Covid? No employees wore masks. I've never eaten at a place that closes a buffet 30+ minutes before they close the store. It's ridiculous! The prices are too high for below subpar food. The pizza is awful tasting. The dessert pizzas are ok. No toppings for the vanilla ice cream. Would be nice if they offered chocolate or swirl ice cream but they don't. Not sure why others brag about this place. Drove for 30 minutes to try this place out. Went here to celebrate my sister's birthday and she enjoys food adventures. She said this was a good adventure. The food was really good. The staff kept up with keeping the buffett full of food. Staff was able to keep up with clearing off your table pretty quickly. Because of that tables could be turned fast as people left. I came here for a birthday gathering about week ago. I didn't stay long as the room we had the party in was elbow to elbow. It was beyond ridiculous with the covid in place. So me and my daughter grabbed us something to eat and sat outside of the party room. We didn't play games or anything that day as it was packed even in the game room. No one was wearing mask besides my family and a lady and her child. Now we did decide to come back and I brought my older kids with me. We picked during the day during the week to go. We had a blast! We were the only people in the game room for most of the time. The kids all had a blast playing games and the food was awesome! With covid and them not taking certain precautions I wouldn't recommend this place on the weekends. During the week I would highly recommend as long as the count is low. They protect their staff I can say that but they don't protect or enforce anything to do with covid with the people coming and going. It's all about money to these folks which in some ways can we blame them? If it wasn't for that I would give them 4stars! Games are a little pricey, but they are up to date and I honestly haven't seen some of them so it was a joy! read more

The food was great. Different types of pizza. They also had dessert pizzas, ice cream, salad, chicken, and different sides. We took my nephews and the arcade was a little small but the games were great and kept them busy for a while. The prize station had tons of items to choose from. Everything was convenient to carry on the card. One worker checked onnus multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. Great staff. All in all, it was a great place. read more

I hate that they close so early. My sister gets back from gymnastics every night at 7:30 and I hate that pizza ranch closes at 8:00 because pizza ranch is one of my favorite places to eat but we can never eat there because they close so early. I wish they closed later. read more

I went on a Tuesday about 4pm. First time visiting here. The employees were great, friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. It is more on the expensive side but it's a buffet. I wouldn't of mind paying the price if the food was fresh. The fries were hard and the chicken very dry. The pizza was good and they do take made to order request. That was great. Fresh and hot but everyone else was done eating by the time I got it. read more

The arcade looks top notch, there are tons of high end VR experiences too though I haven't tried out the games myself. You can have custom pizzas made for free and the deserts are to die for! This place is great. Biggest surprise is the delicious fried chicken. Staff was very polite and they had good cleanliness measures in place. Very grateful for a place that uses common sense in regards to mask use. Leaving the table to touch the mask, put it back on for 50 foot of walking and back to touch the mask again to remove is just unsanitary in and of itself. If you are scared STAY HOME. we just spent $65 for the five of my family to eat cheese covered card board, honestly just order a couple pizzas from somewhere else it'll taste better and be way cheaper. They also had no salad out and they had wrong labels on 90% of the pizzas so you didn't even know which pizza was which. read more

We loved this place! Very well run, everyone was friendly and helpful. Love that kids eat free on Tuesdays! The food was pretty good for a pizza/chicken buffet. Good variety too. Only complaint was the arcade. Not thrilled that you have to put money on a card. You can't just send your kid in there with a few dollars worth of quarters. Each game seemed to take the equivalent of $1 which I thought was kinda high. Overall it was a fun time and we will definitely go back. read more

i just came here with my little sister and she was so excited to play the arcade games, and of course redeem her tickets. so after we ate our food i spent over $100 on arcade games. after we spent about 2 hours there we spent some time picking out what she wanted and we had enough for the play dough and a few other things. my sister was so excited to go home and play with her things. but when the employee came over they informed us their internet is down and won't be able to redeem our $100+ worth of tickets. i asked if they could just look at the kiosk and look at how many tickets we had and keep our cards and redeem them when the internet is back. we were told no, not sure why not. maybe you guys should put a sign up before people waste their money, or try to compromise and find some kind of solution instead of turning us away and wasting our money. i understand it's not the employees fault but this could have been handled much better. read more

We recently moved here to this area and we really loved our Pizza Ranch back home. We were pleasantly surprised when we heard that Pizza Ranch opened up here in this area. We ate there on August 22, 2019 and the buffet was amazing. We requested our favorite pizza which was Alfredo sauce, chicken, green pepper, and tomatoes and they had no problem making it for us. The restaurant was clean. The workers were very good and did a great job always coming and picking up our dirty dishes. The pizza was great and the chicken was amazing. My daughter loves the mashed potatoes. The buffet was stocked well with a variety of pizza as well as dessert pizza and kept neat. The ice cream was also really good. I would totally recommend this place. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey. We won't go often but we will definitely be back. read more
