We ordered 3 pizzas for the 3 of us and all were devoured; Salsicca (not pictured since it came out first and I forgot a picture), Margherita and the Bianca. We also ordered 2 on tap IPAs and a bottled Coke. We enjoyed the pizzas, great dough with a wonderfully flame fired taste, but the toppings left something to be desired. The Bianca could use something fresh like some lemon slices and definitely more basil, as I got one leaf per slice. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean and we'd definitely return again if passing through Redding. As a pizza snob, it's not the best I've ever had, but definitely a tasty pizza and worth a try. Kudos to the chef who mentioned he started on an Ooni. Quite the progression! As we were finishing our meal around 7:15p, I overheard them turn a customer away, as they had sold out of dough. It's good if you're a little short on time as well. When I'm working on location with my crew and we need lunch, buffets are the way to go so we don't spend 1 1/2 hrs for lunch. Inside is nice and neat, we're near the first ones to arrive just after 11 am. The buffet is $13.50 plus tax and includes a refillable drink. It runs till 2pm I think. The pizzas are hot and fresh, that why you go to buffets near opening! I love the crust here at Pizza Factory. Most all Pizza Factories are consistent no matter what town I go. Bring your appitite.

Then, we added double pep. We also ordered the garlic twists and pesto twists. Our total was about $70, which isn't bad for the amount of food we got! I enjoyed that their pizza sauce had a little bit of spice to it. Everything tasted great. We fed 6 adults and two kids, and still had 3/4 of a pizza plus some twists leftover. What we got was a pleasant location, generous wine pours, and a delightful range of dining offerings. Add to the diverse menu, a great outdoor patio with space for dogs, tree coverage to stay cool, and lovely table spacing to keep you from feeling like you're eating with 100 of your closet friends.
