I'm a big fan of this lil joint. Their wings are amazing. Mondays you can get them super cheap and there is always a pitcher of beer deal. I recommend calling ahead for a table on a Monday. You won't regret it. So not only do they have slamming wings, cheap beer, but their cocktails are fantastic. Scorpion bowls at a pub?! I'll take it. Oh and to top it off, the staff is awesome. The guys at the door greeting you are so sweet and the waitresses are awesome. We were there for a friends bday last night and I mentioned that and they came over with a shot and a card signed with everyone's name. Couldn't get much better than that! Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a beer and lunch. The entire place reeked of bathroom. Had a beer and left. Couldn't eat.

Absolutely love this place whether it's Monday nights for $.35 wing deals or football Sunday's. The waitresses are always so attentive and nice. The one downfall is they don't carry Narraganset beer. Hence the minus one star. It's a Rhode Island born bar that doesn't carry Rhode Island beer. If they carry that then they'd get 5 stars!! read more

Living up the road from this place is a tease! Every night we drive home this place is packed! Unfortunately, we can't frequent here like we would want (unless they have a daycare?!?! ) Stopped here Saturday night with my husband (his first time, my third). We had a great time. Such a great atmosphere here. We didn't know anyone, but we felt very comfortable. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. We spent a couple hours here just having drinks, then decided to order buffalo wings. They were excellent. The owner popped in and made it a point to speak to all the costumers and see how everything was. That is something that stuck out to me when I came here previously with a friend. That little gesture goes a long way. Definitely made an impact. I am hoping for a night out soon to go back! read more

Rather small so if you don't go early don't think you will get a seat for awhile. Menu is very limited and has been for years now. With that said everything is very good. The nacho cheese burger is very good and the wings are ridiculous. Peanut butter and jelly wings are to die for. Service is just ok depending on who you get. Lately this location has gone extremely downhill. The owner is an ass. We spend hundreds of dollars here and all of a sudden they put a "time limit" on how long you sit at a table? Seriously? I went there a couple weeks ago on a Sunday night after work. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was a valued customer. They Acknowledged me right away. I sat at a table with a friend. Waiter came right over, told us the specials and even helped to make drink recommendations. But what I liked the most was that there were 2 other waitresses working and would come over to see if we needed anything. Definitely wasn't a place that you'd feel forgotten and would be left sitting there with an empty glass wondering when is your waiter coming back. I was very impressed! read more

PJs is our go-to pub. Whether it's Monday night wing night, drinks on Friday after work, or lunch on Saturday- they never disappoint. The staff is very friendly and remember your names....Even the owners come by to say Hi, check on your experience and have a conversation- they take pride in their business. The food here is typical pub food but better than most pubs offer- I highly recommend the wings!!! read more

Wings were kind of good, cept for the "garlic oil" flavored ones, there was no salt on it whatsoever. The pizza had no sauce on it whatsoever, it was just cheese and crust, and the chicken noodle soup had a weird taste. It was ok. Fun place though. read more

WONDERFUL!!! My boyfriend and I pop into PJ's about once a week. Fantastic service almost every time. Zach the bartender is phenomenal, friendly, and will have your next drink poured as you're finishing off the one in your hand. Food is great, they have some good specials a few nights a week. Steak and cheese is good, poutine is delicious, and the wings are great. Manager remembers us and always says hi, and the staff knows us by name. Definitely worth trying!! read more

Last night I went to PJ's in Cranston after work for food and drinks. I go there often, as I know that many of my friends do. After being there for a couple of hours I used the ladies' room and on my return to the table, a scumbag SLAPPED MY ASS. At first, I was in disbelief that someone put their hands on me so I returned to my table, however, after a second of realizing what happened I went back over to address the situation. The individual told me to, "get out of [his] face and walk away." At this point, I began to get heated and the manager came over and pulled me aside. After telling him my story, I was tol to calm down, while he spoke with the guy that did it. After speaking with said individual, he was allowed to remain fraternizing with his friends and drinking, and was not told to immediately leave. I was told that they would "watch the cameras tomorrow to see what happened." I settled my tab and left and told them that I would not be returning. I know that the money I spend there will not effect their business in any way shape or form, but I figured for those of you that frequent PJ's in Cranston, you should know the kind of behavior that they allow to happen without any apparent repercussions. read more

