I got shrimp for my protein and the chef put a ton of it in! My friend had a combo of chicken and shrimp. We watched as the chef tossed our stuff in the air in the wok. This December (2025), Bella Vita opened a second location on College Pkwy (where Creekside Deli used to be. Now, the Carson Mall location is only open for lunch. And the new location, Bella Vita Bistro at Creekside, serves dinner, starting at 4pm. (They are also using the new location for their catering.)
