The staff behind the counter seemed to be having fun and being silly, which hey sure if the restaurant is empty, but I'm sure that didn't help our long wait. Not cool! We also ordered 2 on tap IPAs and a bottled Coke. We enjoyed the pizzas, great dough with a wonderfully flame fired taste, but the toppings left something to be desired. The Bianca could use something fresh like some lemon slices and definitely more basil, as I got one leaf per slice. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and we'd definitely return again if passing through Redding. As a pizza snob, it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely a tasty pizza and worth a try. It's good if you're a little short on time as well. When I'm working on location with my crew and we need lunch, buffets are the way to go so we don't spend 1 1/2 hrs for lunch. Inside is nice and neat, we're near the first ones to arrive just after 11 am. The buffet is $13.50 plus tax and includes a refillable drink. It runs till 2pm I think. The pizzas are hot and fresh, that why you go to buffets near opening! I love the crust here at Pizza Factory. Most all Pizza Factories are consistent no matter what town I go. Bring your appitite.
