Ordered from here for the first time this week. We won't be ordering there again. Not only did it take over an hour for our food to arrive (we live 1.5 miles from the restaurant) but when our food came, our cheese sticks were lukewarm at best. To Whom This May Concern: I posted a review online and also wanted to share my experience to this location's Yelp, in hopes that someone from your corporate level will see how bad my experience with the Ashburn, Virginia location was today: I've been to this place many times with usually mediocre customer service [annoying at times, difficulty placing orders online for no reason, the delivery driver rudely demanding a tip as I am getting his tip ready, etc.]. The food has always been great so I tried to look past the sub-par customer service. Today, I tried placing an order for delivery over the phone and the person who answered [some guy] freaks out and puts me on hold for 5 minutes for no reason. I speak fluent Hindi and Punjabi so I can hear the guy talking to others in the background on if they should deliver or not; then they just never come back to the phone. After growing tired of waiting, I call back and speak to another person at the Ashburn location. This new guy, who has a very thick accent and can barely speak English, should not be on the phones. I'd even be happy to speak with this guy in Hindi and / or Punjabi, but there being a language barrier speaking English is not the issue, this guy is just rude. First he chooses to not honor the promotion that is clearly promised on their website (2 Medium for $14.99) and then after agreeing to honor a different price (2 Medium for $8.99 / each) + $2 for vegan cheese for each pizza = $10.99 / per pizza total, starts changing the pricing again at the last minute to squeeze a quick buck. I understand times may be tough but there is also something called unethical business practice, which this individual chose to do on the phone with me. I asked to speak with a manager and he refused saying "There are no managers here, only staff." OK buddy, you lied to the wrong customer. This guy knew he was wrong and then got scared so decided to lie some more. The first Ashburn customer rep just put me on hold but this new customer service rep decided to take it to the next level with his horrible customer service. Normally I let these things go, but I canceled my order and am now writing this review / emailing you, which I hope the management sees. I am actually a huge fan of Chicago Pizza With a Twist's food but this level of rude, unethical, lying customer service will force me to stop ordering from here. I called at 8:51 PM on Sunday July 26th was on hold and then called back to speak with another rep [who was the worst] at 8:56 PM today July 26th. We placed a delivery order at around 3pm for over $80 worth of pizza and wings for 7:40. It is now 8pm and still no sign of our delivery. We called the number listed in the confirmation email Only to get a non answer and full answering machine. We finally got our order around 8:03. Their take on pizza is great. We tried tikka and butter chicken pizza. One was medium spicy and the other was mild. Mild spice level I couldn't even taste a hint of spice, so I would stick to medium or more if you like spicy food. The pizzas were very good and the toppings stayed on well. The pizza dough was very stiff at the bottom which helped hold the toppings on. For this reason, I wasn't totally in love with the crust. I'm not sure how great a traditional cheese pizza would taste with that kind of crust but I'll try the next time I go. My husband and I got the chicken tikka pizza but were not impressed. It tasted bland and not much spice when we asked for Medium spicy. The crust was good but I'm not sure I was fan of the sauce instead of red sauce and a lot of ginger garlic taste. It does say on their menu about ginger garlic, but if you are not a fan of garlic pizza then I wouldn't get this kind. I don't think I'll be going back. Great pizza. Buffalo wings were spicy in the most perfect amount. But yelp delivery was horrible. It provided the wrong address which made a one hour ETA take 90 minutes. I felt guilty and doubled the drivers' tip. So it ended up costing $40 for a medium pizza and wings. read more

