This has always been a neighborhood gem for us. Especially moving away, this represents home. Traditional Irish items that we can't get in Texas definitely were a treat. Service was great and like seeing an old friend. Don't ever change.

Sullivans exceeded my expectations. On a Saturday during playoff football it wasn't too busy & easily got a seat at the bar. Excellent beer list & an impressive Guinness pour was my first impression. The food menu is standard pub fair with some highlight of restaurant favorites. The Rodeo Burger & Cuban were both pretty good but neither the best I've had (I would order again though) but the chicken tender were fantastic. They were not overly fried or heavy so they made a perfect appetizer. Inside there are plenty of TVs to show whatever is live & the walls are decorated with beer signs making the pub feel older than it actually is. The bartenders were friendly & the food was prompt making Sullivans a regular spot going forward. They also have a mug club.

Love a traditional Irish Bar with a huge bar area and friendly staff! First time here as the daughter had a hankering for Shepherds Pie! Did not disappoint as she got the loaded Shepards Pie! Delicious! So was the Transfusion drink she got as well! Wife got the wings. Perfect size for her. I had a Guinness draught and the Reuben! Nice and tasty! Thanks for a great time. We shall be back!

Every visit all the staff are very friendly and the service is the best around. My favorite neighborhood pub, great prices and mixed drinks and draft beer. Best chicken fingers around. Wraps are really good and daily specials. Also they have a late night pub menu for orders after 9pm. Check them out

We have been here a few times over the past few years. I have had the following: 1. BLT- Most bacon I have ever had in a BLT. LOVE IT! 2. Fish & Chips- Always solid. Not the best I have ever had but a decent size fish. Not greasy. Decent fries and I really like their cole slaw. Just enough dressing. 3. Pulled pork- flavorful We usually get seated fast, the staff are always helpful and share responsibilities. Sometimes wondering who do we ask for help since its such a team environment? I can share my husband recently ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was super small and way more bread. My husband (who never raises concerns at establishments) chose to show the waitress who immediately agreed and made it right by offering another option. I like Sullivan's.

Honestly, the best fish and chips I have ever had in Rhode Island. The crunch on the batter is amazing and the fish is flavorful without being overly fishy. But, please, don't take my word for it. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I had a hard time choosing between the Pretty In Pink strawberry lager and the Apple Pie Seltzer, but the PIP was actually all out (so sad!!) so I went with the seltzer. It had a strong almost artificial scent, but a much more mild flavor. It wasn't too sweet and had notes of cinnamon - very unique and drinkable, although I don't think I'd need more than one. I was surprised and pleased to see they have a food menu. There's a pretty big parking lot but it's very uneven and filled with pot holes, and people park a little...erm...creatively - you've been warned. On weekends I've seen the main and overflow lot fill up, and I couldn't even find street parking, so had to go elsewhere - plan accordingly. The tap room is big and has nice bathrooms that are always clean. The main seating option are long picnic table benches - my back personally cannot do a backless seat for more than an hour without being in pain, so take that into consideration. It's also kind of awkward to swing your legs into the seat every time you have to get up, especially if it's full and you're in the middle. I'd love this place so much more if it just got normal tables and individual chairs with backs! My favorite thing about this brewery is that it is dog friendly and there are usually multiple gorgeous furry faces here to oggle over.

The customers are all super nice, unique, and interesting humans. Moreover, the staff of AAJJMO --- Alex, Allen, Josh, Julia, Mike, and Olivia --- are incredibly friendly, witty, and funny. The cocktails and food are also outstanding - I especially recommend the bimbap bowl, fish and chips, korean wings, and burger. You will also find the service to be top notch. The bartenders/servers gird up their loins and exhibit extreme hustle during peak hours, while still being able to charm you with a wink or a joke as they move from table to table. If you have not been to the Ivy in the past few years, I highly recommend it. Since Allen was hired as manager a few years ago, the place has become one of Providence's hidden gems.

Similarly, the fries were definitely from a freezer bag of french fries and barely had salt or pepper. Basically it tasted like what you'd have at like a backyard cookout? TLDR: fine, but it shouldn't cost $18 + tip. For this price I expect a nice toasted bun & homemade fries & a bit more flavor. They also messed up my order which is not a big deal but the waiter came back to the table to confirm my order and when he repeated it back, he had the temperature and the cheese wrong. It was then brought to me with tomato but no lettuce-- I had asked for lettuce with no tomato. The waiter was nice though!

Amazing craft beer menu, but I wish there was more of a cider selection. I'm an absolute creature of habit so I typically get the same menu items but everything is amazing. I believe that between four and six you can order either Nashville or Smashburger sliders for like seven bucks and a side of hand cut fries for like five. I would suggest doing that if you want to leave room for dessert. Otherwise, the Nashville chicken sandwich is literally the best chicken Sammy you'll ever eat in your life. They offer two types of fries and they're both good but the hand cut ones are life-changing. You'll never order fries from anywhere else ever again and enjoy them. The pit craft mac & cheese is creamy, cheesy, wonderful. The Smashburger is equally amazing. Forget five guys or anywhere else really. Truly the best burger. Anything smoked (burnt ends, pulled pork, all of it, delicious. If you have room for dessert, I highly suggest the waffles. They almost taste like they're candied with a little bit of caramelized sugar and served with a berry compote, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream... I can't explain it, but they are absolutely delicious. So put on some stretchy pants and go stuff your face here. Ask for Jalice, she's the sweetest. Owner Jared and Beth are wonderful. They always listen to feedback and are constantly improving. I believe right now they're working on the backyard and I can't wait until it's open. It's been a Bucket tradition throughout the years for all of these guys to meet on Thanksgiving morning. The location has changed as places open and close, but I have to say that Galway is my favorite so far. Galway is not only great on Thanksgiving morning, but it is a great neighborhood bar to meet up for a drink or hear some uber-Irish band sing sappy Irish ballads and catchy jigs. It's also a great stop before or after a PawSox game, as it's right around the corner from McCoy. This is the kind of place where the bartender looks like he's been behind the bar, pouring 'em and enjoying 'em for years. There are quotes proclaiming Gaelic wisdom and pictures portraying the lush green of the homeland all over the walls. As is customary for an authentic Irish pub, most of the older folks can drink a young upstart like me under a table. However, it doesn't feel like a sad bar for drunks, it just feels like a simple and happy bar for the Irish. And it's a pretty happy place for a half-Irish gal like me.
