The grain bowl had brown rice, spelt, millet, chickpeas, lemon-tahini dressing, pickled vegetables, carrot, kohlrabi, feta, and a pomegranate molasses. This was very light and extremely fresh. All of the flavors mixed well with one another. The torta had a chicken guisado, lime-cilantro slaw, pickled onion, and jalapeno on a telera roll with a side salad. The salad was basically just mixed greens, no issue there. Again, this appeared extremely light, especially the soft roll. The chicken was flavored well and tender while the pickled onion and jalapeno gave a little crisp. The jalapenos also provided a slight kick. Will I go back? No doubt.
