So, we have been ordering from them for years. This last time in Saturday will be the last time. Previously our order was botched a bit. So we decided to do another. We were told 20 minutes to pick up or an hour to 1.5 for delivery. I picked up 17 minutes after we ordered it. Got home within 10 and the pizza was half cooked and cold. Placed order online. Went to restaurant 20 minutes later. You must call when you get to restaurant. Phone was busy four times. Employee finally came out and i told her who i was and i was picking up. Another confused employee came out....three times over 30 minutes. 50 minutes after placing ordered i left with a refund and no food because they didnt have my order. (Took 30 minutes for them to figure that out. I was offered 10% off my next order. Insulting. Wasting 50 minutes and having to go somewhere else is not worth 2 bucks. We go to this restaurant quite often. The service we normally receive is very good. Tonight was awful. The waitress took forever to take our order. The place was not busy. Someone else took our drink order because our waitress was in the bathroom. I definitely didn't need that much information. She finally takes our order. My husband received the wrong dressing for the salad. She brings bread no bread plates. We asked for bread again and still no bread plates. I have to ask for them. We wait a while, she finally brings them and says she forgot. We sat near the window and pretty sure they don't wipe down the window sill. It had dead bugs and live gnats and a fly attacking us. The best pizza around, but unfortunately they do not have a very big delivery area. We end up getting delivery from other places (several are further than this) because of this reason. If they would step up their delivery game I know they would be the best in town. Everyone I have recommended this place to has really loved the food. With a plethora of transplanted NYers I would highly recommend this place and not just for the delicious pizza. I've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately it is in the opposite direction of most things so you will have to make a special trip, but it is HIGHLY recommended and it's only a few miles up or down 13 from both downtown Smyrna and Dover. read more

My friend and I were headed to Dover and she had a craving for spaghetti & meatballs. We weren't really interested in a chain restaurant and this fit our wishes. This was a Mom & Pop style restaurant, nice and clean. Our waitress was a busy lady. Although we were her only table, it was clear she had other duties requiring her attention. That being said, we weren't neglected. My friend ordered spaghetti & meatballs and I ordered spaghetti & sausage. The spaghetti in both dishes could have been drained a tad more. Not impressed this is the typical delaware pizza experience. The veal and chicken in the parm meals and subs is a cheap chopped and formed product for the price they charge there is no reason they can not use cutlets, all you can taste is the filter used to make the patties. I will say that their Sicilian pizza is pretty good. read more

Walked in there a short while ago. The place has a nice feel to it. The waitress was friendly and helpful with the menu. The service was good, the music was what I would expect, a little Sinatra . The pizza was good not great mind you but then again I consider myself a bit of a pizza snob. The pizza needed a little something , flavor was missing. A little black pepper, a smidge of garlic, a pinch of salt, and oregano and their you have some flavor. The crust was okay. The price for the large pie with 2 toppings and 1 drink was just under $20. But I must admit i enjoyed the stop. So for anyone on the look for pizza that's a step or two above dominos, give it a try . Next time I'll try the spaghetti. read more

The Dover Smyrna Area has a lot of Italian and Pizza Restaurants and this is one of them. Thats about as good a review I can give. Me and my family have gone here many times over many years and the experience you have is always random. Sometimes its the best cheese steak you have had in months. Other times its like a wet soggy sponge wrapped around something you don't really want to touch. Their pizza is not what I would call traditional thin crust. It seems like they buy a bunch of pizza blanks from a pizza factory and then put stuff on them. I don't know how they do that because I believe they actually make their own dough so maybe they were trained in a factory. Often they put too much water in the sauce and the cheese does not stick to the crust and the crust is wet in the box like someone poured their bottled water into the box. The reason that happens is too much water in the sauce and then it is all moisture. Is it a place that you can buy food. Yes it is. Will you enjoy it? You never know but I have given up on them. read more
