This spot had exactly what I needed to get me it the waters over the weekend. My throttle broke on me on my trophy, Wednesday as I was doing maintenance on the outboard. Called a few spots and no one had the original part. Check online and it says would take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival. Finally classes ANGLERS MARINE and a gentleman named DREW was able to find the part and said it's in stock. I literally stop what I was doing to pick the open part to get the boat going and continue my sea fishing expansion for Saturday. This shop has it all. This year for my birthday, I decided to buy me a brand new boat. I've had two boats in the past but I bought them used. So a couple months before my birthday, sometime at the end of August 2020, I made a trip to Anglers Marine and met with Mark to purchase a 2021 Bayliner T22CC. He was very helpful from the start. Mark answered all my questions regarding the purchase of my boat and various options, and with the logistics and timing for picking up my boat in time for my birthday. During the waiting period to have my boat manufactured by Bayliner, I had Mark add other options that I didn't mention on the day I put down a deposit and ordered my boat. I had other options installed on my boat such as a Radar, a freshwater washdown, more rod holders, additional speakers and a bunch of other stuff I wanted added on to my boat. Bill found us and did an amazing job of helping us get into a boat before the season ended. We didnt expect to get our boat from the competition until 2022. Transferred me to the parts department and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. In what world does it take someone 20 minutes to pick up a phone? Seriously, go time yourself. Set an alarm on your phone, put it in the room next to you, let it ring and see how long it takes you to pickup. I'm pretty sure we could have had relations to completion, cleaned up, and smoked in the time it took them to inform me that they FORGOT TO ORDER MY PART LAST MONTH. Bought a Tracker Targa in 2012. Had an engine hesitation issue on the Mercury 115 that took Angler Marine years to identify correctly.. Once when the boat was under warranty ( that they initially denied until my wife found the service receipt). Had the owner basically call my wife and I liars. Another trip to there Service Dept. they replaced parts in the fuel system (weren't broken) and told me it was fixed. Finally after 4 attempts they found a ground pin on the engine module was bad, charged me labor for work they should have fixed years earlier.. Moral of the story, don't trust Jordan or their Service Dept.. Shame on me for not taking the boat somewhere else earlier.. read more

On 03/08/21 I went in to purchase a part for my boat. While looking through their products, I noticed Amazon had the products at half the cost with free shipping and next day service. I am all about supporting small businesses, especially during this pandemic so I bought it anyway. However on 03/12/21, I called to inquire about basic maintenance service on my boat. I believe the service rep by the name of Josh or Jordan said, "We are not taking new customers." I asked him if he could tell me how much they charge for piece of mind. He rudely answered "we are not taking new customers." How can you expect to run any business with that attitude? I really hope they change their attitude. I will not recommend this place to anyone. What a crummy place to do business with. First, I am new to owning a fishing boat - this was my first boat. I went to Anglers and bought a boat with everything pre-done - all the electronics etc. So when I got it there was nothing left to do. None of the electronics works correctly. 1. The graphs turn off every time you start the boat - very hard on an electronic device to shut down like that. 2. The sonar doesn't work when the boat is at speed - there is no way to tell the depth of the water when you are driving. 3. The 360 imaging shows noise - and fuzzy images - I have spent hours chasing non-fish on this graph. NOW that I want to sell the boat - I have found out there is no VIN number on the trailer - the trailer never had the sticker for the VIN. When I called Angler's the sales guy said I had to pay for the VIN - it is just $25 - but I spent over 60k on the boat and trailer -- I am not going to give them $25 more for a sticker that I have spent hours looking for and drove and hour and a half to a DMV regional office to find, Angler's can pony up the bucks to get me the sticker! I'll tell you one thing - my next boat isn't coming from Angler's Marine!!!! read more