The thing I like most about PJ's is the service and good attitude of the employees. It has the feel of a local bar whose owner or owners really care about how you're doing. If you walk in on a busy night and it seems there is no place to sit the owner will literally shift people at the bar or surrounding area to accommodate you. I hate walking into a bar and just standing there not knowing where to go because the place is full. I never feel that way when I go to PJ's. The Jukebox is average unless you're there on a slow weeknight. It seems one of the kitchen staff is quite fond of country and if no one is playing music you'll be stuck listening to that. They frequently have a DJ. I think most Saturdays. Good energy. Monday night is the best to eat. 25 cent wings and 8 dollar domestic pitchers. You can't really go wrong with that. I suggest you call ahead if you want to sit, otherwise you may be waiting. As far as the food goes(other than wing night), I try not to come here hungry. The chicken is most often very overcooked and dry. I've had it more than a few times, so I know what I'm talking about. The steak and cheese is typically over-salted, the burger is so-so, it all pretty much tastes like frozen from restaurant depo food. I would be over my head with excitement if I bit into a burger and it tasted like it was fresh ground beef that someone made into pattys, or the steak was seared medium rare and then sliced before putting into a bun and serving. Those picky food things are what would make this a five star review. Most people aren't that choosey about their bar food. Over all, I really like this bar and come here more often than any other pub. I'm happy to give them my business and I think they do a great job. read more

Got our drinks while waiting for a table to be open for us which only took like 5 minutes. Every waiter, waitress or host were so attentive . Great service. I have come here a few times and always had good experiences. I would have given this 4 stars as there is nothing bad here. The place was packed which i love. the more people the better. people were happy hanging out talking. The only thing is this place is very tiny. (clearly not following fire code for occupancy). here is the issue there is seating going thru the middle of the place and if you are standing you are always in someones way. so the whole time we were having a drink it was excuse me here and watch out there. made experience alot less pleasant. Like i said i dont hate the place and i am happy they are doing well just wish this place was bigger. read more

This bar has the best service of any bar or restaurant you'll go to - white linen napkin places included. The best buffalo wings around and the asian thai spice are even better - it's awesome on Monday quarter wing nights during football season. The rest of the menu is pretty ecclectic for a bar this size and everything is made fresh to order and delivered on time so the quality is excellent. Beers are always ice cold and if they know you they'll hand you one the second you walk through the door and a new one always gets to you just before you're done with the last one. The entertainment varies from DJ to live depending on the night you're in there and is gives a good backdrop for the crowd. Just a comfortable place to hang out, never any trouble going on, and a highly professional staff lead by owners Paul and John make it a 5 star joint. read more

Ive lived in Rhode Island now for almost ten years and been to just about every bar, restaurant you can imagine. The night life in rhode islands gets very old very fast. A buddy of mine introduced me to PJ's almost 2 years ago. PJ's is without a doubt the best atmosphere with the best prices in town. But what makes PJ's awesome and unique is the quality food and drink all with incredible service. The staff is extremely friendly and will always make sure your drink is cold and on a coaster. The menu is endless and the wings are the best in the state. If your a wing fan and like variety your a fool not to go there every Monday night for Wing Night. For those of you looking for a place with great prices, great music, great food and even better people PJ's is a must. read more

The first time I came here I got the steak n' cheese...terrible idea! Very dry and flavorless. Since then, I have only been on Monday night (reservations needed at this location) The wings and white pizza keep me coming back and that's why I give this place 4 stars. I get the plain wings with the regular buffalo sauce on the SIDE, so the wings stay nice and crispy! :) very good waitstaff and $8 beer pitchers!! read more
