Ordered online through the Pizza Shuttle website. Asked for Italian sausage, pineapple, and Canadian bacon on one pizza and extra cheese on the other. The pizzas came half an hour late and neither had any pizza sauce, and the sausage pizza had no cheese. Just a pathetic dry crust with a smattering of toppings. We called the store to see if they could correct our experience and were told that they received the order for no sauce and no cheese. They also told us that they called and left a voicemail to the phone number we provided - which was correct - even though we did not receive a call. There was no way to correct our order, even though it was also 30 minutes late, and there was no compromise available. We found it very hard to believe that the pizza sauce was not selected for both pizzas, given that we carefully reviewed our toppings before ordering. So what we were left with was 2 inedible pizzas, no way to prove that we ordered correctly (because you cannot return to the order screen after ordering), and some awful customer service. We're also $20 poorer. A waste of money, a waste of time, and I've received better customer service from a rock. Horrible management and customer relations. Really disappointed because I usually like going inside for pizza, but I will never be returning to Pizza Shuttle and will be warning my friends and family against ordering from there. read more

Having grown up in Manhattan, I became addicted to Pizza Shuttle as a child. The one here is just as good (Though different owners now from what I understand) The only complaint I have is that they need to get with the times and take credit/debit cards. (Though the one in Manhattan really needs to get an actual website. Looked all over and couldn't find it.) It was also fun hearing the jingle again. (Though with a different number it is a little odd to me.) Seriously, I'm actually TRYING to nitpick and that's all I can come up with. Their fountain drinks are known for their "shuttle ice" and their jingle is ingrained into everyone's head. I have fond memories of eating there as a child and then going to the arcade that used to be next door. the seating area and bathroom could use re-doing, but the food and prices can't be beat! I still like to go there, though now I go to a certain "junk store" next door looking for "treasures" I just "need". The pizza at Pizza Shuttle is far underrated. It tastes like it costs twice as much and is prepared extremely fast. The pizza also tastes great cold the next day. The interior vibe fits well. Each ceiling tile is a separate piece of art and the brightly painted walls reflect your excitement when you enter and the good smells hit you. There's a Pizza Shuttle in most college towns for a reason. There are few other places where you can pay for a tasty meal in quarters that lasts you a couple days. Had the best experience with Pizza Shuttle tonight! I had an irresistible craving for some pizza tonight and who better to call than Pizza Shuttle, I thought to myself. So I pulled out my cellular device and dialed the infamous phone number and awaited an answer from the other side. Alas, a response, I thought as I was greeted. "Pizza Shuttle" the guy said. "Hey, I'd like to place an order for delivery," I stated. As I continue to place my order, the hunger continues to grow and my stomach growls in agreement to my choice of nurishment. As I finished placing my order, I headed into my humble abode to prepare for the feast that awaits. As I went into a higher state of thought, a car approachs and pulls into the driveway. I approach the vehicle with money in hand as the delivery driver opens the door. As he offers me the feast I've prepared for, I handed over the money. So the wife and I were worn out from a draining day and decided to order Pizza Shuttle delivered. Well I ordered online and have an email with my exact order and they got one pizza wrong. So I called to get I resolved and get the correct one for my wife delivered. They didn't offer to do anything and asked if I had eaten any of it yet. I said yes she took a bite of a piece to see if the pineapple was under the cheese but it was not. They said they would trade us for the correct pizza as long as we didn't eat any. Good thing they sent us two of the same pizza but just absurd to offer to trade us for their screw up. Just flat out ridiculous that I had to ask for them to fix it but they really wouldn't give me the correct pizza without me giving them the incorrect pizza first. It's not like they can give that pizza to somebody else so they basically just wanted to be difficult. Then a few hours later I go to walk my dog and sure enough the pizza that they demanded to get back as trade for the correct pizza was sitting on the ground next to the cars in my parking lot. Oh and not a single apology from the person on the phone or the one delivering. They aren't known for customer service so I shouldn't expect much. Sad that I used to enjoy this place until it comes to customer service which they have always sucked in, they just didnt mess my stuff up bad enough for me to ask them to fix it. How sad is that. I love Pizza Shuttle Always have, always will.. well, not anymore. For Lawrence at least. I'm a regular at the Pizza Shuttle in Manhattan and I've had nothing but amazing experiences from them! Great pizza, great customer service, love them. So when I visited Lawrence and found out they had a Pizza Shuttle, I called em right away and ordered a 14" Pepperoni pizza. I am beyond disappointed. Delivery time was meh, okay, average. Nothing to really complain about that. But the food.. dear god. It definitely wasn't like the one in Manhattan! There was so, so much cheese. I usually don't complain about too much cheese, but lord have mercy this was too much! They barely put any pepperoni on, maybe about two pepperoni's per slice and they were all bunched together in one corner. The cup of sauce I got on the side obviously spilled and was all over the cup and some slices of pizza. The crust was also burnt. No. Just no. This Pizza Shuttle needs to take some lessons from the one in Manhattan. read more

Pizza shuttle quality has been slowly declining over the years. It is at the point where I have ordered it for the very last time. For years I have put up with them making mistakes and not owning up to them but yesterday was the last straw. I order the same two pizzas every time I order. Yesterday they arrived with two missing toppings. I called the manager not to complain but to let him know that the new cook was not making the pizza the way it was supposed to be and the manager was a smart ass. Told me that's how it is and if I don't like it, don't order from them anymore. My personal belief is that they get scammed by college students quite often and it has made them feel defensive about mistakes and that's the reason they do not correct them. Pretty much their policy is that if a mistake is made and you had it delivered to you, you have to bring the pizza back to them with nothing eatien off of the pizza. Sometimes you don't know a pizza is messed up until you have taken a couple bites. They won't accept a pizza for a return that has a couple bites taken out of it. The policy of men having to return the pizza to them after it was delivered, is totally ridiculous. If they delivered a defective Pizza, they should replace it with the right pizza. But they don't see it that way Anyhow, I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Shuttle and would suggest that most of you do the same. Maybe they will get back to their roots of what made them in the first place. Until then, I will spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. read more
