The staff behind the counter seemed to be having fun and being silly, which hey sure if the restaurant is empty, but I'm sure that didn't help our long wait. Not cool! Overall, good if you have time to wait but not the option if you're hungry.

We ordered 3 pizzas for the 3 of us and all were devoured; Salsicca (not pictured since it came out first and I forgot a picture), Margherita and the Bianca. We also ordered 2 on tap IPAs and a bottled Coke. We enjoyed the pizzas, great dough with a wonderfully flame fired taste, but the toppings left something to be desired. The Bianca could use something fresh like some lemon slices and definitely more basil, as I got one leaf per slice. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and we'd definitely return again if passing through Redding. As a pizza snob, it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely a tasty pizza and worth a try. Kudos to the chef who mentioned he started on an Ooni. Quite the progression! As we were finishing our meal around 7:15p, I overheard them turn a customer away, as they had sold out of dough. Come early if you don't want to risk it for the night.

Inside is nice and neat, we're near the first ones to arrive just after 11 am. The buffet is $13.50 plus tax and includes a refillable drink. It runs till 2pm I think. The pizzas are hot and fresh, that why you go to buffets near opening! I love the crust here at Pizza Factory. Most all Pizza Factories are consistent no matter what town I go. Bring your appitite.

We LOVE this place! Great service and a friendly staff. They are always running great specials and their food is fresh. They have been a staple in our house since they opened 1992 and are still owned by the same dedicated owner. I especially love that the dough is made fresh every day and that they use honey in dough instead of sugar. All around great place. would highly recommend. read more

Wow, I'm amazed by the bad reviews here. We've been ordering from Shasta Pizza for years and more so lately due to home renovations. Their pizza is always cooked to order (i'm picky about too much sauce etc. lol) and it always arrives hot...the cheese stretching when you pull out a slice. Much better than any other delivery pizza. Have been getting take out here for years. Never a problem until our last visit. To sum it up, my 5 year old grandson said "I thought we were getting pepperoni pizza, not plain cheese."