Second time bringing my boat in to the service department. They are super professional. They advised me of the problem very next day which was less then I thought I'd be spending. They also found another issue with the oil which would have ruined my engine had they not found it. Small repair there also. Highly recommend them and wouldn't take my boat anywhere else. My husband and I came to this place because two of his brothers bought from here. After searching around on the internet, this place never came up. WORD OF MOUTH IS GREAT. I'm not going to put my sales person on blast because I couldn't compare him to anyone else there. My husband recommends that I give them a 1 Star or no star at all. He was not pleased on how they (salesperson) work. He said we would have to wait a day for approval. I understand, so I waited. He said I couldnt get approved..... so I was wondering why, my credit was ok/good (not too bad), long story short I had to go back and forth to even fight to get my husband the boat for Xmas. Finally after going back and forth and putting more money down than I wanted, I got him the boat. The salesperson was, OK..... not the best. But I can't expect the best Bc it's not a busy place and probably doesn't have much customers in and out. Plus he is young. It's not the worst place but I've seen better sales personnel . Sorry dude. Would I refer people here.... probably not. After buying the boat, I had a neighbor tell me he knows people there and they should have given me a discount, and also added the item I wanted or atleast a discount but I ended up not getting the additional item. Took my 16' Bayliner Element in for a factory recall to make sure the rear cushions stay connected when trailering. Great experience with them doing the work. I had a few other questions when I dropped the boat off and actually had them fix the outboard tilt lock lever while the boat was there. Instead of replacing it which was the original quote, they offered to just bend it back into position and only charged me half an hour for labor. I felt like that was super reasonable. Anyhow back to the main issue. So first time I take the boat to the water after the recall to keep the cushions in place, the center cushion flies off on the freeway. I was bummed and I figured I might be on the hook for a replacement cushion. But I called Anglers and they offered to replace it on the house (obviously this is a known issue with this boat - I won't make the the same mistake of leaving that cushion on the boat while trailering). When the new cushion arrived I offered to give them $10 or $15 to cover the shipping cost to just send it to my house, but Charles said they would just cover the shipping. Great communication and great follow through. I'll be taking my boat back here for sure next time I need anything serviced. read more

We bought a Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 and are delighted with the boat and with Angler's Marine in general. (And we don't even fish!) We have 40 hours on the boat (25 HP Mercury 4-stroke) and operation has been flawless. And the motor is a beauty compared to previous 2-stokes: Ultra quiet, no loading up, miniscule fuel use; it just works! There were a couple of nit picks but Angler's made them right. Thank you very much. Here is a tip for boat covers in general: We had a cover made by Angler's Marine for the Bass Buggy 16 and it fits perfectly, seems durable, and looks great. However, we're now septuagenarians (official Old Farts) and Author is setting in (Arthritis). The standard way of fastening boat covers down is with spring-snaps which are very hard to use for us and also put a lot of strain on the material (perhaps eventually being a problem). So we had Angler's install swivel-snaps on the cover. (You know, the kind with oval grommets you place over a swivel and do a quarter turn, like a camlock.) Excellent improvement. Much faster to put-on/take-off the cover and easy on old fingers and no material stress. Highly recommended. Another goodie: How did I know about the 40 hours use? An engine-hour-meter. Not an expensive dash-installed one, but a simple, rugged, small, inexpensive unit from Amazon (Sierra International 56967P Rectangular Marine Hour Meter). No holes in dash, just put it in a plastic soap dish under the console. Fine since you only need to look at it occasionally. Like to keep track of service intervals. Connect it to the ignition "ON" position wire (and ground of course, duh). Another cool addition, also purchased from Amazon, is the "Top Post Battery Master Disconnect Switch". There can be little stuff gradually draining the battery constantly. Maybe a clock, or a little light you forgot to turn off, and if the boat isn't used frequently, doink, dead battery! This little easy-to-install goodie needs no extra wires or connectors yet totally disconnects the battery right at the terminal. Simply turn its knob CCW a twist to totally isolate the battery from the boat circuitry. Goodbye. I'm off for a sunrise cruise around the lake . . . Keith --(end)-- read more

After several repeated attempts talking to the sales person Bill, I have gotten the runaround and still have not gotten the paperwork that I have been waiting patiently for.