I'm a creature of habit and prefer pepperoni and mushroom as my toppings, but the BF adores Indian food and their Indian flavors using pizza as a vehicle is delicious! Even I've been throughly impressed by the Tandoori Chicken pizza. The customer service is stellar. I'm not a fan of onions so if we ever order an Indian flavor pizza I always request "No Onions" and they have never disappointed. They also offer a variety of thicknesses in crusts and having tried a majority of them, I can confidently say they've got something for everyone. Delivery is quick. The service was great people there very friendly and the place very clean. Yes it is just opened. THere are plenty of tables TV's and a full bar to sit at or order from. They clearly are not NY Pizza but I enjoyed the pan crust. There are some very unique pizza's here. I have to go try such as Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandooris CHicken PIzza, Butter CHicken Pizza just to name a view. I went with the classic pepperoni. It was a special that cost 7.99 for a large pie. The large specialties are in the 19.99 range. The pepperoni was good with a decent amount of pepperoni and cheese.The sauce had a unique flavor but not far from the traiditonal red sauce. The crust was typical pan pizza crust. I would have liked mine cooked another minute to bring out a little bit more crispiness on the bottom. But each slice held up and was able to be eaten by hand unlike some Chicago style. I also had an order of their wings. 6 for $5.99 how could I not. I ordered their Tequila -Lime and flavor was great. The wings were cooked in a hot oven so not fired but they had enough crispiness and the meat itself was very tender. You have to try this place. It was a little tough finding it at first, mostly because we overlooked it, but once we found it we settled in and ordered the hot wings and the butter chicken pizza. The hot wings were good, but they weren't fried as fully as I'd like or am used to. The butter chicken pizza was delicious, but had a few too many jalapeños. From my recollection, butter chicken gets is spice from Kashmiri chili powder, but either way it was tasty. Also, the service could be better, waiting for food isn't bad, that means it's fresh, but the staff who took the order and served the food could have been a bit nicer or more cheerful. I ordered the vegetarian butter pizza with no onions for my family. The person who took my phone order was very nice and helpful since it was my first time ordering from them, but they messed up the order and still put in the onions! My daughter ended up not eating the pizza at all since she doesn't like onions and didn't want to pick out all the little pieces. Fully stocked bar, they have a rotating happy hour everyday including the weekends. I want to start by saying normally don't ever leave reviews of any bad nature, I'll assume the chef or server or something was just having an off day. I'll eat the food a couple times, at least, before I ever comment on anyone's food. Obviously I work in the industry, BOH and FOH. From line cook to bartender, I'm your girl. This really really bothered me today. Dude was on the phone the ENTIRE time I was there, had to ask for refills, loudly, and had to ask for my check a few times-but what made it really bad, was this guy was extremely sarcastic and to the point of being nasty in the best customer service way possible-I know you know what I mean. I should have known that when I walked in he was on speaker with some phone company trying to get his iPhone turned on. This place is legit. Easily some of the best, and most unique pizza in NoVa. Not a fan of Indian food, so I was a little skeptical when first trying, however, my family and I checked this place out because every other pizza place around here is the same. We found this place on Yelp. My kids are picky eaters. We stopped by here after my daughter's preschool promotion ceremony where we had to sit outside in the blazing heat for 45 minutes. We wanted pizza and wings. what a beautiful mix... 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I asked the cashier/staff member if they had anything close to naan. He didn't know what naan was, so he went to the back to ask the manager. Well the manager walked right out to explain that they do not have naan, but their pizza dough is made from scratch- very soft and fluffy LIKE naan. I asked if we could order that and "it may work." To this he replied "absolutely, and this one is on us." He baked a HUGE "bread/naan" fluffy and soft as promised (for free), JUST FOR MY KIDS. If you go above and beyond to bring a smile to my kids' faces, you've already won my heart. The delicious pizza just sealed the deal:) The manager even came out to check on us and see if my kids liked it. Seriously?! Wow. 2. PIZZA! this is the best pizza I've had in my whole life, seriously. The first bite had me hooked! I've never tasted pizza like this. We placed our order for a pizza and repeated it twice to the rude and half attentive man on the phone. When I arrived to pick it up the order was wrong. During weekends Indian beers at the bar are just $5 for big bottle which is a good deal and they also have other small bottled beers for $3. Then, we saw their wings come out, so we ordered the mango habanero. They were nice size, the sauce was sweet and spicy as it should be, and the price was on point. Finally came the main attraction - butter chicken pizza. All I have to say is double yum. We absolutely love Indian food and getting it on a pizza was a win-win.
