Being from New Jersey, I am somewhat a pizza snob, but I am also always on the lookout for a good pizza place. However, after trying here, I can say that this is not a good pizza place. It has a great location, right across the street from UCF in a small strip mall basically on the corner of University and Alafaya Trail. Sad to say, that is the only thing that place has going for it. The pizza is nothing to write home about and service is subpar. The combination of these two certainly did not make for a positive experience. I can't see myself returning. read more

Surprisingly big flavors from such a small restaurant. Being located so close to the university (UCF), my expectations were not better than average. Boy was I wrong! The best Stromboli I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Amazing buttery crust and over stuffed with topping and mountains of cheese. Delivery showed up about 45mins late (even though the app showed it was being delivered and the restaurant is only 6mins away from me) and the driver didn't even hand me the pizza at the door. I had to fish it out of the bag as he held it open lol last time ordering from here. At least the pizza was still warm read more

I've been to Proccolino's a bunch of times, my preteen sons love it. We've only ever had pizza, so this review is purely that. We always get their largest pizza, I believe it's 25". You get a decent quality pie that can serve 4-5 people a good price. The place is hole in the wall, so don't expect much in the way of ambiance. read more

Went here at around 1pm (early in the day for the store), so I was hoping for some fresh pepperoni pizza. However, I was wrong. The worker, after taking my order, took two slices off of a cheese pizza that had probably sitting there since the store opened at 11. He put pepperoni on the slices and popped them in the oven. After about 3 minutes, he took them out and put them in a box. When I bit into the pizza, it tasted old (like I expected). I'm addition to the old-tasting pizza, the store was extremely dirty. I also ordered a fountain drink with my pizza, but when I went to get my drink, the machine had several flies around it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a week. Thankfully, the one worker there let me get a can of soda instead. In conclusion, I wouldn't ever recommend this place as it stands. Perhaps this was just an off day, but I'd much rather stick with Lazy Moon or one of the chains. read more

We were in town to help a relative move and were looking for an Italian restaurant that was close to our hotel. We sat down and immediately felt so welcome. Our waitress was amazing and very patient with my elderly uncle. The food was outstanding (especially the home made bread). Generous portions and hot! The staff was so friendly. Stopped in to grab a quick pie and wish I didn't. Took them 15 mins just to get the pizza in the oven , for reasons I can't explain. Then, since we were waiting, they took the pizza out early and it's more like pizza soup. Hoping I can finish cooking it at home. Just total incompetence all around. However, the food was terrible and not something I'd ever purchase and they ripped off my partner's purchase too! Also, the Italian Wedding Soup is NOT WORTH IT OR THE REAL DEAL! Disappointed. We have ordered from here before and the food had been good but our last order was not. We ordered garlic knots, pepperoni pizza, and zeppoles for delivery. Let me say delivery was on time which was good however the pizza lacked pepperoni, there were only a few pieces towards the middle of the pie. We ordered garlic knots with extra garlic sauce and they came overdone and very dry we couldn't find the garlic. I will say the zeppoles were good, the dough was nice and they had plenty of sugar on them but disappointed with the rest of our order. read more

Will give it 3 because there is a chance of it improving. The drink machine was broke, so had to get cans. Not a good sign, for some reason these small pizza joints have pepsi machines that break all the time. Switch to Coke and you wont have these problems. Ordered subs good but kind of small. Havent been here in four years maybe the pizza isnt bland anymore. Giving them the benefit of doubt with 3, Lot of need for improvement. Lunch special two slices and a drink for $6.50 way to expensive. I go to places with 24 inch slices for same deal for 4.50-5.50 The guy in the back making pizza needs a course in food prep. He was eating something while making pizza. Can forget about washing hands while touching his hands to mouth, didnt happen. For this reason wont be back. Sorry but this place wont make list. read more

This place has great food! Amazing food. But I'm giving it two stars? Yes, because the service is really that bad. They have never ever gotten my order right. The times I've ordered delivery they have always come hours later. To the point where I'm wondering if they forgot about my order. When I get my food it's cold and not even the food I ordered. It's good but it's just always a disappointment when I order from here. In the actual restaurant I have to repeat my order multiple times to the employee and they still get it wrong. But it takes them so long to make it by the time I get my food I don't have the energy to argue, I just want to eat. I don't know how the people who work here can be so incompetent. I've eaten and ordered food from here at least a dozen times. Their margarita pizza and Stromboli's are great, but I won't be ordering from here again. The service is just unacceptable. read more

Pizza arrived over an hour late and was the incorrect order. Staff refused to refund my order and when the correct order finally arrived, it was very underwhelming. Side note: Alfredo pizza was not baked with Alfredo as alternative to red sauce; Alfredo was just poured on top of the pizza and tasted a bit sour. read more

The best pizza I've had in my entire life. Not "one of the best," the absolute best. The perfect ratio of cheese:sauce:crust. Rami and Linda were in when I walked on and they are all extremely friendly. They also have these amazing Middle Eastern pizzas like gyro, schwarma and falafel. The prices for the food is fantastic and you will actually be full unlike most other restaurants these days! read more

We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.

This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

We were treated to a complimentary Chinese-style dessert made with peeled split mung beans and thickened with tapioca starch into a gooey, translucent pudding that was served warm. My husband and I had an amazing dining experience here! We came in to try their pasta special, and we each opted for a different dish: the Chicken Parmesan and the Tortellini Sinatra. Both were absolutely delicious, but we were especially blown away by the tortellini - it was unique and full of flavor! We also ordered the veggie pizza to-go, and it did not disappoint. It was fresh, tasty, and packed with great ingredients. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We left with full stomachs and big smiles!
