I am usually there around 2:30am-4am so I never see any staff. It's clean, rarely is any of the equipment out of service, and the owners are a wonderful family who are very active in the community. No complaints from me although a few times I have stopped in during the day for a quick workout and immediately left when the parking lot was full so I can understand the frustrations of some of the members but still deserving of five stars from me based upon my experiences. There are kettle bells, medicine balls, ropes and other balance options too.They have cardio classes and spin as well. Spacious changing rooms with private showers and lockers on site. There are three personal trainers with varying schedules. My trainer is Jesse. He also has training in physical therapy. That means every exercise has purpose and meaning tailored to the individual for their goals. Fitness Plus is on the far end of Laporte near the border of Rolling Prairie past Fail Rd.
