But she opted to sub in for the team at the end of May, as they were on a staff retreat, so I decided to come take classes with her on her 2 days dropping in! I ended up buying a first time rider pass, which allowed me to take as many classes as I wanted to for the next 7 days. So I took a class every day, with just about every trainer (except the new ones coming on staff after my week) for the week. I loved it! I love how close the studio is to my home. The studio is clean and the staff is always so helpful. I loved finding the lockers with the motivational messages in them. I also love how the locker room area has showers, a vanity, and helpful accessories for if you're heading for work afterwards like pony tail holders, deodorant, mints, hair dryers, etc, I'll definitely be back for some drop ins! After tryouts for the upcoming competition season, we received what felt like a very scripted and automated email stating that all spots had been filled and there was no room for her. We were completely blindsided by this decision. A few weeks prior, I had met with the team director to ask about my daughter's progress. At that time, we were told she only had a couple things she needed to work on and that she had the ability to make it to the next level. Because of that conversation, the outcome came as a complete surprise. What has been most disappointing is the lack of honesty, communication, and personal consideration throughout this process. I truly hope my daughter becomes stronger from this very hurtful experience.

All of the trainers I've interacted have been nice however, I haven't had any sessions with them. I really like the equipment they have, a lot of variety and good quality stuff. The only thing I think they're lacking is a sled push area and a spot to do tire flips or sledge hammer hits on a tire. Other than that it's absolutely fantastic. The best thing by far is the hours. Being able to go whenever I want I really awesome. It's rarely busy and by busy I mean 2-4 people including myself in the whole gym. I've maybe waited once for a piece of equipment but that was more by choice because I didn't want to be rude and be too close to somebody. Overall it's a great place to workout and the atmosphere is solid.

He let me try out "the big squeeze", cryotherapy, and their cell health analysis which in their own words via their website, "uses electrical sonar to measure and track key measurements of your physical health." I just loved being able to see my body fat percentage and water weight amongst other factors. The cryotherapy was invigorating and the big squeeze was calming and felt almost like a massage. It was my first experience using red light on my face also. I enjoyed my visit here and would like to return to try other therapeutic activities.

Outside was in the upper 60s the day I went. Not sure if it would be cooler than it was when it's 30 outside. The walk from the front desk to the courts I never would have found on my own. I didn't see any other signs that said what was what way besides the ones my group put up. Everything looked clean and taken care of. I didn't use the locker room or restrooms. They do have a bar attached that was a nice bonus. We only got drinks but they do have food as well. Next time I'll have to try some.

A policy they never once told us about in two years. When I asked for documentation, they pointed to a small poster on a wall. That's their idea of formal notice. Our reason for cancelling? Our kids were sick. Yet when their own coach cancelled just 22 minutes before a lesson -- after we confirmed that same morning -- we received zero compensation. To make it worse, they charged different rates for the same lesson in the same month with no explanation. Bottom line: * Secret charges without consent * Policies enforced but never communicated * Coach cancellations = no refund. Your cancellation = heavy penalty * Inconsistent billing * Training quality doesn't justify any of it They may look cheaper, and there's a reason for that. Check your statements regularly or risk becoming their ATM. Ask for every policy in writing before you commit. Long-term loyal customers deserve better than this.
