Called a few spots and no one had the original part. Check online and it says would take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival. Finally classes ANGLERS MARINE and a gentleman named DREW was able to find the part and said it's in stock. I literally stop what I was doing to pick the open part to get the boat going and continue my sea fishing expansion for Saturday. This shop has it all. I just had a couple questions about my outboard, and the Suzuki Dealer that I can't get to return my calls. Long story short - Cherry in customer service was very successful and making me feel stupid. Instead of helping me with a couple simple questions, she was rude in telling me I should of asked these to the dealer. And when I explained that the dealer is not calling me back, she seemed surprised, that's it. No offer to contact them, or help me. By the way I drove 50 miles to this dealer to drop off my outboard a week ago. Because of this experience with the Brea Customer Service Dept. I will never own another Suzuki product of any kind. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Suzuki.

I was told it only needed brakes and that I would get a call when it was ready. I followed up several times and kept hearing delays, including that the wrong brakes had been installed and they needed more time. Eventually the communication stopped completely. Since then, no one has followed through, no one has updated me, and now the original agreement is treated as if it never happened. Instead, the only option presented is a new trailer for around $7,000. I also recently asked what they would offer if they bought the boat back. After paying $32,000 and barely using it, I was offered $16,000. Even getting that answer took repeated effort because emails and calls were ignored until I physically walked into the showroom. Service has been equally disappointing. When I bought the boat, I was specifically told that because I am a Canyon Lake customer they would arrange pickup and delivery for service. When I called recently, I was told there is now a $200 transportation charge and that I would need to take it up with Taylor. I texted Taylor directly again and still received no response. I was also quoted around $1,000 for a basic oil change and impeller replacement, while other boat service centers quoted substantially less for the same work. I have been in sales for over 20 years, and one thing I understand clearly is that customer service after the sale matters more than the sale itself. What stands out most here is how dramatically the customer experience changed once the transaction was complete. Before the purchase, communication was immediate. After the purchase, promises became difficult to verify, follow-up became almost nonexistent, and basic customer service became a struggle. For anyone considering buying here: document everything, get every commitment in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. First off let me begin by saying Bob at K and H marine is a true gentleman. There isnt any…read moredillydallying around. No BS. I called him about a year or so ago thinking the insurance company that hit my trailer with tye boat on it would reimburse me for tue damages to the boat and trailer. One year later they finally did. I have a Bob a call and after a quick refresher about last year he remembered who i was. A brief conversation about a few trailers on his website and i got started on this project. He showed up with his mechanic/technician Ponch. Assessed the damage to the trailer and boat. I knew trailer was done for. But i had to go about this the best way i could in terms of money. Insurance didnt give me much to work with. We agreed on a trailer he had. Ponch came by the next day and picked the boat up. Old trailer too. And they were off. Bob gave me updates on what was being done to the trailer and boat and such. After a weekend i got the call on a monday...."boat and trailer are done". So i ran down to his yard. And boy was i shocked and excited to see my boat on a new trailer. Attached are before and after pictures. This is what 54 or 55 years in the business shows for. The man knows what he is doing. I paid him for the work and he offered to follow me for a short while to make sure i was ok hauling the boat. And that it did not do anything funny while on the freeway...like fishtail. The old trailer i wasnt able to go passed 55mph. I was able to give it a test and I hit 60mph then hit 65mph but stay at that speed too long before traffic hit. Trailer ran fine. No funny business. From now on if I need to get anything done with my trailer or any questions about it, Bob is the man im going to call. Thank you Bob.
