Front office staff has been more than helpful with all the moving in questions and helping get straight minor things, very responsive via email and helped even move a parking spot since I was kind of picky of a tree in the area. Overall the environment is enclosed tight, so your neighbor is your NEIGHBOR, but no issues with noise or disturbances as just about everyone is respectful for the environment here. Big shout out again to the maintenance staff who have helped me with many work orders in my first 7 months, but able to get the job done and if not, keep good communication on when it will be completed. It's enjoyful that they also have scheduled dates of different food trucks and I have been taking advantage of that service when they come. Front office did a great job in April having a Easter egg hunt and talk about a big turnout for an apartment complex.

I knocked on the door at the front of the property by the pool, without realizing it was a rental unit and not the leasing office. The lady there was nice enough to answer and told me they have no office on site and tried helping me find it. I walked around for 25 minutes calling the number on the listing, only to get redirected to other numbers where nobody was able to help or it went to voicemail. I didn't see anybody outside any of the units waiting to show anyone the units. How does the leasing office number not know which unit is available for rent here? Wasted 30 mins of my time and I was looking forward to checking it out and potentially renting here. Definitely not after this. I don't want to know what it's like to rent here if the showing was this difficult and they gave no clear instructions in the confirmation email. Very strange experience over all.

All of the amenities are maintained very well (pool, gym, computer room with printers you can use freely) and the maintenance requests are addressed in a very timely manner. I know there are tons of gripes about this complex in regards to the availability of the guest parking spots but the leasing agents are very transparent about it from the beginning. If you are an introvert who doesn't care much for having many people over or if you are busy raising a family so you don't care much for worrying about visitors needing to come over then this is the perfect place for you. This complex also offers 2 EV chargers, which was a huge plus for me. What I also loved about Las Palmas was the sense of urgency all of the employees had in regards to any matters that come up that needed to be addressed, It was such a breath of fresh air. Rose, the Executive Director, sits right up front and somehow always notices when we walk in--greeting me by name and truly knowing what's happening in the community. Shannon and Kaylee are always out and about chatting with residents, creating such a warm and connected environment. The special events they host bring families together and make the community feel vibrant and welcoming. They also went above and beyond helping my mom get ready for our son's wedding. They made sure she looked beautiful and felt special for such an important family moment, something we will never forget. The nursing staff under Neha are incredibly caring as well, always checking in on residents and helping those who aren't feeling their best get back out to participate in community activities and events. Their kindness and attentiveness make such a difference. Dan and Mark never hesitate to help, whether it's hanging a new photo or fixing my mom's bed whenever needed. Everyone knows the residents by name and treats them with kindness, patience, and genuine affection. On top of everything else, Bradford is extremely well maintained. Last year the entire exterior was updated, and this year they are installing new carpeting throughout the community. It's clear they continually reinvest back into the property and truly care about creating a beautiful environment for the residents and families. That level of personal attention and heart is rare, and my family is incredibly grateful for Ivy Park at Bradford.

She always gets back to me quickly whenever I have questions, and if I need maintenance, she makes sure it is handled right away. She is always pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. She was also very helpful when I decided I preferred a different apartment. She guided me through the transfer process and made everything go smoothly. Maria was wonderful during my move-in process. She helped me get settled by providing all the information I needed, including my apartment information, mailbox details, entry codes, and information about the laundry facilities. She made my move-in experience easy and stress-free. Sole was also very helpful whenever I spoke with her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted me with questions and parts of the transfer process. Teresa has been helpful as well. She has always been pleasant and willing to assist whenever needed, which I greatly appreciate. So far, everyone in the office has been professional, friendly, and responsive. The entire staff if great from the leasing office, to maintenance, to the janitor/ cleaning staff. Yes the other tenants can do a little better at their part in making sure the community stays looking nice also, it's everyone's job, but the staff is always quick to assist when you need them. Whatever maintenance request I had they dealt with right away and professional at all times. They always greet with a smile and my first name. I live on the side by the metro link and it's not a problem because I don't hear it unless the windows are open. I just renewed and I would recommend people living here. People complaining about appliances but if you reach out to Madison she will get it taken care of right away. That's my girl I can call down and she knows my voice and always respectful to me. I needed a request done and said to call before entering and they called. I left a box outside my car, on accident, in the parking garage and maintenance brought it to my door. It's the small gestures like this that play along with why I renew. Now the amenities, the gyms, the courtyards, the rooftops, the clubhouses, and pools, note all of them are plural, are all relaxing and nice. Yes people rent out one building rooftop or clubhouse but we have access to the other building and they both great. You have electric grills and sitting areas where you can enjoy. Overall 10/10. MOVE OUT UPDATE: MY MOTORCYCLE WAS STOLEN HERE on 12/2 @ 11:42pm. The thief was able to walk into…read morethe stairwell and go straight to my bike. He was able to wait around until a car opened the gate and he was able to walk out with the bike. I parked my bike in front of my car in my assigned parking spot. Caution to the other bikers here to add extra locks to your bikes because they can and will steal your motorcycle. They will not release footage to you or the detectives and will only show in person, which I doubt police department will come and look given how often bikes are stolen. Camera has clear footage of his face but yet nothing was done with that footage because of how they handle camera recordings. How did they know where my bike was and why was mine targeted? I guess we won't know. Moving out- expect to owe money on top of your security deposit. They expect the apartment to look the same as it did when you first moved in (which is pretty much brand new). Don't even bother hiring someone to clean or clean yourself or painting as they charged me for painting and cleaning even though I got the same paint they told me to buy. Lesson learned not to move into a brand new apartment. I personally did not get charged for the cabinets peeling off but that is still an issue All of what was in my old review still holds true.
